By the way, it makes me uncomfortable when they show too much of those “NPCs” as I don’t like the idea of having a placeholder partner. It’s too cruel for them. I hope the director tells the story in such a way that I don’t feel any moral dilemmas. 😭

Any triangles? These days, I’m sceptical of the great payoff itself, as directors routinely skim it down and instead inflate the angsty phase in drama adaptations. Like I’ve seen where novel ending is wholesome and cute, but in drama adaptation it’s open for no reason whatsoever.

Zhao Jin Mai has become my favourite actor. I’ve enjoyed her performance in every drama I’ve watched.

I was hoping Jiang Rui would appear after the time jump, but alas, it wasn’t meant to be. Anyhow, I absolutely loved the drama. It will always remain close to my heart, and every time I see a solar panel, I know I’ll be reminded of it. ❤️
