Title 365: Repeat the Year Spoiler
The only thing I'm confused about is I thought in timelines where Sun Ho does not die and continues killing, Hyung…
Actually, as Shri above explained, Lee Shin actually went on to explain in that scene that Myung Oh tried to kill Hyung Jo in all resets but he fails and arrests him in all the resets. I went back to watch the scene, and that is indeed the case.

I am watching now. I have never been pregnant but my sister was. I was with her through the months of her pregnancy…
It's possible. I actually have an ex-coworker who didn't know she was pregnant until 6-7 months in....No one could tell.

So this story had so much potential until they literally messed up the end - I’m also more convinced that it…
Yeah, I'm sure they cut a lot of scenes, which is dumb af... Why is it necessary to force a show into a certain number of episodes, especially when it's a web drama? Not like there's some broadcast station schedule to follow or something! Complaints will never make any difference, so don't bother lmao. If they truly cared about audience satisfaction, they wouldn't have cut them in the first place. They made money already, so they won't give a damn... lol. Also, a lot of scenes are often cut due to the *lovely* NRTA screening, though in this case, IDK what kind of crap they would need to censor in those scenes...

Yes the ending is rushed..The funny thing, The Taiwan version has only 24 episodes, but more satisfying. And the…
Like I mentioned in a comment above, to be fair, the Taiwanese version is not actually shorter. It is technically actually a few eps longer than this one because each episode of the TW version is a lot longer.
This version doesn't say that the FL will have a problem getting pregnant again or not. Yeah, the TW version is a bit more touching, and it had a few more eps to close off the story better. Not to mention the story is probably a lot more impactful when watching it for the first time. I wouldn't say it's overrated as it had some of its own good points (which I mentioned above), a good lead couple, and it at least strays away from stupid misunderstandings that happen in almost every other C-drama. It's also naturally highly anticipated due to the success of the original version.

This definitely takes the prize for most kiss scenes in any Asian drama EVER. (Like 25-26 scenes, I counted LOL) AND THEY ARE ALL REAL KISSES. Someone tell me if there's any other drama out there that is even close to that HAHA... I feel like Season 3 probably won't have as many though (if they just cut it by half I'll be happpy ;) )... and I'm sure the leads will probably be sick and tired of acting with each other after that, so they I doubt they'd collaborate again T___T

Overall a pretty decent franchise as the overall story is pretty decent, with no unnecessary angst and stupid misunderstandings/separations. I think the second season is slightly better as it's a bit sweeter, and we get to see more detailed background stories of the side characters. The audience can sympathize with characters like the 1st Prince and Qu Pan Er more. I also love that Jing Xin got her own little romance as well.

I also really loved seeing them in modern time, even though it was only for 1.5 eps.... I really wished we could have a version of their story set in modern time! T__T But pretty sure that won't happen.

Interesting analysis and predictions. If you think double in-laws are out, then you don’t know Yang Hee Seung…
Didn't that also happen in I Can Hear Your Voice? (Maybe not MUCH older, but still he's a high school student...) If they can use such tropes in dramas, I think they should be able to accept double in-laws in dramas too....

FIRST OF ALL, HOW HOW HOW can you NOT have the main couple getting pregnant again in the ending?!!?!?! That is…
To be fair though, each episode of the original and the Korean ver is a lot longer than this ver, so it's really actually shorter than the TW ver. (If you look on Netflix, the TW ver has 39 eps as each ep is cut to 40ish mins, which is the length of the eps in this version.) But yeah, the ending still sucks. It's fine if they want to spend extra time talking about other stuff, but give it at least one or two more eps then! Don't just settle and remove important parts of the ending!

What happened in High School King of Savy?
I think it's ridiculous that Korea is against double in-laws.... Sure, it might seem weird, but I don't think dramas should be encouraging people to think that it's some unacceptable sin that cannot be overlooked. In fact, it's time to shed new light on such stupid close-mindedness. So I sure hope this drama will end up with double in-laws happening.

Title The Bad Kids Spoiler
It's almost guaranteed that Pupu and Yan Liang both died - pupu died because ZDS did not bring her to the hospital…
I'm also quite confused when Yan Liang and Lao Chen died, but I feel like it makes the most sense that he died in the water and Chao Yang (once again) does not choose to save him, and Lao Chen probably died while saving him. It doesn't seem to make sense if he died in the factory, since the police said they only found three bodies. It seems that Lao Chen was still alive up to when he arrived at the boat with the police? Cuz Uncle Ye (policeman) seems to acknowledge Lao Chen's presence when they found what Yan Liang left behind. Also, I swear Lao Chen's shirt is a different color when he drags Yan Liang up to shore? Not sure if I'm just hallucinating... but it would make sense if they died in the water together. The fairytale would've been if Lao Chen succeeded in saving him.....
But I can also think of points to debate against that...There seems to be no reason for Dong Sheng not to kill Yan Liang.... but when else could Lao Chen have died? But I feel like there is no 100% correct answer cuz there are ambiguous points about every scenario...

Title The Bad Kids
wow this makes me realize how strategically the drama was written omg... I can't believe I didn't notice
I think it's better for the second place girl to have a loving father, as it is good for the drama to show contrast between a girl who receives true love and care from her parent (even as a single parent), compared to the three kids who do not have that.

Title The Bad Kids Spoiler
An absolute masterpiece, with so many hidden details and twists. Especially after reading some analysis online,…
Some other users below already commented a lot of the twists and details. Another one I especially loved is the story of The Three Little Chickens. At the end of the animation, you see three skulls, which with only brief look, many would assume are three chicken skulls, but actually, the skull in the middle is a wolf. This shows that the only one to live was indeed Chao Yang, and that the two other chickens and the wolf are the ones who die.

There's apparently also a scene in the trailer where the title of the show in both English and Chinese are tainted with blood, and instead of "The Bad Kids", it actually reads "The Bad Kid", meaning there is only one truly bad kid in the show, which is Chao Yang.

And that ending reveal of the fact that Chao Yang actually didn't save Jingjing although he could've was also genius. If you listen carefully to Pupu's words, saying "She fell" in Chinese, there could've possibly been an extra word in there, making it "She's going to fall." At the end of the episode, you can hear the audio sound effects that Jingjing actually cried out before the 'thump' is heard. It's most definite that there was a delay in her fall, and she didn't fall straight out the window and to the ground.

There's also a lot of debate about whether Chao Yang killed Wang Yao (his stepmother). Her body was moved and there was a red metal rod beside her body when Yan Liang spotted her body. In the last episode, when Chao Yang is in the police car, we can see his hands are stained with red, which is speculated to be red paint from the metal rod. I don't entirely remember the sequence of events in that scene, but I feel like he didn't? I'll probably go back to rewatch tomorrow (6am now, no time to rewatch now LOL), but I feel like it doesn't seem like he would have enough time to do that. Did he do it after his father died? Plus, it's possible that Zhang Dong Sheng would move her body to hide it? But if he was planning to bomb the place anyways, then maybe not...

I love the fact that the director ended the show giving the audience a choice to believe in a fairytale or a darker 'reality'. You could disregard all those hidden details and choose to believe that everything that happened at the end was true, and all three kids and Lao Chen live on. You can choose to believe the hidden darkness or the 'fairytale' on the surface that most people would prefer.

Title The Bad Kids
An absolute masterpiece, with so many hidden details and twists. Especially after reading some analysis online, there will be details you never realized or thought of. Absolutely filmed so well with so many details, symbolism and motifs, character development and contrasts. (Ex. White and red, white shoes, the whistle, Dong Sheng and Chao Yang gulping down their tea / milk, contrast between the kids and second place kid, contrast between Chao Yang's descent vs. Yan Liang....) Every detail contributes to character development and their descent into darkness. Fabulous ending as well. This story is definitely chilling, but depicts the reality of complex human psychology. Psychology and emotions are some complex and can be such a dangerous thing if pushed to the wrong edge. Masterpiece, masterpiece, masterpiece. Very proud of China for showing their ability in producing such excellent productions.
Definitely a must-watch. You'll especially like it if you like analyzing characters and subtle hints and details.

FIRST OF ALL, HOW HOW HOW can you NOT have the main couple getting pregnant again in the ending?!!?!?! That is…
I don't really remember how I felt while watching the original, since I was quite young and the topic of cheating barely crossed my mind, but I think it's harder to sympathize with the male lead in this version because they changed some key things. One being the fact that he wasn't drugged and just got drunk, and the second being that Anna's accident was more serious in the original and I think his sympathy and guilt towards her played a part in his indecisiveness. Whereas in this version, by the time Anna came back, he had already made a decision anyway.

Yeah, you're right. Her 'change of heart' in the end was just her realizing she's stubborn for hanging on to Xiyi and that she has her brother's love, but she never showed true remorse for scheming, sabotaging the contract and hurting Jiaxin emotionally. It was also unnecessary for Dylan and Anna's arc to have so much screen time. Didn't Dylan and Anna just reunite in the last episode of the original??? I mean, I guess it's nice for their sibling story to have a more detailed story (I don't remember much about them in the original, but I vaguely remember thinking Dylan and Anna's reunion kind of sudden), but if they had a limited amount of eps, I'd prefer to have a proper conclusion for the leads!!!! The ending was horrible no doubt... Wrapped up everything in the last episode. That's the worst.

is this going to have a happy ending?
Yeah, a drama with a title like that pretty much guarantees a happy ending. I've finished the drama already and it is happy. Just horribly executed.

Title You Are My Destiny Spoiler
VERY VERY UNSATISFYING ENDING. AND VERY RUSHED. They had a perfectly good original script to work off of and STILL…
FIRST OF ALL, HOW HOW HOW can you NOT have the main couple getting pregnant again in the ending?!!?!?! That is SO SO SO important to the damn story. Like wtf??!!!!! Jiaxin getting pregnant again is SO NECESSARY for closure after losing precious Xiao Xi Mi so unfairly. Also, showing after-marriage life with kids is also pretty damn important, but AT LEAST pregnancy was a must!
Can't believe they just fcking jumped to a wedding scene after they "got back together" and THE END. What!!!! I think Jiaxin is owed a proper proposal too?? Everything that happened the first time was due to misunderstandings and accidents. They should be re-doing everything this time based on LOVE.

Secondly, oh my god, one of my biggest pet peeves in a drama is the leads getting back together last minute in the last episode. I need to see some ACTUAL sweetness AFTER they get back together. Like at least one episode! How about HALF an episode?!? What the hell! All we got was a wedding scene.

And after Jiaxin found out Xiyi is Mr.W, she doesn't do anything and STILL decides to leave. Okay, fine, I can understand that decision, but I think there needs to be SOME kind of thought process voiceover explaining that to the audience???
And the way they got back together was very unsatisfying as well. VERY underwhelming execution. Yes, the truth about the agreement is important, but that shouldn't be the deciding factor on what made her want to stay! "Oh, so you never wanted to leave me." Okay, back together again. -______- A piece of paper should not be the key to their relationship. If they wanted to make it the key, then they should've brought up her conflicting emotions about the contract a lot more.

And really, thanks for ruining the second male lead by making him suggest "allying" with his sister to get her back. Even though literally nothing happened and he just mentioned it and asked Jiaxin to return him to Anna, but that just makes that part even stupider.

There were also a few things they changed from the original that I didn't like. They should've kept the fact that the accident happened on the cruise because they were drugged, not just two strangers getting heavily drunk. Also, Anna's accident should've been way more serious like the original..and I can't believe they didn't show her getting into an accident and just jumped to her suddenly being in the hospital.

VERY VERY UNSATISFYING ENDING. AND VERY RUSHED. They had a perfectly good original script to work off of and STILL managed to fck it up. PRETTY MAD. SO MANY IMPORTANT ELEMENTS MISSING. Will expand in spoiler comment below.
Even the damn second lead couple had a more satisfying story all round compared to them.
This drama had its good points, a pretty good CP, lovely side characters like Xiyi's aunt and grandma, a REALLY good second lead couple... but sadly, this cannot beat the original, mainly because of the damn ending. The whole drama honestly fell flat after Ep 24. Not because of what happened, but just the way things were executed. The final few episodes were so slow, I started rolling my eyes A LOT. Time was clearly running out and we were NOT getting ANYWHERE. It's not that it was draggy, but when you know the show is ending soon and they're STILL things are not getting resolved in the second to last episode, YOU DEF. FEEL IMPATIENT. It was literally like watching two magnets almost sticking together but then getting pulled away again. Like UGH.

The touching parts were heart-wrenching, but still not as touching as the original. Ep 24 scene in the original can't be beaten. I still remember that scene in the TW version to this day. I guess the leads here are still too young, so their acting skills are not as good as Joe Chen and Ethan Ruan.

Also, pretty annoyed there were barely any kissing scenes in the last half of the show. At least ONE MORE??? would've been nice?!?!! But I guess that just goes back to the problem of them getting back together way too late. Like I said, the pacing was fine, but clearly 36 episodes just wasn't enough, so the ending was just way too rushed unsatisfying.

Same hahaha They let the story of the second leads to the end??? The final episode had 20min (TV version)...they…
Hahaha yeah, just not enough of the leads in the end! It would feel more satisfying if there was more sweetness near the end! But I guess since this is a 50 ep drama, we did get a lot of sweet scenes between the leads for the most part, especially compared to if this were a 24 ep drama instead, so I'll try and be grateful hahahaha I absolutely miss this drama too already!! I'll have to rewatch some scenes soon hahaha
