They were still keeping appearances and they scattered to do whatever they need to prep for the battle when fcy came in the tent.
No one expected that fcy will drug him and stow him away in a different tent.
They may have planned to meet in the field, since they cannot walk around xz inside the camp.
Not sure though. Just what i thought might have happened.
