he has training and he can fight. however there are a lot of much stronger characters. but he knows how to use his brain and scheme. he was also trained by a poison master. and yes a lot of people trying to kill him. he was hidden when he was baby because even then he was already a target.
i hope you would give it a chance. it really deserves it's high rating. :) enjoy!
