I love this drama! Its one of the best romance dramas from last year. And there are so many thing to rewatch since they put many memorable and hilarious scenes in it. But my ultimate fave got to be the last 30 min of the drama -- everything was really perfect -- I cant stop smiling (lol).

Mark & Kao actually work together before in Kom Faek (really good drama - 8.5/10 in my book). Kao apparently a fan of Mark and has always been nervous around him since Kom Faek. So even when they act together again as romantic partner in this drama, she's still nervous around him lol.

Do you know the OST when they had their break up during the sunset (episode 18)? I love that song! But I couldnt find it.

Yes yes the stunt and action scenes in Rurouni Kenshin is divine & insane! And he did it all on his own -- I personally think those scenes suppressed what most stunt actors can do as well -- those speed, accuracy & strength is just really amazing.

And I agree. He is so diverse as an actor. I know this since I study his acting (lol). He never repeated the same character again -- in the way he talks, mannerism or even they way he smiles. Its like you close you eyes, then he will start talking with all the different characters that he played before and you can name it from which movies/dramas since the tone, accent, or distinctions are all different. I dont think many people realize this unless they actually watch his works one by one. He is definitely one of the finest actors that ever comes out from Japan.

When you mean by sexually harassed by the stepdad, is it mean that the stepdad managed to rape her as well? I'm so glad that all the 3 attempts of the stepdad wanting to rape her failed in the drama. Jee is such a fighter which is so awesome.

BTW, the turning point of Thit knew that he was always wrong in the drama was when he knew the truth that Jee was drugged when the accident happened. So in the novel, what was the turning point? When he had that accident at the phone booth and Jee was pregnant? I mean, how on earth can Jee forgive Thit if he rapes her lol. The drama make more sense than the novel OTL

I actually enjoy Mark story arch since it made the drama really interesting with an awesome twist! Who would have thought the mother is unfaithful and the reason behind all the tragedy in Paeng's life. It is a nice twist since I certainly didnt expect it. I certainly hate Mark everytime he appear on screen (lol) but I appreciate his story arch due to the unexpecting twist. And for the novel not to solve the murder of her Mum made the story hanging and incomplete. What is the reason behind his Dad's suicide in the novel then?

If I may ask, if Mark story is not in the novel, then what it the 'climax' for the story in the novel? If the Mum is not against their relationship, then why they are not together after Arthit was shot?

OMG in the novel Jee was drunk when she hit Tiw? Then how Thit forgive her then? Since she after all really guilty. It was obviously drunk driving and she should take responsibility for it. Did she went to prison at the end of the novel?

Yes its indeed the best ending the writer could give us. Sakuto is genuinely happy which is all that matters and his friends are there for him no matter what. :)

I really want to watch dramas like this again where the script is brilliant and it touch your heart like no other.

I did this 7 years ago since I watched this drama when it was aired at that time. I'm surprised as well since I get many of the references -- this means that I watched too much Kdramas haha

And yess regarding Takeru. He is such a good actor esp all those indie movies that he did. I'm so glad he always churn out movies/dramas consistently so we always get new things from him :D

I shed a tear at the end when Shou Ye said to the Princess that he will be there as well when the Princess becomes a moon in her next life to protect her through eternity. The 'eternity' part really hits me like no other -- it just sound so sad and lonely. Then the scenes of them holding hands was shone one by one -- all those lonely years where there are only the 2 of them in that big and lonely palace. He really did fulfilled his promise to his Master right until the end which is to protect the Princess. His love is beautiful while at the same time destructible.

8/10 - The movie is fast paced, interesting and the CGI is really amazing. Mark always delivered in any roles so this movie is no exception as well. I love all the Guardian Spirits and to see them getting summoned and fight the bad guys are really the highlights in the movie for me.

Why the movie was taken down in China? We know its a big budget movie with how awesome the CGI looked.

Yes, you are right! Bayo still alive at the end doesnt make sense to me as well. He's dead by reviving the Crimson Bird so he becomes Qingming's Shikigamis. And when he tried to protect Qingming from the serpent's poison, then he as Shikigamis died as well like Mad Painter & Gold Kid. So why he is still alive at the end as a human is pretty weird. I guess in the novel they did explain it but the movie didnt.
