So I read the web novel and I can understand why many of the fans of the novel disliked the drama. The Hong Kong…
I addressed the HK storyline in my review. When I heard that YiFan had left again, I thought I was going to be so mad when I watched the episode but then I saw it from the director's angle and I can understand why it was done that way. As for the intern, I didn't sense anything evil in him and there was a purpose to his presence. The episode where he was most annoying was quite revealing when YiFan said about Sang Yan, "He is the exception..." I am sure the grandpa's storyline had a purpose but I cannot tell you as I chose to skip it for now. The theme of the grandpa story might correlate with the main story. I am happy with the drama adaptation. I read the novel while watching and the rest after I finished the drama. I think there was enough of the leads, especially the scenes in their apartment, that I was satisfied at the end.
Truly this drama has so much depth to it and has woven intricate details seamlessly that even through subtle acts…
Every minuscule expression on Sang Yan's face said 1000 words. The way he paused and the way he looked at YiFan went straight to the heart. And the director was particular about every minute detail that if you don't pay attention you might miss it. Everything in TFF came together so beautifully that by the end of the drama I got that feeling that the last piece of the puzzle was in place.
There is a sense that they know each other so well. There are many factors that made this chemistry impactful.…
I loved the scenes in that apartment! I loved that it focused on their relationship. This is why I feel what some call "dark" was an underlying aspect of TFF. It was the hope and the love that went into discovering each other again was at the forefront.
this drama showed me that cdramas also have potential to envoke such strong emotions.
TFF certainly does! Many in here cannot even move on. However, I mostly watch cdramas and there are some others that have great chemistry with deep emotions.
I can't think of a drama that has better chemistry than this one
There is a sense that they know each other so well. There are many factors that made this chemistry impactful. It pulls at our emotions. We saw a YiFan who appears to be in control but she would sleepwalk into SanYan's arms and even his bed because her subconscious recognizes him as her sunlight which gives her comfort. We also saw SanYan do everything he could do for her security and happiness without demanding anything in return. Bai Jing Ting as Sang Yan was an insightful decision by the director or whoever it was how decided he should be Sang Yan.
If you want some suggestions for another with a similar type chemistry where you see the yearning and selfless love, just ask. I have one or two to suggest. I love all different dramas but only a few are like this in terms of this type of chemistry.
WY always had feelings for SY from the start but due to her surroundings and events swirling around her, she didn't…
In episode 2 when she went right by him as she was being chased by those men, she didn't want him to be in danger or she didn't want him involved in this side of her life.
She is adorable. I laughed every time I saw her with those turtle pads. I don't find her cringy the way I do some…
Now you have me thinking about it, I am going to watch it again. Esther is really cute in this. She is beautifully dressed as her character is both a beauty blogger and also an ornithologist. It is up to you if you want to watch the second couple but I skipped them.
All I can say is I felt the same when I saw her the first time in Moonlight but then I watched her in other dramas and it doesn't bother me. I love watching her. I find her pretty and cute and her voice sounds young normally but there are scenes she makes it even more but that's okay for me. And I respect that it bothers you. I loved her Love Between Fairy and the Devil where her voice changes.

It is funny when you see a post with replies that you know must be from the other account of the same person.
Oh well. It is up to you if you want to reply. I am going to ignore.
