I am normally quite forgiving with the characters as long as they are not evil. But she is just too arrogant the way she told him to close the door when he left.

It's a rom com. I don't read too much into the kiss she gave him. It was more a statement than anything.
Okay. I understand. It was shockingly funny is all I could think. The look oh his face made me laugh. Then the assistant was standing there with his mouth open. And as soon as the ML pulled away she went right back at it. It isn't often I laugh so much. Some jokes just make me smile but I find myself laughing out loud at all the expressions. But I get what you mean. Hopefully we get some sweet ones.

He didn't kiss her back because he was shocked. This was part of the whole scene that made it so funny for me. I was shocked yet amused by the whole setting. I don't think too much about whether it was forced or not. I just looked at the whole scene and the expression on the ML's face and I had to laugh.
