In my opinion:
Best :[the hero] Zhang Ling He playing Shao Cang / Ji Yang :
=> he showed a lot of different emotions.
Worst : [ the lunar sect disciple] Liu Shu Yuan playing Fu Lang :
=> he always had the same facial expression.
Honorable mention : [ the dragon fanboy] Chang Long playing Mu Zhan Ting :
=> he was so funny.

I don't know how to qualify the ending. it was weird to me. happy end sad at the same time.

I agree. I wish more female lead were fearless and clever like she is.

I don't know what project has better CGI than this.
It seems so real however they filmed the actors before sheets.
So to me it has the best CGI.

I don't hate Male Lead. He is just childish and annoying but Female lead is so funny.

they had budget cut, so they could not finish the drama as it was supposed to be.
I have been said that a producer went bankrupt so they couldn't do post production on filmed material of the ending.

She might have died. Or was she replaced by the original one ? We don't know.

I agree. yes, it damages the rating.
When I read the comment on hating happy ending and open ending I was shocked.
But it made me understand why "The Double"'s Producer said that pessimistic people will fight over the fact that his drama has a sad ending so he decided to make episode 40.5 to confirm the happy ending.
I agee they should have done a follow up episode aswell for TTEOTM

Too me it has the best CGI. Looking at the bts, I can tell the CGI is awesome.

Yes, they did. It is understandable that Male Lead acts like that. But if her heart starts to flutter, this would be very weird.
