We definitely will, they go by a book with his fight engagement so far, so we could see his archery skills and a bit of spear combat - more will come during next battles
she was real power house today - I had seen someone saying that its hard to believe such a tiny woman could do that - but from the very first episode we had been shown how much strength she has and told she is much stronger then anybody else - also TX acting is superb and she looked to me very capable and realistic during fighting scenes - not like a fake general, not at all 🥰

after seeing last changes in plots comparing to the novel I was afraid screenwriters will diminish again Changyu fighting capabilities - but this time they gave her a justice as fight against Shi Hu was as epic as in the novel :) and she had made this time military achievement which hopefully will be rewarder with a rank by emperor.

Blame screenwriters - in the novel she wasn't acting in such reckless way and what she has done was quick reaction to a discovery her team made during hunting - they found out about enemy squad sneaking up to the mountain and eliminating guards - so she knew something was fishy and asked for help and then made a raid on nearly empty backline camp. There was no penalty or fake marquis
so all the events served the main purpose which is character development
