there will be bloody war soon and these minions weren't involved in it in the novel - so hopefully some of them…
thats about being a good commander - you need your soldiers and officers to trust you with their lives and follow you up in the battlefield and that won't happen without proving yourself and gaining their respect. and ofc she will achieve all of that - we should see her character development from butcher and rogue girl to a proper army officer studying hard to make a name for herself and became worth of the marquis wife position.
I am hoping to see how much personal XZ guards were proud of their marchioness :) there were so many funny moments in the novel related to that - when they discovered that she is actually lords wife - all were thinking that couple is a match made in heaven.
I already see that her minions will probably die in batttle. I will prepare for the worst i hope not but... 🥺
there will be bloody war soon and these minions weren't involved in it in the novel - so hopefully some of them will survive and follow her up when she will be climbing ranks in the army
Did wei qillian truly killed xie zheng's father??/ how do the misunderstaning clears up in the end so they can…
Not in the novel! Her father was loyal to Xie and Meng families and as such called traitor by Wei Yan. All came eventually into daylight - when 3 tiger tallies will be find and that will prove beyond any doubt that WQ was innocent and him and general Meng has been framed.
The plot in the novel was quite complicated and involved many parties including late emperor. So tragic events which happened 17 years ago had been set of following up events as all the villains used their chances to gain something. No idea how the drama palace plots will be played out. But are expecting happy ending so definitely Changyu fathers name should be cleared.
in the novel Qi Min is emperor's grandson not real son of prince Sui - so Baoer was actually a threat to him as…
I think they had to do it due to censorship... even with knowing his past and that he was set on the revenge - I had not even a tiny bit of sympathy towards him. But in drama he is so cruel and beyond redemption so I do not understand why people would like his character. Is very well played and handsome villain though.
She's gonna be soooo pissed when the truth will come out about her hubby lol girlie better make him work for it
so... the truth about all the events which happened 17 years ago is rather complicated and involved many parties. I have no idea how they are going to play it in the drama but in the novel: XZ was prepared for the worst outcome of his investigation and when that actually happen and he discovered true identity of Changyu parents he will know they can't be together due to blood feud she won't believe that her dad could be responsible for his father death but there was no proof found yet so they will break up with her promising that she will clean her family name and discover what really happened in the past.
I honestly don't understand all this pointless lying and drama. It kind of ruins the show for me. It would have…
it became overdone in the drama, there was no punishment in the novel, just harsh words as he was worried sick about her safety, but he also understood upon hearing explanation from Xie guards that she assessed the situation and didn't really act recklessly. When reading a book I did understand why he is still hiding his real identity. There were other factors to be taken into consideration and what he was doing was to protect her.
He has quite a temper in the novel - first of all he is super jealous and overprotective as he already saved her life last moment countless times. He keeps things to himself, he grown up without any parents love, raised by the uncle in very strict cold manner... so he has to learn how to show love and yes, he loves Changyu deeply... and will "go to hell" for her ;)
So much happened today! My hatred for the Sui brothers just keeps on getting bigger and bigger.😡Can't believe…
in the novel Qi Min is emperor's grandson not real son of prince Sui - so Baoer was actually a threat to him as someone could snatch a kid and try to place him on the throne and with Qi Min monster alike personality he wouldn't hesitate to kill a kid. We will see how it is going to get played in the drama as there was quite a lot changes in plots so far. Also novel has a lengthy content and you would need 2 seasons to film all of it, so screenwriters had to make some serious cuts.
