Such a nice drama :) another gem to watch in 2026... So far I like changes made by screenwriters as even with 40 episodes original novel content would be still too much - guess 2 seasons would do :)
from a very long time first drama based on novel which I enjoy watching :) even some dialog lines are taken out of the book... so far no stupid plot changes or characters nature
the plot is getting more intense with a lot of unexpected coming. Maggie is suspicious too - the way how she looked…
What we know so far is that there is definitely something fishy about Moma and deaths of 2 leaders third one is either really guilty of death of his professor or not at all, or could have been framed into something Squid - I doubt its the real killer - why would you send a threat video to the last living leader of company? - you have managed to kill 2 first... no reason to do it, the other guy will be scarred any way for me it looks like there are different forces related to Moma - some might be missing people friends/families (AL is trying to find out whats happend to her friend), another might be competitors... the main question is: why someone already killed 2 other CEOs?
Wow, what a twist of event at ep 7…but we have more evidence revealed. Interesting! Murder? Revenge? Test subject?…
the plot is getting more intense with a lot of unexpected coming. Maggie is suspicious too - the way how she looked towards airport cameras - making sure she has been noticed leaving the area...
I’m thinking about this review guys, but I’m very happy that at least we got to 8.5 on here. I think it deserves…
Looking forward to it :) we had quite few nice dramas this summer - but Shadow Love was best so far in my opinion - plot without any idiocy is rather rare nowadays :) and bless the screenwriters they didn't went astray!
Why do you say "Amai joins the army" was butchered? In my continuing search for dramas with "badass…
Well, unfortunately I loved the novel and was awaiting for the drama which turned out to be nothing like the book. The only good thing was actually Zhang Tian Ai acting as A Mai (drama title is Fighting for love)
No matter what we will say at least this one wasn't butchered like Amai joins the army... and in overall it was enjoyable series - chemistry between main couple was on point :) and all the actors including villains did great job. I love battle scenes choreography and costumes which were made with attention to detail and especially armours looked "authentic". I payed a lot of attention to Zhou Ye acting when she was portraying man and I really liked her posture and movement :) As someone already commented she is getting better in acting from one drama to another. Solid 9/10 :)
He throws on tantrum after another like a spoiled toddler. Can’t wait until she wipes the floor with him.
imagine being locked in the temple, barely survived due to a pact with devil who delivered the medicine... in the mean time his half sister who took his place (to save a family) is basking in the glory of the famous general - ofc he is sick from jealousy... so yeah, he acts like a spoiled vicious kid and throws a tantrums all the time. Well, I should start from never being an upright person... so he can only roll down until his very bad end
a thought... I am guessing based on that micro expression on emperors face when CZ said that He Rufei may actually fought his best during battle - that XJ already told him about HY real identity? He could tell she is a woman and secure a marriage decree but he could also express some doubts about similarities in 2 battles and rise some doubts about HR loyalty?
