To me to be "cleared" means you were charged, and he's not been charged. I think based on your response back, it's just how I interpret your words, not saying you wrote it wrong, but it's how I interpreted it, maybe I'm just too dense.

I'm sure he has things going on in his life just like everyone else. He probably didn't even waste his time on the fake scandals. Also, it's good to keep low profile if you're not working so black marketing can't spin anything. They can take the teeniest tiniest thing and spin it into something big, with Xu Kai, it's negative, with other actors, it's great things cuz they paid for it.

Didn't Xu Kai say last year in that interview with the toothache that he was slowing down? He really hasn't slowed down last year. It's good that he can have 2 to 3 months off. He's had 3 dramas airing most years since he started.

there is no police investigation! period. I haven't heard of any, if there were, there'd be a ton of fresh black marketing spinning it but they're been quiet lately. He doesn't need to clear his name, he hasn't been charged with anything!

Xu Kai has done nothing wrong. They're all lies. He doesn't need to prove anything. It's them that can't prove the allegations are true,

Moonlit Reunion the VLinkage points were rock solid stable at 85 the whole time it was airing (99% pretty much) that's why it was #1 for 3 weeks in a row. It wasn't super high like 88 but 85 every day will get you #1. Some dramas may come out swinging at 88 then with in a few days drops to below 85 but Moonlit Reunion was so stable. That says something about the engagement.

no it's not just reddit, it's everywhere after a while you just get used to it, you expect it, and then you think, you know what, Xu Kai doesn't see it nor does he really care. Xu Kai says he's not even scrolling anything except for national news.

Xu Kai quote from years ago: "well, if saying these things (insults, rumors, or slander) makes you feel better, then go ahead. Say what you want as long as it makes you happy. It doesn't really affect me much anyway,"

Why should Xu Kai or his lawyers issue anything on what the police does? The only thing the lawyers issue are cease and desist letters when Xu Kai is being slandered.
