Of course, she's mad as hell since she had drugged him and took his place on the battlefield, probably he's still injured and she try to protect him from going himself - she seems to have this impression of him being an ordinary, sickly, and weak man needing her care and protection. She can fight since she is stronger than any man. I think it is precisely that she is so strong that she thinks her husband is weak.
