I saw on twitter that, this drama was considered BL drama so to remove that rumor they just add small role for…
I like dramas that Xu Kai has dynamics with a lot of characters, not just fl. He has great chemistry with all kinds of characters. That's just my feeling from watching his dramas, I remember other characters he interacted as much as the fl, in some cases, even more.
When Mdl going to put other cast, director synopsis?
MDL will waste no time to put up a 7.5 on day one, so we know MDL humans or maybe AI really do exist. Let's see, if we follow A Cup of Love timeline which is 7 months earlier, so maybe in 7 months, they'll add director, producer, screen writer, no. of episodes, and a proper synopsis. And the year, well, we'll have to wait for it air to find which year. It took many months, maybe a year? before they added supporting cast to FI, and 800 has its certificate and MDL still shows 12 episodes. As soon as Xu Kai dramas airs, they waste no time to put up a 7.5.
There's a drama currently airing and the currently airing score is a low 7.42 and not even a completed score up when it's 3 days from finishing, yet the score MDL put up is 7.8. Too many examples like this and other favorable scenarios, which is why I think MDL is biased and always unfavorable toward Xu Kai dramas, giving his dramas the worse possible scenarios, time and time again. It goes to show Moonlit Reunion is a very good drama if they had to settle on 8.2, but not until after it finished!
Although I'm currently still watching this drama but I'd just like to point out a few things..Great cinematography,…
Chemistry on screen is subjective, and different viewers will perceive it differently. For me, truly grasping it requires understanding the story, the characters’ personalities, their backgrounds, and how they interact. Chemistry has to fit the story: it can be felt instantly, but it gains depth with context. An intense glance may thrill on its own, yet with the weight of the narrative it means more. After reading most of the novel, I found the dynamics and chemistry matched the characters — she’s strong, he lingers in the background. That vibe carried over in the adaptation, true to the novel in some ways, but not in others.
My opinion is that there isn’t just one type of role that suits Xu Kai. He’s played 23 different characters, each with a distinct personality, and I look forward to seeing even more in the future.
Who is the lucky actor who gets to work with Lu Haojiji? Just the title "Malicious Empress" is right down his ally. The thing about this director, imo, he doesn't care who the leads are. He likes to amplify the evilest characters even if it's second or even third leads. If he could, the ending will be cruel. I think whoever plays the evilest character and it sounds the female lead ("malicious") will get the most screen time. I think this director doesn't like straightforward happy endings but complex, tragic, and sad or open endings.
You guys are the ones that has seen his many dramas..Are they usually H.E....??
I think BE fits him. He has this tragic figure aura. Nothing wrong with BE I think. If done right, it's powerful and emotional and beautiful even though it's sad and tragic, and like someone said, BE stick with you more than HE.
A popular drama still airing, the currently watching is 8.03 yet the scoreboard has been 8.3. How unfair is MDL when Moonlit Reunion had currently watching 8.66 during its airing, and they put up low score of 7.5 to7.8 to drive viewers away. I'm convinced MDL puts up whatever they want.
There’s nothing overrated about Bai Jing Ting. I was watching some clips of First Frost and didn't realize he has an elegant figure. He works out and it looks good. I first came across him I was watching some episodes of The Rise of Phoenixes (amazing leads! amazing acting) and Bai Jing Ting's acting depth caught my attention. Later, Tian Xi Wei caught my attention in New Life Begins and I noticed Bai Jing Ting again and his performance was excellent. Recently, I watched many episodes of Always on the Move and again found him to be a really good actor, very versatile actor. I think all his dramas must be very good. I'm going to check out Mobius if it's on YT can watch some. Bai Jing Ting has had many big hits with very high Douban scores but mostly modern dramas. He's' really good at picking out roles that suit him, and I like the roles he picks out or maybe it's just his acting is so good, and suitable. His working out, he's looking good.
maybe it will air late Dec. because if it airs after 800 then it will be another few months later and that just…
I hope Fire Investigator gains traction. FI is the second such Chinese drama that blends fire with crime. Hope this leads to other action crime dramas for Xu Kai.
My opinion is that there isn’t just one type of role that suits Xu Kai. He’s played 23 different characters, each with a distinct personality, and I look forward to seeing even more in the future.
just because the actress you like has plastic surgery doesn't mean she does
