I used to track MDL data daily on several dramas airing at the same time, it was an eye opener the biases! I now know not to pay attention any of the data they published and to ignore their ratings. It's all hogwash. Sometimes, they get it right, sometimes they don't.

MDL doesn't just base it on viewers alone. It's much more convoluted than that. I believe that at the end of day, they decide, not the users. From my observation, they are biased towards certain actors.
