You can refer to the official kbs drama website or namuwiki for the names and have them translated by AI.
That's a good idea thanks 😊 Just wish they would also care about international fans- after all korean entertainment makes much profit out of it.
On I'm Not a Robot Jan 3, 2026
"I Am Not a Robot" proves once again that the ratings on MDL are unreliable. I binged the series from the first to the last episode—I can't even remember the last time a drama captivated me so completely. Everything about it was perfect: the pacing, the music, the humour, the story, the characters and their motivations and their development (especially the one of the 2ML). Oh, and the ACTING! Both leads were outstanding, both perfectly cast. Their chemistry was sizzling, the kisses sweet and genuine, the dialogues heartwarming without being too cheezy. I especially want to highlight Yoo Seung-ho's performance, which I hadn't seen before: My God, this man knows how to act! Those incredibly expressive bed room eyes can convey the tiniest emotion- anger, joy, sadness, yearning, just everything. I particularly noticed this in the second half, when they have their first real fight at and he smashes the display case. You could literally feel his emotions. Wow, that scene was a masterpiece. Plus, he's incredibly handsome—I could hardly tear my eyes away from him. What a gorgeous man.

I give it 10 stars and I'm really glad I trusted the rave reviews on Viki. Form your own opinion and don't pay attention to the bad reviews on MDL, which are just a popularity scale of fangirls anyway, and go into the series without prejudice. Hope this drama will give you as much comfort and happiness as it gave me.

This was my 2nd kdrama and I like their chemistry and plot,Yoo Seung Ho is so handsome and incredible actor but…
I agree this part of the drama proved his amazing acting skills. Outstanding performance
On To My Beloved Thief Jan 3, 2026
Ep 1 was quite interesting but I am already overwhelmed with the tons of names which are introduced in the beginning, the typical problem in a sageuk drama. Wish they would translate the relationsship chart which is uploaded in photos also for international fans.

i loved the first ep, both ML and FL has already a cute bickering dynamics, loved especially the time he was caught…
Pls put your comment in a spoiler tag. Saw your comment before watching the episode and it took away the surprise.

I can imagine that the pressure on KHY and also BWS must be high after the huge international success of LR. People have now high expectations and are closely looking on their next project and their chemistry with their future co-star.

Lomon might be a bit young and still inexperienced but I have full confidence that KHY will rock it and bring the best out of both. And maybe she will be once again catalyst for the popularity and success of a male actor?
On To My Beloved Thief Jan 3, 2026
I wished they would have chosen another actor for the ML who looks more mature and is more experienced.
Moon Sang Min is way too young, I saw him in Wedding Impossible and his acting is really stiff and unnatural for a main lead. But maybe this time it will be better with a veteran actress like Nam Ji Hyun.

Title Idol I
Had to think about the 2ML who is the prosecutor. Some people were saying that he an the FL have chemistry and maybe he will be the 2nd love interest. Obviously that actor is handsome, is clever and eloquent but who in their right mind would fall for their former bully who tortured them through school time in real life? I remember when I met my former male bully from school a couple of years later- he was a good looking popular guy and of course there was some kind of tension, but more of a negative one because of past memories.

So it doesn't make much sense that there will be any love triangle between him, the FL and the ML. Maybe he will start to like her but never the other way around. Se Na herself already rejected this ridiculous idea.

Pro Bono is better than IdolI but not so many viewers... So good 💯People are missing out...
Weird, why are you comparing both shows? Just because it is about lawyers the genres are obviously different...

Overall I really enjoyed it. Love it when characters are neither complete white nor black and have shades like actual human beings.

The only thing which botheres me was the last episode and what Jun Seo did to Ajin, it seemed so out of character.

And It is a shame that we didn't get any bed scene between Ajin and Jun Seo - really wanted to see them all hot and bothered and kissing and making out after that much sexual tension. 😩
Lily Alice Jan 2, 2026
Teaser looks good but I wished they would stop using those ridiculous filters. I want to see actually human skin and not overly airbrushed faces... both actors are good looking and don't need it anyway. Really miss the picture quality of old kdramas before 2015- at that time they weren't so fixed to erase every blemish and every pore.

personally I feel like maybe this is just not your genre. there isn't a set "plot", it's about the life…
Hi, the genre here are romance, life an drama. Of course I have watched many dramas with romance and when I click on life I can see weightlifting fairy kim bok su and hidden love both dramas which I have liked or thought they were ok. From IU I only know Hotel de luna which was not my cup of tea. From the recommendations I have seen "the good bad mother" which was pretty good.

Maybe it depends on your own mood to enjoy a drama? I will try to watch this drama one day again- maybe last time was not the right time

Well, since both of those shows put me to sleep with their dragged out plots and superficially writen characters…
You perfectly summed up my thoughts for those dramas, thx.

One of the best rated dramas on MDL... and I had to drop it. Was a huge bore festival, neither the acting nor the storyline were gripping. Can hardly understand the rating, But at the end of the day everyone has their own taste. I am curious, anyone feels the same?

*pls refrain from rude replies. This is just my personal opinion.

Person Yoo Seung Ho
I am shocked how good looking this man is. Just saw him recently in "I am not a robot" and was blown away from his hotness. What a natural pretty man - really refreshing seeing him among all of these actors who look thanks to plastic surgery with the typical eyes and nose the same.

Incredible expressive bedroom eyes, flirty mesmerising smile, deep smooth voice. Wow. Really looking forward to his upcoming projects and wish him much success.

He might not be getting any big roles because he is considered short for a ML ,only 1,75.Look at the current ML…
Kinda sad, that acting doesn't seem to matter, only body size. At least two men from your list are awful actors and don't stand a chance against Yoo Seung Ho.

Title Idol I
So far, I like it, mainly because of the FL: she's smart, successful in her job, and quick-witted. At the same time, her infatuation with Do La Ik gives her a crazy side that makes her endearing, relatable, and also vulnerable. The only thing that worries me is the burden she carries: she's supposed to keep ML out of prison, play detective, gain his trust, heal his wounds, and eventually be his love interest too? Lawyer, therapist, and girlfriend all rolled into one? And all of that is supposed to happen within 12 episodes?

And boy, does the ML desperately need a therapist. Once again, depression, anxiety, panic attacks, and the like are swept under the rug by a kdrama. The man has been exploited since childhood, is seemingly on the verge of insanity before he completely collapses, and love alone is supposed to heal him?
On The Prisoner of Beauty Jan 1, 2026
I don't usually watch C-dramas. Simply because the chemistry between the protagonists is often lost due to censorship, the actors often look too young, and the stories are just too drawn out.

But the poster intrigued me here—and I wasn't disappointed. This drama was simply amazing—both in terms of acting and story. What a couple! They're perfectly in sync in every way, from their looks to their intellect. The chemistry between the main leads blew me away the moment they met at the end of episode 1. Oh my god, I don't know how many times I've watched that scene when the male lead pulls back the curtain and sees her for the first time. Her, looking at him with wide, innocent eyes, beautiful in red, and him, the way he almost imperceptibly opens his eyes, freezes in his thoughts, and is enveloped by silence. As a viewer, you can practically see in every tiny facial expression how he completely falls for her in that moment. And then you understand the title of the drama – because from that moment on, without even realizing it, he is a prisoner of her beauty. Simply incredible.

I give it a 9.0. One point deducted for the ending of a beloved character, which really didn't need to happen.
