feels like this is gonna be one of those "high society" dramas again with some cheating/murder mystery like Mine & High Class.. it is becoming too generic now. I wish they'd make more of those old style melodrama/makjang instead but those days are over π
did you finish it... I started liking it at ep 7 π
Yeah I just finished it yesterday. I think it was the romance that felt draggy in the beginning, I did not really care for those scenes but the actual plot started at ep 7 when they show the truth about the ML's dad death in the past
Just finished rewatching this drama for the nth time! I must say, drama's before have their own way of getting…
that's why I am enjoying older dramas than newer ones nowadays.. I miss those old melodrama/makjang stuff. I have just finished Nine: Nine Times Time Travel recently and it also gives me the feels towards the end
Kim Won Hae was scary here π he was also a serial killer in Criminal Minds. The site where I was watching this they blurred out the LP records. Last ep was kinda boring, I didn't really care about the main leads' romance but it still felt like a sad ending for me.. didn't the police from the past find it odd that SW's cell phone looked too modern for that time but someone only noticed it in the drawer in 2013 thinking it was a mistake putting it in there?
Umm why is no one talking about the confession???! π JM looking like a baby boy π₯°π₯°π₯°
nice lighting/setting for a proposal π he is cute when he smiles.. I feel at ease whenever he's on screen with SH so there is no evil stuff going on atm
I don't recall SJ telling JM that SC was the one who stole the bracelet from SH's home before, he should know he is evil and was helping JK all this time. They should get rid of him first since JK relies mostly on him to do their dirty work. Why even give her 2 days when you know the type of person she is? SH should've just showed that contract in front of HR. Shouldn't they recognize each other's voice on the phone? Can't wait to see the 2 guys fighting over SH π
loved watching him from The Promise. He is so cute/baby-faced π thanks for letting me change his profile picture, that old one didn't do justice for his looks (long haircut/facial hair)
feels like Park Ha Na's acting is being wasted on this drama/role and why is Kang Eun Tak listed as a main when he has barely any worthy screentime like some background character.. the mom played by Cha Hwa Yun is just plain annoying, not even fun to hate on like Mal Ja (Second Husband)
this is a different genre of drama known simply as a "weekend family drama". It's the equivalent of a telenovela…
Which telenovas? I've never watched one before but I usually see similar comments like this on some other 100 ep makjang daily dramas that it reminds them of telenovelas π I get addicted to makjang dramas for the reasons you listed there lol but the slice of life family dramas bore me though
which one should I watch first- Korean or Japanese version? I've heard great things about both.
Late comment but I'm watching the Korean first, it was kinda slow in the beginning but the eps get better every time and Lee El is so entertaining lol plus that ending theme song is lit π
It was the FL's sister and a security guard guy who shows up in the later episodes to help the ML. She was attracted to him but there was no romance between them during the drama.
