He was great in Arthdal Chronicles, underrated drama though
I watched that when it was airing. I enjoyed his dual roles there too, he was hot as Saya! have also seen him in The Innocent Man, DOTS, A Werewolf Boy, A Frozen Flower. Now I feel like watching Space Sweepers xD
haven't seen someone cry in every episode ffs the synopsis doesn't match how the story is going rn
These filler characters/side stories are messing up the vibe of the original story, it's as if the writer ran out of ideas and decided to add that latest plot twist?? The drama could've been more exciting/had more potential if they gave Sae Hoon equal amount of screentime as Jung Min and focus on the actual main leads love triangle instead. Even though I enjoy watching Jung Min scenes, what was the point of calling this drama Phoenix if it hardly focuses on Sae Hoon and Ji Eun's love story/undying love? Can't wait for the drama to go back to that beach scene from ep 1 (assuming it takes place in the future episodes)
first 18 minutes is LIT! But then the FL annoyed me when she showed up lol I can't get into most popular dramas nowadays but I'm hyped for this one 'cause of SJK!
was contemplating whether to watch it or not but I took a sneak peek at the beginning and end of ep 1 which convinced me 0_0 the # of new dramas coming out recently is overwhelming lol (Sisyphus, Vincenzo, Penthouse 2, Times, RWTMR and this)
I wouldn't believe it if I was told they didn't. They were just WAY too close for it to not be real and not hurt…
That's how they film similar type of mature movies (and I've seen plenty of them lmao) so the grinding scenes always seem fake to me compared to actual porn
Hong Rim & King makeout scene was hot. I've watched Joo Jin Mo in My Love Eun Dong before but his deep voice and intense look suits the King role well, Jo In Sung was also great in this movie. Action scenes were exciting but the plot seemed kinda shallow, it was more like lust than falling in love with the Queen just because they had sex a few times? I'd rather this be some epic gay romance movie. I laughed at that scene when the king caught them having sex in the library with their shocked faces lmao
This drama is a mixture of Glass Mask and Yellow Boots combined
am watching YB right now (at ep 30s) I actually find that drama & actors better, I got hooked to the first 2 eps with the jailbreak and creepy guy trying to assault the FL's sister at the end of ep 2 scene gave me the chills
is the drama that bad? why the rating already in the 6s.
it's just meh right now (basic daily drama plot/characters), it tries too hard to be funny like with the lightsaber and hair pulling scene but ep 4 proposal/singing scene was cute, not surprised daily dramas are always rated low here anyways like with A Man in a Veil beginning arc also got rated 5.7-6.5 but I was more impressed with the 1st episode/opening scene there. Tae Poong and his mom's story felt more emotional/relatable plus they had better background music. I guess the style of daily dramas don't appeal to people who are more used to mainstream dramas but it'll probably get more interesting after every 10 eps..
this is a remake of a 2004 drama (which I never heard of before) but I don't get bored watching these same cliche…
this is a remake of Phoenix (same writer) https://kisskh.at/1167-phoenix I watched it 'cause of this one but they changed/added some stuff here and extra characters who weren't in the original version.
Someone just scored it a one after watching one episode *eyeroll*
a "review" of the entire drama just because of 1 episode smh me guessing it's the same people who downrated the previous daily drama when it first started airing, which didn't deserve low ratings 5.7-6.5 during the beginning arc but some people are always hate-watching daily dramas..
have also seen him in The Innocent Man, DOTS, A Werewolf Boy, A Frozen Flower. Now I feel like watching Space Sweepers xD
