On Let's Fight Ghost Mar 20, 2021
Ep 3's ghost story felt more emotional than the Korean version.
Now caught up to the recent episodes, I still think the supporting characters aren't as good/funny as Kang Ki Young & Lee David since I loved their bromance in that one (the only scene I actually laughed at was when Leng opened the door while Junior was hanging on a rope)
but I am enjoying the main leads' romance and ghost scenes so that makes up for it. I actually find them cuter here like with
- the falling/almost kiss scene "I didn't burn you a bra" LOL
- Off smiling sweetly at Jeen while she's eating (around 14 mins in ep 4)
- when he took the pillow away from her they made this scene look more romantic than in the Korean version where he just leaves quietly in the dark with his own pillow
- FL drunk/aegyo scene (I find her character more adorable here tbh)
- when she was sitting in his shopping cart instead of walking beside him in the k-drama
- ep 2 bus scene (which I already mentioned before but I want to add it here again)

so much hate for this drama but I'm kinda hooked to it right now maybe because I like watching these psycho/obsessive characters (like the ML from Love in Sadness & 2nd ML from Manhole) they make the drama more interesting to watch.. can't wait to see Seo Eun Joo go down and see how SH comes back to the drama, even though there doesn't seem to be that many eps left for his story anyways.
The original wasn't really all that great imo it was a decent watch but the main leads love story felt more rushed than here (they got married within 2 episodes) and I didn't like the 2nd ML there (that OST song sounded too good for him lol). Although the old version felt darker, MR's scenes felt creepier to watch (broken aquarium scene looked more forced/staged here) and JE falling down the stairs felt scarier in the original.
This drama's main weakness is lack of story/motive which ends up with more flashback/recap scenes (even the low rated drama Fashion King was more consistent with their love triangle) writer should've stuck to the original characters and have more CMH vs. JM's father scenes.

I was actually bored of the J-drama (although that one OST song was good), idk if I should watch this one if I'm going to like the original better. It's written by the same writer of WFKBJ which I enjoyed but they also wrote Oh My Ghostess which I found boring/meh so this one's gonna be a hit or miss for me.. plus Go Back Couple vibes which I had mixed feelings about

For those watching because they are fans of the original, don't get your hopes up. Neither of the leads are very…
the main leads are fine but the supporting cast/bromance is definitely not as good as the original one, I cringe at that "Junior" guy whenever he shows up, he is miscast for Kang Ki Young's role. It's disappointing because Kang Ki Young and Lee David's bromance was my favourite part of the drama.

Ep 1 - looks good, but I still like the original cast more especially for the supporting characters Kang Ki Young & Lee David, I cringe whenever I see that "Junior" guy, those hugging scenes felt forced/unnecessary. The main leads have more romantic chemistry here (the way they filmed that rolling down the stairs/kiss scene with the BGM and that elevator scene he looked more sympathetic compared to the original one where they're just staring at each other coldly and she's poking her head out from the side)
I find Thai ghosts creepier in general so I'm enjoying this drama for that and the potential romance.
Ep 2 - I don't remember seeing the accidental kiss in the bus before but it was cute when he smiled a bit. The FL feels more likeable and the end kiss looked hotter here.

agreed - oddly I didn't really care for this drama at first but I got hooked to the second half (ep 8-12) it's…
am fine thanks ^^ and you?
nowadays I'm still hooked to makjang dramas like with Yellow Boots, King of Baking Kim Tak Goo and The Penthouse season 2, plus that Thai version of Bring it on Ghost which I haven't watched yet but I loved the original k-drama.
I wonder if they'll make a 2nd season for this. It left me hanging like with the ending of Item?

Only real weakness of this drama was episode 3 to 7, because it's quite repetitive. But episode 8 to 12 make this…
agreed - oddly I didn't really care for this drama at first but I got hooked to the second half (ep 8-12) it's funny sometimes I enjoy stuff that other people usually complain about and vice versa..
drama could've been better as a movie like with The Witch: Subversion (similar vibes)

I loved King2Hearts a lot, (like a lot), but it had the MOST ATROCIOUS "American" "actors" I had ever seen....then…
I actually want to watch this for the foreign actors LMAO idk why I'm always amused watching them especially the cringy ones.. they're unintentionally funny to me xD

Mouse is decent so far but the longer run time 1hr 20 min and too much talking does make me bored sometimes (I notice that with some TVN dramas)
I'm hooked to The Penthouse season 2 right now and there's going to be a third/final season of it too.

people are watching only to see joongi otherwise story is crap and if not joongi it would have got one digit ratings…
True.. I can't seem to get into this one either, am only continuing it because of SJK, the only thing I really enjoyed was the 1st 18 mins of ep 1. I like the serious parts of the drama but I feel bored watching everything else, the script feels meh I only laughed at a few scenes so far.
haven't seen those 2 dramas yet I had them in my PTW list, I've always wanted to watch Chief Kim 'cause of that cheek kiss scene I saw in someone's GIF/profile picture xD

I'm thinking of starting it even if everybody says it's not worth it, I'm stupid I know
the current arc is weak/lost focus on the original story, which is probably why the rating dropped to 6.8 but still I've watched more boring/meh dramas with high ratings here. Seo Ha Joon made this drama worth watching for me.
The only other drama I actually look forward to right now is The Penthouse season 2

putting a secret camera in their bedroom.. gross lol
JM is too trusting of the secretary, to give her the password # for their door.
Those previous episode flashbacks are getting longer, it takes up 2-3 mins before the actual episode starts, I hope the drama isn't rushed in the last 20 eps :/
Ep 102 felt like a recap episode it had the same ending of ep 101 lol wtf

By the way is Jang Sae Hoon / William Jang died in the drama? And which episode? Please tag it as a spoiler ..
I thought he and Mi Ran left for the US. Plus the beginning of ep 1 beach scene still hasn't happened yet..

I already wrote about this in response to MinaVIP..
I'm watching it on YT instead since it has better video quality than on DC, and it even includes the opening theme song

Am I not used to this type of drama or is the acting a little off in the first episode? I have seen both actresses…
overall drama feels "off" compared to other dailies I've seen with similar plots/characters (The Promise, Yellow Boots, Don't Hesitate) I know dailies are low budget but this one feels more campy (?) or cheaply made for some reason, it's lacking good instrumental BGM and even the hospital hallways with the brown doors looked similar to the one used in the previous daily drama. At least the amnesia didn't last that long (eps 13-15) so the real drama is starting now.

birth secret of FL near the end of the drama: she is actually Seo Joon's half sister (child of Cha Woo Seok & Seo Ji Sook), he liked her all this time without knowing it but she was never interested in him anyways

1st ep was good - finally another drama I actually look forward to, besides The Penthouse season 2!
It's cool to see the Zombie Detective actors here again (Park Hyun Joo & Kwon Hwa Woon) I like her better with black hair tbh.
I was surprised to see Seo Woo Jin (child actor in the beginning scene) he has potential to be a good actor someday, I missed watching him in his previous daily drama A Man in a Veil.. that scene of him in a yellow outfit/rainy day almost reminded me of "IT"

Wow, I think I like this drama more then Beyond Evil
This one had a more exciting 1st episode than BE..
that one bored me until the last 10 minutes with that man's creepy smile.
I don't know if I should continue it, does it get more exciting??

am at ep 13-14 of Miss Montecristo now, I thought it was lacking something/feels subpar compared to other daily dramas I've seen so far but at least the FL's amnesia from falling off the bridge didn't last that long so I'm still watching to see how she is going to get revenge.. there were some dramas that I couldn't get into the beginning eps or even disliked them at first but then I got addicted later, so I hope this will be one of those dramas.
I was surprised to see the child actor for Min Woo (Seo Woo Jin) appear in "Mouse" recently even though he was just a guest role, I found the 1st episode good/interesting. I'm mostly looking forward to this and The Penthouse season 2 right now.
