I'm pleasantly surprised at how solid of a first episode that was.
I did not see that time travel tag. I don't like time travel dramas but now I'm curious 😭

I think zhang bi and yu hao will do endorsment together. That's what Ke Lan said to mengmeng and the PR girl
This is what I understood from their exchange: The marketing dept. wanted her to be the brand ambassador but Kelan disagreed because Zhang Bi's image didn't match their target audience, but because of the leaked info, Kelan decided that the best way to smooth it over is for Yu Hao and Zhang Bi to do a commercial/photoshoop that plays off of the fact that they are both on Jin Yi's show rather than have her be the image of the company

The scene where he drank soup in the 10th episode was EXTREMELY funny. It was an episode with lots of laughter.
He was an adorable nervous wreck 😂

Episode 10: That damn bed 😂
Kelan and Yu Hao are a force to be reckoned with. Their chemistry and mutual understanding of each other is unmatched and a joy to watch. They hit a misunderstanding, they took a second to cool off and then face it head on. If it were almost any other drama couple, they would have fought over Jin Yi being at her house, or allowed him to see that they were just at odds. But our CP dealt with it as a unit.

As for Han Meng and Wen Xing, obviously they have an issue communicating. The writer was very deliberate in showing that throughout their petty and not so petty fights. Once they figure that out, I think they'll go back to being an adorable couple.

Nice but annoying must be his character description lol.

Kelan and Yu Hao's long conversation about their feelings was wonderful, and as you said the honesty with which they bared their feelings for each other was great. Yu Hao being flirty is comedic gold.

Episode 9 was everything we needed.
It started off in such a light flirtatious manner, then Jin Yi ruined my mood. Thankfully Kelan went looking for Yu Hao first instead of listen to what would have beeen Jin Yi's unwanted second attempt at a confession. I adore how she handled the mother and daughter bit, and that Yu Hao revealed why he hates his birthday. Everything there was handled tastefully and with the care it deserves as a serious issue. Jin Yi once again made me want to throw him away, but Yu Hao did what we all needed him to do. Then they brought the episode right back to being flirtatious and cute. Can't wait for episode 10.

Koreans dramas always fumble the bag with the breakups at the end. Made me loss interest in the main couple completely. And even before then, I was far more interested in ML's sisters and their relationships. Even the friendship between the director and FL's ex was more interesting.

Production wise, its a good drama. Am I satisfied? I would have been if there was more scenes with ML's sisters.

Favorite character without a doubt is Ha Eun, such a cutie. The most interesting characters are: ML's sisters (predictable, I know), the director, and Ha Eun's dad.

FL already rejected him in episode 7. I think she has tried to draw the line (between being acquaintances/co-workers…
Right! I didn't like him from the get go either, but because they clearly outline the couples, I thought he wouldn't get that annoying. Even the actress isn't getting on my nerves. She is at worst delusional, and though she is the one filling Jin Yi's head with bad ideas, she hasn't stepped over any lines trying to get the ML's attention yet. So far, I can't say I have any negative feelings towards her.

1. My girl has genius level IQ! She handled that confession beautifully! But I’m also glad to see her getting…
1. Love her, she is brilliant!
2. He is doing wonders with this role
3. Episode 8 addresses this and I love that story is showing self awareness, hopefully they show a more developed relationship between the two going forward.
4. I'm starting to dislike the director, but the chemistry developing between him and the actress is cute.
5. Today's episode was somber, self aware and beautiful.

Now I must return to watching the timer count down to Monday.

FL already rejected him in episode 7. I think she has tried to draw the line (between being acquaintances/co-workers and being friends) many times, but he continues to pop up around her even though he knows she doesn't like him like that. I'm finding the little things he does very annoying. If she says no to the ride home, don't insist. She is talking with the person she clearly likes, don't butt your nose in. Even if her mom is giving him an in, he does not need to take it.

Not the direction I was expecting but not disappointed. If anything, I love the FL even more. Her ability to adapt to changes is admirable

An observation after my obsessive rewatching of the best scenes: one of the things that sets this drama apart…
I couldn't pinpoint what was so great about their interactions, and now I know, so thank you! Their new-found awareness of each other, and their obvious but not in-your-face mutual attraction, charges their scenes with chemistry.

Do you think the second leads marriage will not last long?
loooool no. It's been what, a month? And they are arguing (sighs, deep breaths and all) over cleaning, and the wife is thinking fondly of her ex. Either he'll find out that she is totally fake and break up with her, or she'll see that there was absolutely nothing to gain from marrying him and leave him to try to get back with ML.

YES she really is shameless like she already stole someone and now she wants the apartment. seems like she doesn’t…
THIS! I ranted about her audacity every time she appeared onscreen

He doesn't shut up though. In episode 2 he was trying to guilt-trip FL into feeling like him cheating, and the breakup was her fault when, like FL said, if he felt that way he could have just told her. He was brazen enough to cheat, marry the person he cheated with right after the break-up then demand half of what he knew did not belong to him? And on top of all that, he was walking around like he owned the place and could do no wrong. Scum behaviour. He only shuts up now because FL is shutting him down. I hope both cheaters get what they deserve.

And yeah, ML's ex seems to only be using her new hubby to get ahead. Serves him right, and serves her right to have to fake her personality and identity to be with him.

Wasn't really a big fan of Hello Mr. Gu. I liked it but it wasn't remarkable to me. But Dine With Love is a different story! Only 3 episodes in and I'm loving it. So funny
