loooool no. It's been what, a month? And they are arguing (sighs, deep breaths and all) over cleaning, and the wife is thinking fondly of her ex. Either he'll find out that she is totally fake and break up with her, or she'll see that there was absolutely nothing to gain from marrying him and leave him to try to get back with ML.

He doesn't shut up though. In episode 2 he was trying to guilt-trip FL into feeling like him cheating, and the breakup was her fault when, like FL said, if he felt that way he could have just told her. He was brazen enough to cheat, marry the person he cheated with right after the break-up then demand half of what he knew did not belong to him? And on top of all that, he was walking around like he owned the place and could do no wrong. Scum behaviour. He only shuts up now because FL is shutting him down. I hope both cheaters get what they deserve.

And yeah, ML's ex seems to only be using her new hubby to get ahead. Serves him right, and serves her right to have to fake her personality and identity to be with him.

Wasn't really a big fan of Hello Mr. Gu. I liked it but it wasn't remarkable to me. But Dine With Love is a different story! Only 3 episodes in and I'm loving it. So funny

I caved and watched the 3rd episode because I feel like I've been scammed in the best possible way. I had no expectations for this because of the summary, but oh my. It's so funny, even with the messed up subs.

Two episodes in and I am loving it. The casting is great, the story seems to be well-thought-out and written. I am especially loving that ML's character isn't flat. ML has different sides to his personality, and Gao Han Yu's portrayal of him is superb. And absolutely love how firm the FL is by breaking up with the ex. The only drawback is the bad translation (the translation made understanding why he was upset with her cooking in the office seems odd considering their business, but if you think about it, there are a variety of valid reasons for why a boss wouldn't want employees cooking in the office. )

I'm so glad she hashed it out with her ex in front of their colleagues. Everyone should know that not only is he a cheat, but he's also a downright scammer and thief.

I enjoyed it for the most part, but it's just something to pass the time with rather than a memorable show. Mental health as the driving theme was badly handled, the same plot (having the uncle pretend to be evil twice to weed out the bad guys) was used twice. Generally, it was just a lot of sloppy writing/direction/editing.

Dai Xiang Yu played the hell out of his character and for that Zhu Li was my favourite character.

The story is bad. Everything (characters and their personal struggles included) is shallow and superficial. There is nothing subtle about the story because the overused tropes and cringe is just very in your face. I'm halfway through 6 and seriously feeling like I'm going to drop this.

I agree, actors did well, but the story and over exaggerated situations, character motivations and situations make the actors and actresses look so bad.

They are mostly just very cute and comfortable together, no kisses until close to the end.

That sounds way more watchable, cause no way would a court give her custody if she's working a time demanding and very dangerous job. The marriage and child storyline just sounds ridiculous with everything else.

I think the accident was less for the dramatics and more to show that he's persistent. A teaching moment: if you continue to push for your goal, you might just succeed against the odds.

Its more of a love circle since leads only like each other. The girl trying to butt in is really just an annoyance circling around but has very little effect.

I usually hate second seasons because the characters and plot are often unnecessarily drawn out. But this ended so well I actually would love to see a season 2 of them on the national team

Yes. When i first say the banner I assumed it would be bad, but then I started it and saw WAY and was like ok, this has to be worth the watch. He does not disappoint. All the actors and actresses did a really good job.
