Ikr everyone's going wild right now on X. Actually, bringing our parents with us whenever we travel to another country is kind of an 'asian thing', sole reason is we want them to enjoy while they're still healthy. Last time I heard Haein took his mom on a trip was at Cannes, so I am seeing it just like that. However, it would be crazy if they are dating irl and Somin went to travel with his fam, because in asian culture (idk if all) we consider a relationship between two people as 'official' if our partner meets our parents. I'm currently watching love next door which has a childhood to lovers trope in it, then I saw this being recommended since it has a friends to lovers trope, which I am a sucker for. So far, managed to watch 4 episodes and am loving it already. This might be my hangover cure once love next door ends. Plus chemistry between both leads are good!

I agree. Tbh, some complains are starting to make no sense at all, they're just trying to nitpick everything. I doubt some of those who complained actually watched LND and just made up something to complain about. Still, they couldn't stop bringing LND in other drama's comment section. I keep seeing comments recommending their fav drama then proceeds to drag LND along🤣😂 the obsession. Like, what's so hard about focusing on talking about your fav drama without the need to drag LND.

The only problem I have with this show is how they keep bringing up about Tomo's skin color, each time they get. Tomo seriously looked uncomfortable. Even if it was meant as a joke, it wasn't a good one.
