I watched a few episodes since I am still busy and I didn't expect to cry too soon. It's been a while since I have last seen Bai Lu on screen, her crying scenes were always the best and I can see how much she's constantly making progress to each roles she takes. This drama started off good and really interesting. I can't wait to catch up with the latest episode when I am done being busy. I like the visual presentation of the scenes and characters. It's exciting for me to see her dynamic with Fan Yue, I find his entrance cool. The adorable doll animation used for the introduction of the characters caught my eyes, it seems this is the first cdrama to ever input such idea. I am also loving the intro song and narration. The dialogues sounded meaningful and the song by Sa Ding Ding reminded me of my first ever xianxia drama Ashes of Love. I am already in love with this drama and will surely watch more soon.
I am so happy that Bai Lu is finally back with a new drama. It's been a year without seeing her onscreen, cdramaland never felt the same for me without her presence. Missed her so much and I can't wait to finally be able to watch this 🩵
