In the real world the birth canal is the vagina, but not necessarily in omegaverse. It's just really hard to explain because this is imaginary anatomy we're talking about, and every author has their version of it and sometimes they don't even explain it. Some examples where the baby comes out of: Butt, male vagina, c-section, and one time even through the belly button. That last one I found the most disgusting, I don't know why, maybe the way it was described but I prefer a butt baby in comparison.

In most stories I've read omegas can give birth naturally because they're built for childbirth. But like most things in omegaverse it's up to the author, sometimes they make it so only omega females can do it naturally and omega males need a c-section, I think this is rare though.

Not in this story I don't think. In omegaverse it all depends on the author, there are some that write it like that, not my favorite to be honest. There are some diagrams online that try to explain the different versions of omegaverse anatomy.

In this story alphas do not normally get pregnant, which is why SSY thinks it's impossible. HY made SSY grow a womb, but he will need a c-section as he does not have a birth canal. His pregnancy is also high risk because his body is not built for it.
