Every time PerTar were onscreen I was smiling. 😁 Despite their lack of an established, mutually acknowledged commitment, to me PerTar still felt like the most authentic, heart-felt relationship in this series.

Agreed. I avoided Chinese dramas for years because i couldn't imagine watching a series with 40-60 episodes – now I’ve watched a few of those long series multiple times and enjoyed every episodes. And then there are much shorter series I can’t get through once. Good storytelling is good regardless of the length. The problem is – you can’t know in advance simply from MDL ratings which shows you’ll love all the way through. So it still feels risky to start a long series.

Just a few obscure things I see in Korean dramas - and wonder about. They don't end phone conversations. They sit on the floor - right next to a comfortable sofa. They speak slowly in BL dramas, but incredibly fast in real life. 😂

After the female classmate gave Jiwon the drink, which he reluctantly accepted, he went outside to drink it. That is when he just caught the slap. You hear it, but the camera goes to Jeong U right after and you see his turned head and her walking away.

For a show light on substance plot-wise – the feels hit you like a mack truck! Honestly, I think Jeong U controls gravity with his eyes – it's his superpower. I love all 4 guys, but Jeong U is the Sun ☀️ and the others are pretty stars ✨ 💫 orbiting his celestial aura.
