FL's friend is one of the most irritating characters I've come across in drama land. It would have been nice if she was actually pretty or semi famous, everytime she appears she just ruins the atmosphere. Another one nosy and sassy sidekick I'd rather see kick to the curb.

Michelle Chen was a poor Xiao Long Nu. I don't blame her, she had to match the ethereal beauty Liu Yi Fei and that was always gonna be a hard task. The only thing I like about the last adaptation was the main leads finding love and getting married in real life.

FL friend was the super annoying villain Ban Ling'er in Legend of the Phoenix.

So many anticipated dramas dropping one after the other. How do I find the time to watch all of them.

DOTS was pretty basic. I find it laughable that anyone would call that drama exceptional when Song Hye Kyo could be swap for a nurse and it wouldn't change the plot that much. Dressing male leads wound while he subtly flirts with you does not constitute a medical plot. The leads couple's chemistry was great but story was nothing to write home about.

This is a solid drama. There's a fair bit of suspense and mystery in this one. Although Chinese modern dramas with suspenseful plots are still not as developed as their historical counterparts I would consider this one a good attempt at the genre. I'm enjoying it thus far. For all the gripe about modern Chinese dramas being stereotypical slice of life romance dramas like the higher rated YAMH, this one actually moves away from that and yet people are still complaining.

Waiting for the not so subtle bromance between Wang Lu and Xiao Hai. Hopefully the same actors. Sandrine Pinna and Xu Kai were absolutely hilarious in the previous season.

I like Xu Kai's acting but did not like how the writers wrote his character like Wang Lu from Lingjian Mountain. In that case the safest choice was still a serious character.

I disagree. ML is a capable actor. I first saw him in Yanxi Palace(as did most people) and he nailed Fu Heng's character down to a T. Serious and somewhat playful. I've only watched scenes of his dramas with Bai Lu but his delivery and characterizations of those roles look good. The role that really impressed me was his character in Lingjian Mountain. I cannot name 5 actors that could play a well acted comedic role without looking making it look like slapstick comedy.

Isn't Dilraba and Yang Yang's drama dropping soon. I don't think they'll air at the same time. Kinda like My Dear Guardian moving their air date when You're My Hero aired.

I want to see more Bai Lu, Dilraba, Peng Xiao Ran, Li Qin level leading ladies. Is it so hard to match a handsome ML(very handsome in this case) to a truly beautiful FL?

If not for James Ji I wouldn't even waste my time watching this. A poorly written romantic suspense drama. Too many irritating characters that are way past their due date. The antagonists here seemingly have a free run because our leads and their sidekicks are inept and useless.

What a selfish, insecure and schizophrenic FL. ML should never have gotten back with her. The crocodile tears she shed in the last episode didn't move me one bit.

The stupidest FL I have ever seen. Apparently her gift of premonition does not include any analytical ability as she should be able tell right away it was not the ML who was threatening her. She mouths off about her predictions being true which in the drama is accepted as reality and does happen yet completely forgot she babbled and saw far more ominous prophesies from the other guests.

I still can't get over this couple. I did not even know who they were when I started to watch it 4 years ago. Imagine my disappointment when I found out about their real life status.

Hopefully Mango TV subs this quick. Croton on Youtube still hasn't put English subs on You're My Hero and I was hoping to watch that before this one.

What a conniving liar Yan Zi Fang turn into. Hopefully he gets his due for joining in conspiracies and court politics.

Lu Yun Ji and his son are very lucky they've got Ying Ying in their family. How many times does she have to sacrifice herself for those two. They don't deserve her. Except for the weak lead couple and that bratty princess, I am liking the characterization of most of the characters here even the antagonists. It's refreshing to see the characters here aren't purely black and white like most other dramas.

I'm watching at 30 and it would be good if the lead couple stay where they are and never show up again. They are utterly dragging this drama down. Possibly the most silly leads ever since that train wreck Princess Silver.

His character still has a lot more nuanced and development than the the very bland and boring lead couple. Even Fu Rou's sister has had to face some very serious predicaments. The FL though is enjoying playing house and patty cake somewhere with the ML. I've never seen a more inconsequential lead characters ever. They could be gone from the story and no one would notice.
