this is now #1 & i'm so happy that it toppled that korean drama "signal". Why is it the best? = only those who completed it will ever get it. However, the process of getting pass the 20th episode mark is darn hard. So just skip it and watch the middle. :)

yes, the drama is. it's not perfect. it has a lot of . . . bad points. The male char is too strong. Female didn't go after a goal and an ambition after got in the relationship and will always support the male.
I agree with your rating. I can never understand why Goblin is on the "top drama" list on this site along with (being on par with) Signal and Nirvana Fire. I can understand if Goblin is on the "popular drama" list. Given it has Gong Yu and big stars, it would have a high popularity. However, to be among the "top dogs" , . . . ??? I dropped this tho when it aired so i can't be too critical if I hadn't seen all to the end. but I can't never pick it up again coz don't like the 2nd male lead's facial makeup, acting, or face. I didn't like the main pair, not against older man+young girl, but they're just off, acting for the sake of melo-rom-com whatever the genre is, no chemistry, u can see they're acting out love.
Big reason why I dropped it: I also feel like there's no goal in the story as I was watching, wanna skip so bad to know the purpose. u'r right abt should be fewer episodes. I couldn't care less about cinematography if the story is not there . They say that abt While u were sleeping too, good cinematography.

problem is I've been watching so many mainland chinese dramas that watching this at first was like this accent is not bad or hard to hear, it is just different, more noticeable. These lawyers are speaking so fast. The thing is I had been watching Taiwan dramas since the olden days, only stop and watch occasionally within these few years. Lego lee is probably my fav tw actor, known him from one of my fav drama, In A Good Way (2013). I used to prefer tw accent over the c-drama mandarin accent but now it's the opposite. I'll stop myself from thinking this way. but now anything is fine for watching. Don't mind me i'm crazy. i'm confused. lol gonna dive in this one. The summary sounds good. Good plots always win.

then I think the dubber is trying to make it sounds like it's William speaking by sometimes putting on an accent coz at times the dubber doesn't sound accented but sometimes he does. Or it could be the voice actor/dubber originally has a southern accent himself. lol Perfect. Hired. Good disguise. Well-intention. but this dubber sounds mandarin-speaker-smooth at times that makes me think that there are two male dubbers for William. LOL

idk why i laugh so hard at the first drama! I'd carry hot water bottle ( a good one that hold heat for long like themo- metal bottle) with me all the time if I were him.
I love how unrealistic this is and it's so effing funny! out of reality funny! Love everyone! even the guest roles! i love how over the top "models" they are !!! I laugh every time he does the model poses. Humour like this only in Japan.
