thought rookies-actors were in the poster/cover image until I scrolled down for the names, of course, coz for the life of me I never saw Miura and Shirota in that. I'm shocked.
I happen to have a curse hahahah the second leads curse. I love Yuan chun more than the lead girl. Her love for…
To be honest, I sided with princess chun-er when she was about to kill female lead, but Chun-er had gone Mojojojo mode like when he's about to eliminate the power puff girls he rants about how his plan has worked, and Chun'er, she ranted about 5 minutes before she was about to stab Chu Qiao. She Took too long. Her plan failed in the end. Classic villain's move. Female lead has gone a bit annoying. I guess harem genre is just annoying (can't be helped). She got 4 guys in love with her. In this 55th episode, she said this line over again "pity, we're not on the same path anymore" to Yan Xun (like ok, it's time to switch lane again).
Like. .. how many times has she said that to every guy that she got involved with? Enough with the critics, the pros are in the portrayal of the various romantic relationships here (even though Chu Qiao always acts like they are "friendships". I dislike this too innocent of a female lead/mary sue). My positive review: I like how this could happen in modern day scenarios: ex-bf mistreated her, so she got a new bf but this current bf has gone yandere and crazy. It's time to move on again. . . ???? It could totally happen in real life.
Chun'er is generally dumb and only got on the wrong path for a bit trying to kill Chu Qiao in the battle field. In the end, her eyes are clear and she targeted her dad, which kinda redeemed herself a lot.
Also, I was rooting for Chun'er to kill Yan Xun so much!!! I think the drama did something wrong there if I, as a viewer, wanted the female lead killed by the supporting lead. XD
The first picture of her is the era which she looks the best. Nowadays, idk if there are many new faces/actresses or she just became less attractive. She's still above average just not as ethereal as before.
Drinking game: take a shot every time there's a slap in the trailer above. haha
. . . .
On a serious note, an interesting trailer I've seen so far in recent weeks on this site. The first part of the trailer makes me "wow cool filming locations (metropolis buildings), good looking actors (Shawn with the flower), I must watch this". The second part just BAMMMM. . . (I have no idea about the author or the director) but boy do they made this become chaotic real quick like 0 to 100 real quick.
never watched anything (the first 10 minutes of episode one) so cringe-worthy in my life! (jk, seen worse in recent weeks) https://youtu.be/k9-D36t0UKw the red teddy bear sub plot/backstory- what in the world of a shojo backstory is that? this must be a parody. laughin' by myself here. Their rookie acting and I can't stop watching coz of the guy. Brand new kabedon. He's so hot. . . the legit reason to keep watching. . . shamelesss. . . .
very heart-skipping first episode; almost felt like it over-did the cliche first meetings (in total there were 3 times they met in just the first EP alone)
I'm shocked.

the synopsis: I thought 'westernisation' may take place around industrialisation so Lychee Hikari Light club could exist in this time too.
Also, Shawn Dou for Shang!
