I think that's the difference though. The distinct between liking how unlikable she is vs just disliking her. Former opinion shows you're enjoying the overall show plus her unlikable character. Latter opinion shows her unlikable character is souring your mood about the overall show. The tone of the comments is usually noticable who's enjoying the show vs who's not because she's unlikable, and that's mainly most of the arguments I've seen, is why are you complaining about a bad character who's supposed to be bad?

I think even during these episodes you can see he disagrees with what she did to her Dad. This is the beginning of his criticism against her and her methods. It reaches a point where she plans to take a third life and that was his breaking point. He ends up exposing her to media using all her X, as you saw in the beginning there was some kind of interview. After she fell from grace, she blamed him for ruining her life, and he becomes her last big victim, thinking if she has to suffer, so will he.

That's a huge generalization to diagnose someone as a Sociopath. Usually people go to a Doctor and multiple sessions to confirm. And the reason I ask is because I see a lot of naive people unable to differentiate between acting and reality, they think just because an actor is evil in a role, must mean they're evil in real life to accept the role, similarly an actor must be a sociopath to act so good as a sociopath, so was just wondering if you were one of those people. And seems you are. Oh well.

Yes he got his powers back. Monk said it was temporary. But the other confusion you have. Honestly at this point im confused too. My personal real life understanding is shaman's CAN have family but maybe the reality of the story is different from actual reality and they have different rules. Because First Pheem's mom was like, "if you become shaman, then you cant have lover" so i was like, oh so he has to remain clean off that squirt squirt stuff. That's the rules of this reality. Okay cool, whatever. But Im sure they'll find a way around that because aint no way a Thai BL won't have at least one spicy scene. But then they just started making out and jerking meat sticks and there wasnt any actual change or ritual releasing powers or nadda. He still had his full power when those jerk sticks were squirting. So now im like ok? You can just do it? Maybe Pheem's mom was joking...to scare him into not becoming a shaman? That IS a hard gig to do for life. I get it.

I went straight to the webtoon because im impatient.

And Dear lord.

She never changed, till the end. She was steadfast, focused on getting back at those who hurt her. She fell from grace but still had one last bite. Her last revenge on Junseo. Chef's kiss. It's simply too cruel. Did she win? Did she lose? Both? Sigh. Whatever it is, she got him good.

But honestly though, at least the daughter looked normal. Thank goodness.

The only issue now is....the daughter is the final innocent victim of Baek Ah Jin's twisted actions.

If they decide to closely follow the webtoon, can't wait to see this in live action 🙏

There's only 4 episodes out and based on those 4 episodes, she's not an anti-hero. You could consider her just plain villain quality. It's not like she's out to hurt innocent people, but her goals to hurt those who hurt her involve innocent people. I personally wouldn't root for her. But I do think the show will be entertaining just to see how she deals with different situations.

Based on how she behaves and is portrayed, I'm assuming she is leaning more toward being a villain and we're gonna watch how she keeps up the charade until finally, she is taken down? She thinks the world is out to get her and she is in constant survival mode, using anyone she thinks is usable. Maybe a lot of people will deserve the brunt of her actions, but a lot of kind innocent people will be her victim too. I really don't see a good ending for her.

I feel bad for Mr. Cafe Boss. He's a good guy, through and through and it's unfortunate he met the wrong person at the wrong time.

I do get that part too. But I think as with everyone who have their wants and needs, we have to remember just as you want to read more about PheemKhem, those people want to read KengNamping, and it is unfortunate the ratio is so off, but that is why if we want something, just as Knp shippers wanted Knp fics so they wrote it, people who want more PheemKhem should write it and add to the fancreation pile of goodies.

They're official partners so they're stuck together for a while. I've seen their fanservice amp up a lot since the series ended, especially from Keng.

But imo, fanservice is just a gimmick. Too much of it and it's obvious when actors are over it. Having a good friendship where you're comfortable with each other is so much better. Actors shouldn't need to act like they're into their costars to sell a show. The show should be selling the show.

I agree. Second seasons don't usually go well because they're adding to a complete story and have nothing else to tell. It's usually just unneccessary drama and fluff content to meet the episode count. Khemjira is already a well rounded and complete story.
