they adopted 2 kids already, should they want more of course there are biological ways, this is not the stone age where gay men can't have biological children, but im just speaking based on my vibes of the ending. they are content with their adoptive children and they are content with each other. there is no indication they want to have biological children, is there.

Rampheung might've repented before she could finish the job on Khem, but the good thing is Khem is gay af and he won't be reproducing a biological child anytime soon or in the future, so she can rest assure knowing the bloodline does in fact end with him.

An alternative perspective on this, as a straight drama watcher too, is most of the straight couples aren't "romantic" until toward the end too (like no flirting, no dating era, no holding hands, no kissing, no nothing), but nobody complains about it "lacking romance" because people just understand it takes time to develop to a point where they can definitively say "i love you" and engage in intimate behaviors. in my eyes, Khemjira developed similarly, with there being less active romance going on until toward to middle/end. so this gets me wondering, what exactly are some BL fans watching that when they see a relatively normal development between a couple, they think "that's not romance". Like is BL just about dating, flirting, holding hands, all throughout from start to finish, and nothing else? Is that even a show anymore? that would just be BL fanservice.

I agree. I love horror so that was sort of the main reason I started this drama. Horror AND BL? I thought what a perfect show for my tastes. Little did I know......still a lot of other good things but I miss the horror a little bit 😅

And that is exactly the problem at hand. The people who can offer her an apology are no longer alive, which is why her grudge against reincarnations caused her to apologize in the first place. She went after people she shouldn't have and caused generations of trauma. She did something she wasn't supposed to, therefore she apologized. Khem on the other hand is a reincarnation and hasn't done anything wrong. He does not owe her an apology for existing. She deserves an apology, just not one from him.

Because it's a BL and BL fans tend to have tunnel vision. This story is very much a Pin story as it is a Saenkaew and Sasin story, but tunnel vision BL makes people only understand Saenkew and Sasin's emotions, while dismissing Pin's because she's the odd one out.

But the thing is, what would Khem apologize for? For being born as the reincarnation of the little girl who lied? Khem is the same soul, but he is also his own person in the current timeline and he never actually harmed Rampheung himself. He has no reason to apologize to someone who terrorized him simply because he was born.

Love in the moonlight gave me stress, khemjira was my medicine. I don't tend to watch shows simply because of actors unless i enjoy their chemistry, so because i did enjoy both stories chemistry, i am looking forward to more shows from these actors.

Pearl and Peak insinuated we'll see them together for a while longer (basically fixed pair) so I'm hopeful we'll see them again in another BL.

I agree. If the original dialogue was that of the translations, it would have been so much better. International fans have a different viewing experience to native watchers since translations tend to mask or take short cuts to what the original dialogues say.

I thought iqiyi only has free tier (some shows eps are free but watch with ads) and then 2 vip options, standard and premium (for non-free shows eps, like Khemjira ep2+). If you're paying for vip standard, you should have access to the show?

Idk if y'all caught that since translations didn't translate it correctly, but the kids called Khem Mom (mae) and Pharan called Khem his wife (mia).

You will never see what others see in this, because you can only see what you choose to see in this. There have been multiple comments explaining what they see in this show, have you read them? If you have and still don't understand, then that is case in point.

Rampheung doesn't scare me. I can watch her terrorize people all day. But a horny Pharan? That's scary 🫣 I purposely filled my day with errands so I can pace myself watching this episode, and finally, I'm at THE scene and I am scared. I don't know where to look 😭

not Pharan sinning in front of Monk Pinyo, Khem's dad's salad! Imagine coming to see your dear son who survived his 21st birthday, only to witness the Shaman getting all handsy and up in your son's face, sweet talking about something 😭

If it makes you feel any better, the "horror" aspect of this show exists majority in ep1. The rest I would call "soft" horror.

Yeah phi/nong is hard to translate in english because english doesnt really have those kinds of honorifics when addressing someone. Plus the main confusion with phi/nong is people think they're actually related as blood siblings, rather than it being just a honorific, which is why they dont translate it. Ive seen similar issues with mandarin translations in Wuxia/xinxia shows when they use Dàgē/Xiongdì to address each other in the same clans and i always see people ask "are they actually brothers?" lol
