I'm 50/50. One one hand, I'm over this series at this point, couldn't care less what it means to new watchers or older watchers. I'm only here to see what conversations I can add to new watchers who wanna know wassup. I just answered a question below asking if this series has a good ending. Maybe I can answer other questions too. On the other hand, I can see why people are still commenting. Like you wait 7 days every friday for this? lol. The time invested and anger gotta go somewhere. If it leaves with the comments then so be it.

Personally it's a meh ending. I was already getting bored way earlier (ep 7 ish 8) so I already let go of a lot of my initial affection and wasn't that triggered by the ending tbh. It was just "okay that's done with, bye" kind of feeling.

We all watched this for Tor, who didn't? lol. At the beginning this was intriguing to me because Tor portrayed Sila so wholeheartedly and things were just starting to build up but once you get going with the plot, things start to get boring because there's a ton of repetitive and dragging dialogue. Toward the finale of the show I was skipping through the episodes.

Personally I didn't like Mingta. She was such a pushover but she's always barking about her morals with Tor. Yet she goes back to the people who have hurt both her and Tor and protects them. Like I know you're supposed to be this kindhearted person but c'mon, grow some balls and stand up for yourself.

The antagonists. Bruh. Idk but I get the feeling like they went overboard with those guys? They were so extra, all of them.

I think Tor definitely popularized this drama but even his acting alone can't carry the weight of boredom I felt.

"Minor" "nitpicking" you make it sound like the obvious change in character personality is something people need a magnifying glass to find lol it's not minor, it's very much major.

I'm 37 minutes in and Champ has not explained anything regarding what happened lol He clarified a lil bit about the dream and why Wat showed up in Tine's dream. Then the dude to the right chimed in trying to explain that we have to take Wat's side of the story into consideration why he didn't show up at the hospital. Champ mentioned again that the hospital crying scene Win also did in one take, that that first take got the emotions through and he didn't wanna do another take, worried the emotions would be different the second time around. I'm not gonna continue watching lol I have a feeling he's not gonna explain anything.

Yep. I was sort of still on board when Type was shown to be traumatized by what happened, like wow, this can show us viewers something serious about trauma, but I fell off the ship when Tharn kept wanting to have sex with Type despite knowing what the guy went through. Can you seriously think about your crush and his past and go, "Yeah but I'm horny" like?? Definitely the execution and delivery that lost me.

As I said, I was explaining myself because I thought you misinterpreted my comment. If you had just told me I was wrong, I wouldn't have bothered explaining myself. I didn't want to come off as someone who's comparing EVERYTHING about the series, your comment in response implied that I was doing that, that's why I explained it was just the chemistry, editing, and execution for me. I'm not trying to "win" or "lose" anything, don't make this into something it's not.
Edit: Since it looks like we've come to an understanding that all of this was unnecessary (well for me at least, I understand you better now) I'm gonna leave off with this.

And in my perspective, TT had better chemistry compared to 2gether. But 2gether had content more palatable to my taste. Therefore, I'd rather watch 2gether over TT any day.

I get what you meant. I'll have you know I've written a review for both TT and 2gether and neither series influenced my review, so yeah. But what you've essentially done is tell me what I already know and am already doing. Sorry to shed light, but forming an opinion on a series includes both comparisons and non-comparison comments (whether I agree with or not). Even our own perspective is influenced by a previous thought, so it's not entirely your "own" perspective. What do you think you've just done by defining a "good viewer"? You've compared factors that make a "bad viewer" to what you consider a "good viewer" and then picked out the points that makes someone a "good viewer". You've compared two things to make a point. So I don't see how comparing two different series to make a point, is any different.

I don't know who you're directing all of this at, I thought it was at me at first since you specifically replied to my comment, but now I don't think you're directing it at me, but to the general viewer in this comment section? If so, make your own new comment because I don't want it to clutter under my reply. Thanks.

Define "good viewer"? What are the qualities you are basing as a good viewer? And how does that tie in with comparison and reviews?

As I said, I compare execution, chemistry, and editing, which are UNIVERSAL components of every series/lakorn/drama. That is a valid comparison, for me at least.

If you don't want to compare at all, then that's on you entirely. If people want to compare content, then that's on them entirely. All anyone can do is explain themselves on agreements or disagreements.

Also, I don't understand the tone of your comment. "I thought that my previous comment is the end. But you want some more." What does this mean exactly? That I was supposed to take whatever you say as my truth and remain silent? I don't understand. I was simply explaining myself because I thought you misinterpreted my first comment, if that's not how it went then sorry.

I think there are things that are plain universal for comparison for all series, for me they include execution, chemistry, and editing. You have to agree a good series need at least some of those. But things such as kisses and sex, or factors of the plot (in TT's case, rape and trauma) can't be compared between series. I don't know about anyone else, but I think comparing TT and 2gether based on the type of content, is useless. Saying TT had mental and physical abuse and rape, therefore it should have a worse rating compared to 2gether, doesn't really make sense imo since that's the content specific to TT. It's like saying two different stores selling two different products, should be compared on their product . Comparing Mc' D to Menards, for example. One sells fast food, the other sells appliances and supplies. Rather than compare their product and connecting that to their overall rating, perhaps people should compare their customer service and how they take care of their store.

I guess people have different standards and justifications. Personally I'd watch 2gether over TharnType any day. One thing I do want to praise TT is that at least the two leads had chemistry.

I'm surprised that Bright is genuinely invested in Sarawat's character and the story overall. You can tell he puts a lot of effort in his role. But how Sarawat was acted out says otherwise. This just further proves Bright's acting needs work. You can be as passionate as you want about a character and the story, but if on screen it doesn't look like that, then it's pointless effort bts. This makes me sad lol cuz I really admire Bright's thinking but oof, on screen is a different vibe.

You got good eyes lol I admit Bright's visuals got me into the series, but Win's vibrant personality is why I even stayed.

I can't imagine them in F4 lol though if they do audition, it would be interesting for Win to play as Jihoo. Idk about Bright, he doesn't fit anywhere. Maybe Yijung? .... or if I recall, that one extra dude who plays the guitar and drugged Jandi.

So what I learned as a 2gether viewer is I came for Bright but left with Win. The End.

I think they're being genuine. No matter how much you wanna think everyone out there must be able to see the flaws, but reality is, some people can genuinely enjoy anything and they won't even be bothered. It amazes me sometimes. But of course, it all goes back to preference/opinion. Perhaps they really don't see any flaws and this series is genuinely the best for them?

And that's why I wonder how their workshop process went. I see so many TharnType workshop videos but I have yet to come across a 2gether workshop session.
