the love triangle in this drama is absurd. i mean if the other guy is equally deserving than thats fine but he's not, really. earlier in the drama it was amazing with the romance and all after the other person appeared thats when everything went downhill for me. all the hype for this drama is mostly on ji chang wook. if you came here for him then u should watch, if not u better rethink. if u insist, then good luck. i watched this solely for the drama and not the actors maybe thats why im disappointed.
i wanna rewatch this drama coz i really enjoy watching it. however the love triangle in this drama is so frustrating to watch. i really cannot stand JCW's character. the first time i was this frustrated was with the romance in hwang jin yi and this is the second time. also the ending really? wang yu didnt do any wrong to deserve that urghh. i swear after the last episode i felt like ripping my heart apart. too bad coz i loveee the romance between wang yu and nyang :(

in the earlier episodes yes coz she's lost the will to paint but in the later episodes they developed her artistic side. i dont know to what extent these people wanna see her grow as an artist but as of now i like how everything is placed. and i wouldnt say "nonsense" coz that "nonsense" is critical for the drama else the drama would be really boring.

i have the exact same problem. if she has amnesia then they shouldve explained what happened. if she doesnt then my interpretation is that shes playing pretend coz she had an agreement or some sort with the guy who saved her. also her saviour is working for that old sagging fox! and now the writer is still toying with us urgh
i dont know why but the trailer reminds me of tribe and empire storm of prophecy. some of the elements are similar(the castle on the hill, wolves, bed scene, falling off the horse, shooting arrow). is it based on the same novel?

i think they both died coz she was still alive when wu ju lan dissolved into foams . meaning the spiritual pearl was not successfully transferred to wu ju lan and they didnt mention anything significant about the tears(i assumed it to be just a regular pearl). hence due to her sorrow she drowned herself and live with wu ju lan in another life(the incarnations in season 2). -the end lol
the fact that wu ju lan said he needs to be extremely sad to shed tears makes the ending so heartbreaking. just how sad he mustve been :(

PWY, NIF and SFD are very political maybe that's why u didnt quite like it. hwarang, scarlet heart can be considered as light drama. just give it another go :) and if u decide to drop the 2nd time just dont give low rating. it is sad to see people give very low rating just because the drama is not their cup of tea when the drama is really good.
the feeling i get from this drama is so real that i cannot contain myself :( now this fellas is what u call love, to always support the person u love even from a distance.
i dont normally watch modern kdrama ive only seen a few and i loveeeee lee sang yoon in on the way to the airport. so im still contemplating wether or not to watch this hm
ahhh finally ive finished watching this! i watch SFD prior watching this and was unhappy with the ending. i wanted to know what happened to other characters on that last episode. so i was quite happy to see so many familiar faces and characters in TWDR oh and "warrior moo hyul!!" XD. it was also sad seeing the characters u came to love in SFD end in this drama.
the only problem i have with this drama is that its a little bit too slow in the earlier episodes. then towards the end i feel like they rushed the last 5 or 6 episodes when they couldve developed the plot earlier. i still enjoy this drama nevertheless!
i dont usually watch fantasy drama. if do i often drop it because i cannot comprehend the superpowers or some sort (im more to logic lol). however it's different with this drama!! im lovin it so far. i was hesitant at first but seeing the hype about it i decided to give it a try. the one thing thats got me hooked is bea hayden's acting. her bubblyness doesnt look fake at all. i get really annoyed when girls trying to act cute *rolls eyes*
