i too usually try to avoid chinese fantasy drama solely for the cgi. im only watching this because my friend recommend it and i wanna join the hype. im at episode 11 and i can say im very distracted by the cgi lol

i have seen the 30-episode version and it was better. i kinda already expecting plot holes when they reduced the 2 episodes. but they did pretty good with the trimming just a lil bit of confusion. but i can pick up the idea here and there but yeah the omitted the most critical part of the ending.

one thing, despite all the good reviews why is the rating still low?

i have seen the original version of 30 episodes and it was way better. they omitted saimdang's death on the last episode which was a bad idea. i was most confused about that. also they explained more about the ciesta di luna and the modern days

i hope this is equally good or better than rebel thief who stole the people. just not another overrated drama with bad plot yaiks!

ahh really? no wonder im liking this drama so far coz i like all of their dramas lol. this team produces really good dramas!

does the production team for this drama is the same as nirvana in fire and battle of changsha? i sense some similarities with the directing between the three dramas.

i really hate it when they cut the drama short for whatever reason. worst it happens to the drama that i reaallyyy like. seriously. some characters in episode 24 were neglected and i do not like that(i hope they explain in the remaining episode). then suddenly u have 1 full episode of the modern day. we're left with only 3 episode they better not ruin the ending urgh! the last few episodes are the crucial part, it s a terrible terrible idea to cut it down now. it would have been better if they had edited earlier. still, i love this drama!!!!
