I can tolerate bad plot but definitely can't tolerate stupid character. That jake adelstein guy is really getting on my nerve on each episode. Bro is just a reporter and is acting like he's a cop. When he got busted he said 'i just wanted to write a story' wth??!! This is national level crime we're talking about and you're messing with it like you're some high ranking investigator. The main reason why im still watching it is because of Sato and Katagiri.
It was still beautiful. I have very few complaints, Ryan Eum is kind of one of them. I dislike that they did the…
It did!! Such a shame there was a lot of potential from the side characters and storyline. Or at least give a bit of explanation to the introduced characters and not just discard them
to be fair, with all the blows to the head, traumas and all, it's not that shocking
Thh, with all that blows to the head he should be dead or at least in a vegetative state. He's like an immortal in this drama. Not digging the amnesia plot at all.
I would have given this drama a much higher rating if they left out the whole amnesia trope. Especially the first…
Agree. I also hate the fact the writer gave us the amnesia trope twice!! It doesn't add to the fact that LJY is an immortal who was supposed to die on every few episodes being captured/tortured/shot and survived every single time. And them being separated for the 100th time!! By the time that 2nd amnesia plot came in i was already like FTS
I have never been annoyed and frustrated by a drama as much as i was with this. The lead couple got separated for too many times that when episode 21 came i was already not feeling their romance. IT WAS JUST SO FRUSTRATING. Tho NKM acting was so good that i cried at the last scene. Having said that, all the emotions i felt from the first episode went down the drain by episode 19. Also, despite the additional 1 episode there were still plot holes. This was just an ok drama.

Agree! In fact, a lot of plots were left unsaid. I was pretty disappointed with how the drama turned out. Too much time spent on their make-up/break-up scenes
I can stand a few break ups. But there is a limit to that. this drama took it to a whole new level. It is like they breakup every 2 episodes which i got tired of. Also, while watching this drama i get the "rebel thief who stole the people" vibe and sure enough it is from the same writer!!
Why are some people complaining about the influencers not having character development. They are so full of themseleves in their own bubble, obviously they don't grow.
Just finished AoS part 1 and it drained my emotions. I started part 2 right after thinking there is a continuation from part 1 right where it was left of. Boyyy after watching episode 2 i'm not even sure i want to 're-watch' the whole thing again. Ive spent 20 episodes already and now i have to restart from new plot?!?!?! I know it is just 10 episode but like yooo they couldve wrapped the drama with less than 20 episodes instead of dragging it to 2 parts.
This drama is different than other similar period drama that ive watched! For whatever reason i was so interested in wang shi an hah.. all in all, this is a very good drama that make good use of a whole lot supporting characters
the drama started off very slow with annoying characters. But as the story progress, it became better and better. My initial rate was 7.5 but towards the end I gave it an 8.5. I really like the dynamics between FXQ and GQY!!
i can tolerate slow paced and bad story line, but i definitely cannot tolerate bad characters. Unfortunately this drama is filled with awfully written characters especially the leads that i felt like smacking them in the heads. They whine like children despite being a 30 something year olds.
In this type of story, If they don't give us the sequel, with so many things to understand, it's all vain. It's…
I really wanna watch this but havent because im waiting for all seasons to come out. This is why i do not like when kdrama is made into series just like the west.. a lot of things can happen between seasons like right now the pandemic. Same thing happened to Kingdom.. still waiting for the sequel zzzz. I think kdrama should just stick to how the way things were
They took a super long and winding road to get to the last episode when the drama could have concluded in 15 episodes or so.. sooo many unnecessary characters and side stories.. i finally discovered the use of 1.5x speed in cdrama watching which helped me get through stretchy dramas like this.. overall it is an okay drama but a bit too long
This drama is really really really good!! After watching love destiny i went to look for similar lakorn and found this and Thong Ek. But boy this drama is better! Tried watching thong ek but i stopped on the first episode as i find it not interesting
The plot goes around in circle. I am at episode 28 and progressing through the drama is such a chore. I started losing interest at episode 19 or so when I noticed the plot started becoming repetitive. Too much time spent on devising prison break or saving people... idk how many times the ml was thrown into captivity. I think a good 5 episodes were spent to device his release, the dude literally just walked out of the prison gate then came another officer warrant his arrest and then another 2 episodes spent to break him out. Same thing happen to li bi and some side characters. And every people they meet in captivity will tell about their sad life which consumed already the whole episode zzzz. Li bi should be the clever one but he can’t even save himself. Typical scholar all talk but no action. Not to mention the romance. Bruh u just met her for a few hours and already talking about marriage. I can tolerate cliche plot but not poorly written characters. I think 24 episodes can make this an amazing action packed drama minus the unnecessary characters.
Nirvana in Fire bored the crap out of me with their Wuxia leaping and flying around. Legend of ZhenHuan so much…
Those are 2 very different dramas. NIF is heavily political while LZH is harem fight.. leaping and flying are typical in cdramas so no big deal for me. It comes down to preferences really
