lemonade

dumb × dumber, but you can't tell who is dumber. the leads have chemistry tho

they're half siblings. their father cheated on both of their mothers. LXX's mom died by suicide cause of this, and JY's mom got insulted by the Lu family

I mostly wrote this thinking about ep 1-19. I usually hate writing reviews for on-going shows, but oh, how I love teen LXX and ZW!

this is genuinely so cringe, but i like it? Fu gives me 2nd hand embarrassment everytime he appears on the screen, but its funny too? it made me feel like “wtf am i watching”, but its entertaining? its kind of a brainrot typa show, but i like crazy mls ig? Fu kinda feels like the older brother of Duang(my absolute comfort character) at times tho Duang understands boundaries more than him😭😭

they completely changed the fl's personality from the comic to kinda whitewash her actions, and it wasn't a great change, but CEW looks so pretty here 😭

i did read the explanation, i was talking about the voice? it sounds so muffled, like an old man is speaking. no hate against old men, but its just done so terribly, and considering he appears quite a lot, it just feels lazy for them to not put more efforts to make it sound atleast decent😭

i get the face, but the voice is the problem for me. it sounds so terrible

lol same i can't find any good bls to watch after duang with you

no, but it has queer/trans representation

wtf is wrong with fl's bf/ex ? his voice sounds so weird i couldn't continue watching this

I don't want to ship Yohan with Gaon cause yk, but why tf does Ji Sung have such a strong gayze in this drama lmao the show writers knew what they were doing, but they had to add the sibling thing to get this mainstream ig? i hate pinterest for misleading me on June this has to be a hate crime 😔🥀

THERE ARE NEVER TOO MANY BLs (are you watching all of them lmao?)😭😭

watched like 2 eps, and I love the concept sm. the way they talk about a lot of sensitive topics involving same-sex relationships, heteronormativity, coming out makes me feel like a queer person was behind this show. Its quite hard to find a BL thats queer-friendly, and isn't perpetuating the same gender roles like every other mainstream BLs. I am gonna binge-watch this after the last ep drops T-T

i read a bit of the novel after their breakup arc...he is so aggressive towards her in the novel like drama LXX would neverrrr

ikr i was laughing cause why were they trauma-dumping to a girl who is about to jump😭

this gave me some relief after the ep 20-21 angst ♥️ I hope BSE and ZKY get paired up again in another drama cause how am i supposed to move on from them

what do they do in the novel? i hope they don't butcher their bond😭😭

Joseph Zeng looks so ethereal in the poster. I hope they don't change it 😭

the romance is so fast-paced, but its kinda cute. the ml is so hilarious, but the fl's acting is kinda off at times i feel? she's great at comedic scenes, but other times, not so much.

fl abandoning ml and keeping in touch with sml is something i hate with every fiber of my being, but ZW has a special place in my heart, so imma forgive her lol. Even though I understand why she did what she did, I still find it quite cruel and selfish, especially cause of the way she broke up with LXX. But them being just messy teens with no parental support makes it sm understandable imo? Also LXX's grandpa telling an 18 year old that someone she loves is on death bed cause of her when she, herself, was a victim is so evil. Its sm worse cause he thinks its coming from a place of care, when he did the most harm to LXX (LXX was right— the Lus are all shitty)
