Just finished the first five episode, my thoughts:- Ning Wang is a groomer, manipulative and territorial. Do I detect some gaslighting?- Crown Prince has that ML halo, all good things are directed towards him. I look for more background info and development because currently it's cliche and one-dimensional, given the constant bombardment of power struggle theme in C-drama. He Yu fits this role.- Meng jie can't beat that same-role-every-project allegation...- What a rigid feudal system.- The trail of OP main characters is also strong with this one. But I've been enjoying it so far.- I, especially, look forward to Xin Wang's backstory and his realisation of his wife's soul within the body of Shen Xi He.Overall, it hooks on me from the very first episode. So far so good. Hope the quality stays consistent.

The aftermath is just as brutal as the prior episode as Yu Ru and Jiu Si learn about more atrocities and deal with their grief while on the run. Jiu Si breaking down over his father is heartbreaking.

Arsenal Military Academy Episode 5

They played my two favourite classical songs when Miss Qu and the playboy danced together. I could see Miss Qu jealous faceđ€Łđ€Łđ€Ł. But I would be angry too, because the Tinbai invited her first, but another girl asked him to dance with her and that is it.I can't believe someone can be unconscious for hours in a hole. My favourite scene is when the cadets start their training in a real wild area and for their surprise, there are lot of real enemies and not just war professionals.

Wang Shan Quan and Lou Zá» Shang's men brutally take over the city and murder hundred of people. The episode features some exciting - though ultimately futile - martial arts combat scenes but mostly is dominated by the bad guys winning everything including killing several important characters. This obviously creates a low point for the lead couple who somehow survive this together. Lots of heartbreak in this one. A pretty impressive 'final words' speech by Jiu Si's best friend..

Things are too peaceful in this episode. The steps to move the Gu family all seem ponderously slow. Lots of conversations and waiting. The bad guys clearly are going to do very bad things soon and as a viewer, I just want the good guys to move with more urgency! One key reveal is we now can categorize Luo Zhi Shang as the stereotypical "childhood friend who grows up into psychopath obsessed with the FL". The kind of idiot who confuses memories of childhood kindness for some kind of love bond. Ugh. I hate this trope. It's one of the worst, over-used plot tropes in c-dramas.

In Love Forever Episode 4

Episode 4 of In Love Forever gave me whiplash, a rage headache, and one fleeting moment of hope â in that order.Watching this week, my inner monologue was basically a hostage situation with occasional bursts of applause. Letâs unpack.First, a reluctant standing ovation for our girl Runch, who finally located her spine in the back of a dusty drawer and used it to shield her wife from the character-assassination olympics her mother was hosting live at the dinner table. I literally whispered, âThank God, she grew a spine.â Then immediately: But will she grow the full set? Itâs only Episode 4. Promising to never let anyone hurt your wife is a beautiful, romantic vow â the kind that sounds gorgeous in the rain, set to a slow-motion guitar riff. But this is a Monster-in-Law from Hades weâre talking about, not a mild inconvenience. Runch, Iâm watching you. Do those words come with follow-through, or are they just decorative pillows on the couch of your marriage? I need to see you metaphorically grow some balls, not just a spine, because a spine without the fortitude to enforce boundaries is just a fancy posture.Speaking of which: Monster-in-Law from Hades, a title I do not bestow lightly, what exactly is your damage? Are you allergic to beautiful nepo babies? Did a trust-fund kid steal your lunch money in a past life? Your cruelty isnât even pragmatic â itâs performance art. Youâre so consumed with resenting your daughter-in-lawâs wealth and beauty that youâd actively prefer your own daughter to be sad. There are already so many sad people in the world, maâam. Weâre fully stocked. Why are you so determined to manufacture one at home, custom-designed, just because you canât stand that your daughter-in-law is rich and stunning? Itâs selfishness distilled into a venom so pure it could strip paint. Youâre not protecting anyone; youâre curating misery. Get a hobby. Try pottery. Therapy, even. And then we have Runchâs dad, a man whose primary strategy for dealing with his overbearing wife is geographical escape. Sir, you are unable to discipline your wife? Or unwilling? Because thereâs a difference, and right now it looks like youâve abdicated your role as a father to keep your own peace, leaving your daughter to fight a dragon barehanded while youâre off elsewhere, probably polishing your âcalm, likeable characterâ awards. Itâs commendable that Runch inherited your good looks, your patience, and that gentle temperament â truly, a genetic jackpot. But hereâs the thing: a calm demeanor that only works when youâre absent isnât peacekeeping, itâs neglect. Grow. Some. Balls. Come home, plant your feet, and fix the family your wife is hell-bent on torching. Your daughter just did the hard thing at dinner. Now itâs your turn. Donât let her bravery be a solo act.In conclusion, Episode 4 was a telenovela-level cocktail of catharsis and fury. Iâm cautiously cradling that tiny spark of hope Runch ignited, fully aware it could either become a bonfire or get stomped out by episode 6. Fingers crossed the show gives the Monster-in-Law a redemption arc â or at least a very loud, very firm ânoâ that sticks.

Interesting ep. At first, I thought the daughter had been kidnapped, and the friend was the actual mother.

This should called blossom of love instead of power, because none of the prince are fighting for power, everyone is busy chasing love and very desperate too. Even crown prince, princess zhaoning possibly likes him back but there is a high possibility she wont express it until she got what she wants. She is the only one fighting for power.I am starting to get bored watching them chasing never will reciprocate love, everyone and not just limited to princes, the Gu Qinzhi meimei also chasing love, for godsake do something with your life instead of obsessing over unrequited love. Out of everyone, i only support crown prince unrequited love.

One episode after Jiu Si stops up big time to help save the family .... he reverts to acting like a child, leading Yu Ru to ask that question. Things are getting very serious for the family now, with all the trouble in the imperial oourt. And there is no more time for Jiu Si to continue acting like a child.

Another case that broke my heart. I'm trying to figure out Dr. Mizusawa's past and why the prosecutor Ota has an issued with MEJ. It seems like a prosecutor would prefer the ME get causes of death right!!

My goodness. Gu Jiu Si totally manned-up and was so dramatic with the self-punishment scene. That was one hella emotional scene and he looked so badass at the same time. Bai Jing Ting's voice is so powerful that his speaking his sins while taking his penance really magnified the moment. He really stepped up to protect his family from potential damage by the scheming Wangs. What a powerful scene, especially this early in the series. I was not expecting that.!

A sweet start that shows love maturing after marriage. Tee finally learns to support Peach's dream, making their relationship even more heartfelt.

A solid ep. Dragging a bit but I'm still entertained. I had to cackle when Jin Cheol said we live in a society that values individuality, so you shouldn't judge someone's. In Korea no less! I loved the scene with Jin Cheol's wife. The ending surprised me.

I have been waiting for this since January and I'm so happy it's finally there!! I rewatched Me and Thee just in case I missed some details last night and now I started this. The edited transitions are soo fun, just like in me and thee. This special series was worth the wait!! The new song is amazing and I've streamed it a bit too many times... it came out right before the series and was another reminder of how much I had been waiting for this. The wolf on the chest of Khun Thee is biting a peach now!! I have not heard anyone talk about this yet hello?? It's so cute, genuinely. I love how Thee owns more merch with peaches on it. I also love how Peach is saying P'kian instead of Khun Thee. I'm kinda getting used to calling him Kian now."let the single people, live their lonely little lives" excuse me, pardon? They really bullying the singles out here ugh. I love the smaller details like how one of the perfumes is called me and thee and the other one peach and me, Is it just me or is Kian wayyy more silly this first episode?? He really changed after marriage. He also is such a good dad, I love how he acts around those kids. The crying scene in the bathroom is taking me. I have to admit I feel a bit bad for Kian because bro is having attachment issues. UNCLE ROME, ITS SO CUTE.The characters has a big change like Tawan turned into green Flagg, apologised etc. He and Aran are adorable and I love how they got on good terms again. Also, Mok changed quite a bit. He for sure needed some time for himself and I'm gonna be honest, I never expected Mok to be the one to kiss first. This was soo cute!! I am secretly suspecting Permpoom is actually gonna be in the series as well. Given that Kian owns Gmmtheev now. Also I have a huge celeb crush on Emi and I was freaking out seeing her in a suit.

Good psychological episode. One that can be appreciated by, at very least, those with a foundation level of empathy and emotional intelligence. Hmm I really wonder how the teacher could have had anxiety from constant and persistent harassment... very peculiar and "senseless"! Oh... this review is definitely not directed at anyone in particular :)
