I must be honest. For the better half of this episode, I kept questioning my choice of why I keep watching this. đźâđš Not sure about other people, but I felt all the embarrassment during the scene where Junâs mother entered Deng Yu's livestream and started dancing. đ€Šââïž The producers might think it was fun and sweet, but well⊠I didnât. đThe other thing that made my skin crawl was yet another presence of Wang Ruohai on my screen⊠𫣠Ok, I can be grateful he helped Qian Fei with getting a new job, but wonât he expect some gratitude in return? Also, I donât like him snooping around her phone, because I kind of think he did, even if he said he didnât. đBut about Yifei and Fei⊠Well, I actually hoped that would end more positively, but I get Feiâs decision. đ She chose herself, learning from her past mistakes, and Yifei will have to prove to her how serious he is with his feelings. Very sad that he moved out⊠at least she will still have the doors he put in, the plates he replaced and the teddy bear⊠đđ§žWeirdly enough, my favourite part of this episode was Yifei finding out who's the one behind Fulaxida's sabotage⊠Thatâs how bad this episode made me feel. đŁP.S. Fei looked stunning in that white dress at the end. Loved it! So, maybe that was my favourite part. đ

This episode deals with the aftermath of Lord Zheng's rebellion and his death. We see how the Governor and Zheng Yuan's friends handle their sorrow, as well as the real reason behind Lord Zheng's rebellionâto save the Nine Cities from the Jing City Zheng family's plan to rebel.

This episode pushes further into the âshow within a showâ idea, making the line between performance and reality even harder to see. The actors and their characters are starting to merge, and what once felt like acting now seems shaped by real desire, vulnerability, and emotions the script can no longer contain.Iâm still waiting for the series to fully strip away those scripted layers. Thatâs when these characters may finally feel real. Until then, I remain emotionally detached. I understand what the show is aiming for, but I still canât fully connect with either of them. The opening sequence was especially strong. The popping soda can worked well as a metaphor for climaxânot for shock, but because it made the moment feel grounded and human. That kind of symbolism, paired with raw emotion, is the âreal worldâ I want to see beneath all the performance.

This episode is so intense. Old Lord Zheng's treason, the abduction of the Nine Cities officials, and him threatening the Governor to sign the cancellation of the new official recruitment program... and then that cliffhanger at the last minute!

I would actually prefer if Lu Ze and Jingjing would give those two that necessary push⊠At least thanks to them, they are kind of a few steps closer to a real confession. 𫣠But I am getting tired of this back and forth â do I like him or do I not? Am I worthy of her or am I not? Itâs really exhausting⊠đźâđšAnd I knew that the Fulaxida project was sabotaged, and I even suspected it would be the same people who sabotaged Shanlifangâs project and got Qian Fei fired! đ€š But even Fang Yun being involved? She said it right â if she's still alive to get those spoils when the time comes... In the end, she's just a rat in the grain... đ đ€I really hoped I wouldnât have to see Wang Ruohai in this drama anymore, that guy just gives me chills every time I see him. đ„¶ And the reason we had to see him again was even less wanted, but I guess necessary to end his character arc â so he can live pitying himself, full of regrets about a lost love he never appreciated enough. Cheers! đ

Of course, Qin would try to take credit for the Vermilion Fruit. It's good that it didn't last long. đđBut he's becoming persistent to get rid of Xiuyuan â trying to frame him and harm him. I am relieved that so far he hasn't succeeded. đâBut I do wonder about Songfeng. Why was he so sure and confused at the same time about Xiuyuan being the one with the scroll and practising demonic techniques? đ€š Maybe he just thought he was seeing him, but actually it was someone (cough... pointing at Qin) using a disguise spell? đ€âLifei is coming around slowly. She finally realises how much Xiuyuan actually helps her in many ways. Even if she is not ready to trust him yet, she finally allows him to stay nearby. And he does everything to take care of her â big things and small. đ€đâWill they expose Qin next episode? I doubt it. I bet he will have yet another trick up his sleeve.âAnd we have also a little love drama with prince Tangzhou. Lanya wants him to marry her, he thinks of Lifei all the time and then there's dancer Miaoqing, who also has set her eyes and heart on him... đłđ«ŁI am not sure if the guy will be the villain after all, because now there are so many candidates! đ

why did i think Danyi was a thing of the past?!? after getting ghosted by Zhang Zhun the day she came to surprise visit him & couldn't reach him till the morning after. we haven't really seen them communicate in anyway - so assumed she gave up on him. guess not. heck she for sure came back with a bang (& that's saying something given the fact she has yet to show her face) but sending Xiao Deng to cockblock Zhen Xin was a genius move. i laughed - dude effectively put a damper on things, especially as Zhen Xin had enough of 2nd guessing & trying to fight his attraction to Zhang Zhun. after their sex scene he wanted the real thing & was about to "take it" & would've if Xiao Deng showed-up, Zhang Zhun for sure wasn't putting up a fight. now we just need Zhen Xin's gf to show-up & their budding attraction will be dead in it's tracks... lol

Wow, this week we got The Prosecutor's Proposal NC scene in Episode 4, and now this in Episode 5. Both were so hot. 2026 BL is really getting bolder, with both Korea and China pushing the boundaries. This series is way too good. Chinese BL never disappoints. We get to see both worlds, their behind the scenes lives and their roles as doctor and patient. The camera angles are so clever, and I'm so glad they don't have 100+ people crowded into the room during the intimate scenes while the director watches everything on a monitor outside.Thank goodness we get two episodes every week because only one would be pure torture. Now it's time to wait 700 years for the next episode. đ

poor Tanrak he was fighting so hard in this ep, his inner demons were killing him & he was trying everything to keep Barth at arms length. & as Barth didn't realize why suddenly Tanrak was running the other way & keeping his distance he kept trying to get close which was driving Tanrak crazier. the culmination ending in that steamy bathroom scene. so much was going on but no words were uttered. that was crazy - heck i needed so cold water dumped on me after those longing looks, let alone the realization in Tanrak's eyes that Barth felt no different then him. that made him even more fearful & he ran... but somehow am sure the confession & the euphoria from it wont last long as Tanrak has a goal that he has nurtured most of his life. that wont be easy to put aside or forget.... hope this not got a sad story ugh

Near the end of episode 4 (I forgot names btw) the one born in 2002 is doing a scene with someone else and in the scene he say the 2006 guys real name (for the show when not acting) and then he say âI heard youâ and 2002 boy is like âhear whatâ 2006 guy is like âyou said my nameâ itâs so good the chemistry is beautiful and they both lowkey stand up for each other so the other one doesnât get in trouble and all that but yes i feel like everyone should watch it would be better to watch on 1st August because by then the whole series would have been out no need to wait for it

Episode 2 revealed that Lu Xin is not the familyâs biological daughter. At first, I felt a bit conflicted about Xiao Fan entering a fake marriage and then falling in love with his brother in law. Even though the marriage was fake and they never had a real intimate relationship beyond the title, it still felt a little wrong. Now that we know Lu Xin isnât the older brotherâs biological sister, I honestly feel much better about where the story is heading.

sh*t i didn't blink & the ep was already over. the emotion's in this - Fourth's acting - just phenomenal. to say nothing but convey so much, the intensity left me breathless & aching for the war going on inside his heart/mind/soul. cause unlike the usual conflict of religion against sexual orientation - here we get the added pressure of being good, staying on the right path in the hopes it leads u to where ur parents r at the end of ur days. that's a much bigger hurdle to over come or ignore & as his parents have become synonymous to god in Tanrak's heart, he won't be just betraying god if he follows his heart, he will be abandoning his parents & all hopes of reuniting with them ever. *********************************************************************************also find it so ironic that Barth is the one who joined this convent late cause of his sexual orientation , but he isn't the one that has developed an instant attraction to Tanrak. while Tanrak who has been living like a monk is the one is starting to awaken sexual. realizing that he is attracted to men / Barth. can only guess how this gonna go, still holding out hope we get a happy ending. if nothing else just to see Tanrak happy, from the start of this he looks so sad & depressed. it's like he is a shell of a human & even when he smiles it never lights up his eyes & it's breaking my heart.

1st have to say a couple of things; 1. waiting idk how long (how many yrs) for this to get released, for it to only be 6 eps?!? WTF. 2. am so hoping this isn't a sad ending, cause on some level both mains r hurting & finding each other only to part ways cause "it is a sin" is really heartbreaking. falling out of love is part of life, but cutting the person out of ur heart cause ur love is deemed a sin, is really hard to overcome. 3. am so happy that Fourth & Gemini get a chance to showcase they talent again, in-spite of their young age, u can see the potential in them & having them in the remake of My Love Mix-Up! was such a disservice to their talent. so am happy they can now shine in these complex roles - so happy for them. ***********************************************now that i've gotten that off my chest, have to say the ending scene made me roll my eyes - one would think they were caught in a bed of rose petals, in their birthdays suites. talk about over reacting - but a hell of a place to end the ep. *************************************************************************************************************************************************************btw Barth saying "maybe my god isn't as kind as urs..." is the height of idiocy on Barth's part, i get he is suffering cause of his sexual orientation & the reaction of people around him to this, but he is saying this to a boy that basically grew-up in an orphanage?!? cause he lost both parents??? this is god being kind???? Tanrak loves in-spite of his loss & pain, not cause he is living an easy life - that was a inconsiderate thing to say IMO. especially as a sec before Tanrak told him that he is sure that his parents r up there with god. what he needed to be more clear then that?!? Tanrak needs to believe, that is the only thing that has kept him going all along. heart breaking really.

Qin Yangling is showing more and more villainous signs by the minute! 𫣠I bet he somehow poisoned Songyang's mind to make him act this aggressively and cause his eyes to turn black. After all, he was definitely the one who sent that demonic power inside Lifei's body. What a double-faced schemer! However, I wouldn't expect anything less from an antagonist. And now he has even trapped Xiuyuan under the water... but oh, what a surprise it will be for him when Xiuyuan emerges from there with his demon mode fully activated! đMeanwhile, what about that seal on Lifei's forehead? đ§ So it actually has links to Wuyue Court! Will they soon realise what a treasure they truly have sitting right there in their sect? đ€
