Chose to watch for Tan Jianci

How they randomly kept bumping into each other! 🤭 And he actually thought she was stalking him.Are they working in rival companies? I only caught that it was something to do with investment banking. šŸ¤”Her boyfriend is really not worth staying with—he chooses his career OVER her, wants to sell the apartment HER father bought, and clearly values money over anything else... šŸ™„ I hope she gets over him quickly. šŸ˜”And of course—Tan Jianci! šŸ¤—ā¤ļøP.S. I already had heard that the boyfriend is AI made, but will it be just for couple of episodes or longer?

Beautiful ending

Love that Segye and Seori could find their way back to each other in modern times! 🄰 It was great that we got to see a lot of the early-episode Seori—a fighter and a teeny-tiny bit crazy, not the damsel in distress we had to deal with for a lot of the middle part of the drama. šŸ’ŖšŸ¤ŖGwangnam becoming Jihyo's saviour and later even her manager was all I needed! šŸ‘šŸ˜Œ Finally, she came around. However, her attitude throughout the drama was actually one of the main reasons that helped Gwangnam grow into the man he was by the end. šŸ¤—What a wonderful love story with a beautiful ending! A particular joy for me was watching just how lovesick Segye always was. šŸ¤ā¤ļø

Four Stars

So far so good. Still really like both leads. I do hate Se Gye grandfather though . He doesnt even listedn to him and took the side of a stranger essentially when he was a kid and slapped him without even asking questions.

The Domino Effect

Episode 4 was the strongest episode of the series so far and perfectly demonstrated how one person’s actions can create consequences that ripple through countless lives. We finally got more insight into the team’s backstories, from experiences with bullying to feelings of not belonging, and it helped explain why each member is so committed to protecting both students and teachers. My favourite scene was the courtroom confrontation where Choi Gang Seok was accused of using the EDPB for a personal vendetta, only to completely dismantle the argument by reminding everyone that the organisation exists to protect victims and ensure their voices are heard. The biggest emotional moment came from seeing Im Han Rim’s first encounter with Na Hwa Jin, when he stepped in during a brutal bullying incident and taught her that asking for help isn’t a weakness. I also loved how the episode connected back to the female bully from the previous case, showing how the actions of one terrible teacher contributed to the person she eventually became. The cause-and-effect storytelling was brilliantly done and made this case feel more complex than simply deciding who was right or wrong.• Favourite Character: Bong Geun Dae• Favourite Scene: Choi Gang Seok’s courtroom takedown• Current Verdict: A powerful episode that gave the team more depth and delivered the strongest emotional impact of the series so far.

Back again

Honestly, this is such a summer watch! I never finished it last summer, so now I’m here again trying to remember what the hell is going on. Thankfully, this series is frankly quite simple, so it isn’t difficult to keep up despite the prolonged hiatus. This episode is an enjoyable leap back in action with how well it reminded me of everything important going on. Excellent!Docked points for not much romance in this episode :(((

Not all of that was necessary

I knew it would come eventually, but it was still so sad to see Grandma die. The scene with her driving around in the bus, picking up people she knew and singing with them... my heart šŸ„ŗšŸ¤§šŸ’”Segye getting stabbed in the final minutes of the episode, only for a Joseon shaman to come to Seori and say she can save him by returning to Joseon? How does that even work? Was that really necessary? We have plenty of things to resolve in modern times... Or are they planning to make it a love story between the prince and Seori in Dansim's body? I don't care about the Joseon couple; I want Segye and Seori—the couple I have been with during these 13 episodes! šŸ¤¦ā€ā™€ļøšŸ™„šŸ¤”I am so proud of Gwangnam for finally being able to speak freely and even get angry at Jihyo without stuttering! šŸ‘šŸ˜Œ And Mundo... he just gets on my nerves. 😤😠The highlight, of course, was all the lovey-dovey and sweet moments between Segye and Seori. Need a Nutcase to Deal With a Nutcase

Episode 3 was the strongest episode so far and tackled the dangers of cyberbullying in a way that felt both frustrating and heartbreaking. The female bully was genuinely terrifying because she knew exactly how to manipulate public opinion, and learning that her actions contributed to her homeschool teacher taking his own life made the story even darker. The biggest shock came when Na Hwa Jin saved the female teacher after she was pushed from a balcony, while my favourite scene was watching Bong Geun Dae completely dismantle the bully’s online campaign by deleting everything and uploading the unedited video exposing the truth. The political side of the story continues to get messier, with everyone seemingly having their own agenda, and the revelation that the teacher stabbed by a student was Na Hwa Jin’s fiancĆ©e and the Minister’s daughter adds even more emotional weight to the story. Three episodes in, I’m fully invested in both the cases and the larger mystery surrounding Na Hwa Jin’s past.• Favourite Character: Im Han Rim• Favourite Scene: Bong Geun Dae exposing the unedited video• Current Verdict: The strongest episode yet and proof that this drama is much more than a simple school vigilante story.

Restitution

Ming Yue and MingXi are still fighting over their path choices. Usually it’s the older brother with better advice but not this time. He has opted to do the dirty work of JingLi and Su Zuidie. Even his brother can see how foolish it was and that he would be one of the first silenced not rewarded. For now they will have to agree to disagree, but MingXi has made it very clear he will kill Su Zuidie at first opportunity. Shows how much JingLi really cares for Ye Li or he would have already killed her.šŸ˜šŸ˜” YuSheng and Feibai are still fighting. He actually carried her off during a performance. šŸ¤£šŸ˜‚She does make it clear she will not marry a poor man and not to even ask her if he can’t keep her in the style she is accustomed to. The Marquis is a bit surprised to see his other son. Qin told him exactly how he contributed to provide evidence for the charges against him. He then asked his father if he was so valued after all the things he had done for him, why try to kill him. Had it been the ā€˜only’ son, would he have expected him to do the dirty work and silenced as well. The lack of response spoke volumes. The ā€˜only’ son just might become a decent person. He has left food and money to bribe the guards chaperoning Qin so they won’t give him a hard time about the money and food they give Qin. A carriage follows them and it’s Lin TingLan. She gives him a blanket and two melons so he will know she was there to give him hope. She will leave it to chance to find each other in Qianchuan. When her guard asked why not accompany him there she had a good response. He broke the law and deserved the punishment. But she is hoping to meet him there when he’s starting his life over. Ning shows up and she’s snotty as ever. Considering she wants a favor you’d think she wouldn’t be so rude and abrasive. This time she wants to consider adopting a child to carry on JingLi’s bloodline. Here Ye Li gave her very sage advice. To not throw her life away getting boxed in and causing a child to be the target of JingLi’s crimes. When Ning pouted at her for talking too much Ye Li was the smiling big sis to say but I’m right aren’t I? šŸ˜‚ Feng the spy has left the capital to clear his head and grieve privately. I still keep hoping she’s hiding somewhere to find him. Ye Li has taken Xiu Yao to hear a storyteller’s tale where she keeps questioning him about the pair of unlikely lovers. He doesn’t know how similar the story is to his situation yet. When he was on the way to the prison, I wish she would have told him about her mom after all that running instead of promising to go hear the end of the story next day. The Marquis has promised his case will be closed after an audience with Prince Ding. And now dreading tomorrow’s episode as much as wanting to know how they will resolve things. And I do not want to hear about the death of Su Zuidie. I want to see it and know she is really dead. The actress did an outstanding job because I hate her on sight.šŸ˜
