TRIGONOMETRY OK. I have no words. I have no words, and I have no idea either. Shin Seo Ri is Kang Dan Sim. I kinda guessed it at the start of this episode. But wait. Does that mean The Crown Prince is Se Gye? And the same goes with both the Shamans! Seo Ri regained the memories of her past life. So does the shaman. If Se Gye does, too, does that mean the villain will remember the past life as well?I'm absolutely overthinking. But I can't stop myself.

miffyluvr Eventhough the directors put lust (as well as the seven deadly sins) at the forefront of this episode, I feel like jealousy plays a big part in this one as well. You can literally see how Tanrak’s face falls whenever Barth interacts with Cherry and his demeanor is very obvious to the point that Barth asks him multiple times whether he is okay. Tbh I think Tanrak doesn’t know why he is feeling that way, especially not towards a boy. He is probably very confused and is trying to act normal but fails miserably time and time again. Barth on the other hand is just worried that he did something wrong and even apologizes without an actual reason, but for him what matters is that he won’t lose Tanrak. He tries to cheer up Tanrak at every turn, be it by teasing him or sharing a donut with him. Barth’s ultimate goal seems to be to see Tanrak smiling. Nonetheless this episode was so bittersweet and heartwrenchingly beautiful : for every happy and wholesome moment BarthTanrak share, another angst filled moment awaits them.And the last scene was simply a masterpiece. GeminiFourth portrayed the character’s feelings so well through their eyes and facial expressions, truly kudos to them.

nero truong i like rusei a lor. he is one of the best antagonistic personality types I’ve seen in the genre. i really enjoy this two+faced monster. this is a really great ensemble show. i really like how tomoko & jk are used ，none of them are really interchangeable with what they contribute & what they say. & most imp;ortantly they are balanced well with the main character gentaro. gentaro has been making some really suddenly intelligent & complex moves in the last batch of episodes i watched but they are in line with what his character is which is why i can accept it genuinely. ryusei also comes in at a great time ，i think you caninot say there is a boring or redundant episode in the show & he is another twist thrown at us in a really reasonable way. the first set of episodes from before the movie compared to now feel so reasonably different like we have actually progressed & i like it a lot. even mio & yuki have grown from catty enemies to respected friends & team+mates. i really do appreciate this show a lot. it makes me happy.

As i’m writing this my heart is still beating fast and i’m left breathless by the will-they-won’t-they tension. Even as we seem to get a good mid-season conclusion to this love story, the ominous music and setting leaves my heart unsettled, my mind anxious. What happens now? Where do they go from here? I have to know.

A masterclass in tension-building from p’Aof. I was on the edge of my seat the entire time, had to hold my breath at some parts even. And the performances from GemFourth - amazing! Everyone who’s ever worked on this deserves all the praise!!

the series is just perfect. their chemistry is beyond anything I’ve ever seen and the production is soo good. you can genuiely see their hard work. i will just say it that i hope they will get much more projects and they will stay as a permanent cp cuz you dont find THAT chemistry that easily so i feel so lucky that they became gl couple

estar well this was unnecessarily long, but i get we needed to come full circle of how the past & present collide or some such. what i don't get or was that interested in was the 2nd couple. they got too much screen time & they kept inserting themselves when it was long past time they faded into the background IMO as sure i am the odd one out but i was so over them at the start. but whatever it is what it is & on a whole i enjoyed it - was if good far from & JJ got a lot of training to do - for him to be an OK actor let alone good. the plot carried him & he really needs to stop with the constant smirking - ****************************************cute & all but i am bummed the MVP Chuai didn't more of a presence considering everything he did & had to suffer for Kun in the past. & also didn't get why Phop's mother from the past wasn't here. this bothered me more then i thought it would. oh well am glad this over

have said/thought this from the sec Mind came on screen; i think he is the better partner option for Wayu bar none. sadly Wayu from the sec he saw Kirt, has been blinded by love & can't see anyone else & this makes my heart ace for Mind. cause he is trying so hard, but it isn't meant to be - u can't force, buy or manipulate love - wish he would get a happily ever after, but there almost no time left till the end, so i doubt he will get more screen time - bummer as really love his character. & have to say i wasn't really gonna blame Wayu for leading him on - but lets face facts he knows Mind is being this considerate & caring cause he has feelings. & just cause he got rejected doesn't mean he got over them. so Wayu is taking advantage of Mind & that's why i would've really appreciated if he kept Mind in the loop - tell him that he was hurting & thinking about Kirt all the time. it would make it clear to Mind that he hasn't moved on yet & Mind wouldn't get his hopes up or get crushed yet again. *******************Krit on the other hand is a moron, i get he can't fight his father or wont, cause of the respect thing... fine. but u r a freakin adult, put ur foot down!!. *******************************************************************************************************************here he is enabling everything that is happening to him, without putting up even a bit of a fight. why go along? why not tell his father to his face "...u want me to marry, u talk to the family / the girl. i am doing this cause u r forcing me! i just have to be there - right? fine - i will..." MAKE IT CLEAR THAT U R FORCED INTO THIS SITUATION! & aint enjoying / happy one bit - ************but nope, he is playing the dutiful son - so sorry as much as i want to feel bad for him & am in a way sad for him - i'm also angry that he is letting this happen to him. when he has a mouth & can at least make it clear he isn't OK. not too much to ask. *********the fact Ice got Wayu not surprising, given the life of a Host Wayu is too naïve & trusting - really not beliveable, but i guess we gotta get to the end somehow. idk how any of this gonna change Kirt's father's mind - but 2 last eps to go...

BoyLoveFan Don't believe the low ratings. They are just haters. I'm a professional BL Genie fan, and I promise Double Helix is one of the best BL dramas ever made. It is the best of 2026 for sure. You should watch it for yourself. Double Helix was fantastic. The ending was perfect.

KJ2025 This episode gives us the tragic life of Jing Li. He was set up to take the fall for Empress Dowager since his fateful trip home due to Gpa’s illness. The Marquis had Lishan set up and destroyed en masse the loyalists to Emperor at the palace. He arrived home with no family or support. Jing Li was immediately under house arrest for three years while the Empress Dowager gave up in gaining the throne directly and putting her son there instead. The Marquis tortured Jing Li as a boy to give up the names of the Lishan scholars so that the Marquis could have them killed. This even included a boy his own age. These souls are what Ye Li can never forgive. His servant gives him straws to grasp but there is no chance she will change her mind. This false hope has him on a tangent to gain the throne by his own means. He starts off killing Yuan Fang who was a chief advisor and confidante to the Empress Dowager. He was chief investigator of the weapon smuggling case and intended to prove the Marquis guilty when Jing Li killed him. He was a good man and another righteous soul added to Jing Li’s list of innocents. What this evil deed accomplished was put a chink in the Marquis’ armor and a bur for the Empress to not forgive. They have reached a point of contention with this that dims his grievances with Xiu Yao in comparison. It is unclear why the Empress Dowager favors him, but for now this keeps him safe while the Marquis is expected to find the real killer or accept the blame for the crime. I don’t really know how to feel about the tragic Prince. He was caught in a web of deceit and blood that damns him with no escape. It is also unclear why Ying was tossed into it with him. She has now seen the role he must play for the palace and refuses to play along. There is still decency in him because he rescues her and shows regret for accepting a wedding he should not have. The bodies are racking up around him and his plans aren’t revealed yet, just that he has chosen this course and plans to see it to the end. Is Zhu one that has been dead? Fei Bei asks her again if she was sure that’s who saved her from the snakes. Like Xiu Yao did with the monkeys, he will continue a search where he doesn’t expect to find anyone. He has an unexpected skill as an orthopedist. Ye Li has come to him to rebreak Xiu Yao’s legs and reset them so he can heal. I am glad they did not try to show this. He has already endured long needles and med regimen and this is the toughest stage of his planned procedure. He must endure the rebreaking of the bones before he can heal. He is well aware that any missteps could result in permanent paralysis but chooses to take the risk. The trust in his eyes as he looks at her🥰 They are exquisite as a pair and their flaws just accentuate there complementary natures and abilities. It is still a mystery why the Empress Dowager made them a pair, but it was a perfect choice. There are still too many schemes and now Jing Li is added to the mix. But there does seem to be a coordinated effort, even if by accident, to undo the Marquis’ machinations and reveal him for the wretch that he is. He has lost four of his most loyal cronies, so that is definitely a step in the right direction. I am hoping they don’t drag out the recuperation of Xiu Yao and get him back on his feet soon.

I could not fathom what episode 2 will bring, especially after how good episode 1 was. But damn, i still cannot get it out of my mind. I loved everything, how they got closer, and how that closeness brought out the thoughts that Tanrak was suppressing till how he could no longer suppress them. The last long shot of Tanrak from the dorm room to the toilet was absolutely heartbreaking and breathtaking. It was so beautifully shot, while capturing all the complex emotion of the character. How he felt that guilt not only because of lust but lust towards a boy!!! And also, no one can convince me that Barth is not gay. He knows what he is doing

Honestly, the wait was so worth it! In each scene, we can literally feel the effort and thought put in to it by the cast and the team. Also the ending of the episode, with the two of them slowly getting closer in the darkness of the night, but with the morning light, there comes the fear of judgement, accurately portrayed by how the rest of them were looking down on them while the two of them genuinely looks anxious😭

IrenaK They had me for a moment thinking that Haijiao was an infiltrator all along, but no... she's dead? 😦Zhang Ruipu, who I low-key hoped might become their temporary source of income, is now gone. I didn't expect that to happen so soon, to be fair. 😕The brothers are separated, but Hailou at least is with the disguised Haiqi on the ship, investigating. But Haixia? He's alone and in a wheelchair... the only relief is that he's safe for the time being. 😟🥹 But oh boy, what a badass he is! His sharp mind and precise calculations helped him escape from 10+ assassins? Wow! 👏
