A bus ride you will not forget
Many of the short films I’ve watched have been heartwarming, life affirming, or poignant. Bus 44 blew those sentiments up in 11 minutes of dismal human nature with a series of shock and awe.Bus 44 travels through a rural area of idyllic lined trees and farm lands. The female bus driver stops for a young man who innocently flirts with her. At the next stop, two men enter the bus with evil on their minds. They rob the bus and make a decision that will prove fateful for everyone.
Director Dayyan Eng squeezed every minute out of this film imbuing the two leads with enough emotions to make them feel real. He managed to hit the Goldilocks Effect with the film not running too short nor too long. Without a whit of compassion, he also demonstrated the dire consequences of the Bystander Effect.
Bus 44 was short, horrifying, and satisfying in a grisly and perverse way. If you are looking for a feel good film, this is not it. Bus 44 showed the dark side of criminal behavior and group passivity. This well made film earned the film festival awards it won.

Do not put high expectations
I have to say I didn’t enjoy this movie.I would rate it a 2 out of 10 due to its weak storyline, unscary horror, lack of humor, and the love story isn't appealing.
The last part where pie cried with the adopted mom is not appealing too. Only the first part is abit funny where they fart in the midst of hiding from the ghost. After that I did not enjoyed at all.
After all , you may support local Thai movie and give it a try to watch.

One of the best Chinese films I have seen
A deeply emotional impact, especially when discussing bullying, social tension, friendship, love, and the difficult adolescent mindset and life. Amazing cinematography and acting. A perfect balance between drama, romance, thriller, and crime genres. This is one of the best Chinese films I have seen. Beautiful romance!
Such a beautiful love story, the acting is excellent and the story is so interesting. The romance and the action part is evenly distributed what makes this movie even more perfect! The ML and FL has so much chemistry even without much physical contact you can see their love and care being developed. The only thing is that I wish the story would be more developed and it would show their happy ending a little longer. I think the ending was a little poor compared to the rest of the movie. I was hoping this to be a good movie because of the production but I was wrong. Not worth watching.
Will only run because of Mario, as he is famous actor in Thailand, many people know and admire him and his work.

GREAT MOVIE
The movie is so good. It is mixed of Horror, Comedy and Romance. There's a lot of jumpscare. P'no's character is very funny, I love his character. I also love the chemistry between Pai (Freen's character) and Nat (Mario's character) I'm giggling while watching them in the screen together, they have an oozing chemistry. I hope there's still a sequel soon. I really want to see them again in a movie together. Also freen's acting is so good. Her backstory made me cry. She's such a best actress. She's also cutee all of her scenes are so cute especially the flirting scenes with Nat. Overall it's a 10/10 for me. I really love this movieWas this review helpful to you?
Life is a journey of discovering
It’s very beautiful movies, slow but they made it so beautiful as two best friends grow up and facing life and their friendship also discovering about themselves too. I shed a tear at the end, although not really understand why she made that decision. But not losing yourself and still strong despite her tough life and survive also not apart.And their acting really touch my heart. So good. I read one of the review said this is a remake, make me curious about the original movie.

I wasnt expecting much but suprsingly I enjoyed it. I was smiling and giggling when two main lead came on screen. The chemistry is insane. I also love how natural the jokes felt between the three male characters. Female lead acted beautifully. Funny and good feel movie
The movie lived to its expectations of a thai horror comedy. Thailand, once more proved and cemented itself as a powerhouse of horror comedy movies. The plot was straight to the point, concise and simple that makes it easier to digest and watch- and this is expected for such genre. The line delivery is perfect that there is no flat execution of jokes. The movie in short is funny as hell, but also with a perfect mixture of romance and horror. Freen and Mario’s chemistry was a bomb. Their eye acting was well delivered, though the romance part was only for a short time. The sidekicks of Mario also made the movie more entertaining, you’ll get a stomachache from laughing. This movie is highly recommended for those who want to get out of the stress of life. It will bring smile and laughter to your soul. Disregard those low reviews, for sure they have not watched the movie and it’s obvious that they don’t know anything about the plot. Overrated! the plot is uninteresting. Not funny and not scary. Very lame. You can give it a try to watch the movies and can value on your own. The story is boring and lame. Maybe have a sequel. But still toooo bored and so lame. Everything is overrated. The production team focused on marketing but not with the story line. Too much thing can be improve.
