Was this review helpful to you?

I didn't expect much since I didn't like Only Boo. But God I was wrong!! The main couple was so funny, and I love hate-to-love (and even more when one of them actually love the other one).
I kinda like the secondary couple at first, but GOD, I hate, hate, hate Van. He didn't deserve Farm. I somehow understand why Farm forgive him (because he can't handle to see the one he likes crying, but Van didn't deserve it). But at the end they form a cute couple.
The moms were funny, I love them. But I didn't like the part with the dad tbh. It bored me

Short incomplete but beautiful
For the 1st time in my life I'm rating something incomplete this high. It was just that good. I guess the whole point of the show was Chen Xi deciding to live and that's where it ended but i wanted to know why Hao Yu came to japan? How did he get scammed? How he became a yakuza? Chen Xi and his ex's lore. The story behind the alcohol bottles. How did they become debt free. What kind of life they ended up living etc.Don't skip it cz it is kinda incomplete. Watch it. It has a happy ending. I really liked Hao Yu's character. He's soo cute i kinda wished it was a full length drama.

It was amazing, I love horror and BL, so obviously when both are done well, I love it!
Make up are really great on ghost. I didn't find it scary, but maybe because I'm too used to it...
I loved both couple, they were cute. I was more focused on the secondary couple and the main plot to be honest..
And I think Pooh did improve a lot (it's still are to me to catch who are a really great actor but I wasn't anooyed by his acting this time. Maybe It was Charlie the issue..)

3rd story
Finally our Fourever You project continues… And this is the first series of the 3 set drama this season has. This series tells the story of Tonfah (Fah) & Typhoon (Phoon).
Typhoon is a young man who grows up feeling unwanted and alone. He is rejected and emotionally neglected by his parents—especially his father, who is also abusive toward him. Later, Phoon discovers the reason behind it: he is not his mother’s biological son, but the result of his father’s affair with another woman.
The only warmth in his childhood came from two people: his older sister, who loved him unconditionally, and Tonfah, who became his refuge and quiet protector. However, Fah and his family eventually move away, and Phoon loses contact with him. His life falls apart even further with the tragic death of his sister.
Years later, now a university student, Phoon reunites with Fah, who remains the same gentle and kind person just like old time. But under pressure from his father—who fears the truth about Phoon will damage their family’s image—Phoon once again distances himself from Fah. He pushes away the one person he truly wants to hold close.
At university, Phoon also meets new friends who gradually become his quiet support system. Through their everyday presence and concern, they give Phoon a sense of safety and belonging, helping him navigate life without pressure or judgment. With their support, he slowly finds the courage to confront his own feelings.
Encouraged by one of them, he makes a fragile, brave choice: He starts sending letters and small gifts to Fah… unsigned. Fah receives them with quiet wonder. He doesn’t know who they’re from—but they touch him deeply. Somehow, the words and attention feel different from anything he has received before. These letters and gifts become Phoon’s way of expressing his care and quietly maintaining their connection.
Since two of their friends are dating each other, Phoon and Fah begin meeting and spending time together more often. Although Fah is initially hurt by Phoon’s sudden withdrawal, he still finds himself missing his “little brother.” In the end, Fah just accept that Phoon had his own reasons for keeping his distance.
So, the question now…
? Will Fah eventually discover who sent the letters and the small gifts—or will Phoon find the courage to confess before the truth reveals itself?
? When Fah finds out, how will he react—will he be happy, or merely surprised…
? How will Phoon’s father respond to Phoon’s renewed relationship with Fah…
? And will their relationship eventually move beyond being just brothers…
That's pretty much the story without giving the spoiler. Now what I like and don't.
What I like:
+ Tonfah & Typhoon quite like the book. Bver and Tonliew portray them beautifully.
What I don't like
- There're some scenes that I hope follow the book more closely. Especially the scene with Phoon’s dad. Haha… He deserves more punch than just North’s punch. Haha…
- There’s a certain tension between Bver and Tonliew that’s hard to put into words and unfortunately it's not the great chemistry between them… Especially from Tonliew...
- I don’t really like the style of the other couples this season, especially my Bass. I don’t like to see his bangs split. Haha… It's just my preference…
- Somehow the vibe of this series feels lonely… More lonely than the first season. Maybe they cut some budget for the Japan trips… Haha…
Overall I'm happy to watch this one. Can't wait for the next story of my 2nd favorite couples, Arthit & Daotok, next week…

Trully one of the best, if not the best, GL of 2025. Thank you Davikah for this banger. Every episode was a 10/10, captiving. For her first drama, all alone, she did really great. I hope she can do it again!!
Every scene was a piece of art. I loved the story. Every character was interessting (even the bad one, or the one I disliked).
The relation between Claire and Cream was really the most beautiful, how she did everything for her sister.
Claire was beautiful. The actress play perfectly a cold sociopath (even though, she isn't really a sociopath, and it's only to protect herself. But she did well).
It's a good way to remember, men are trash.

Not too bad, I guess?
While waiting for To My Beloved Thief episodes to drop, I watched Cinderella at 2 AM and enjoyed it, then I had to check out more of Moon Sang Min’s other works then saw this one. I actually enjoyed the fake marriage trope, except this one is not with the ML, Ji Han, but the ML’s brother, Do Han, who’s actually gay, so he’s not really the second male lead at all. Do Han wants to escape the role of leading his grandfather’s company, so he signs a contract with the FL, A Jeong, that they’ll be a married couple for three years and will go on their separate ways. The ML tried so hard to separate the two but ended up falling for the FL. I like the enemies to lovers trope as well. The banters between them were entertaining. This started out so cute, but I’m not going to lie, along the way it turned out a little messy and confusing. There are some questions that came to my mind like what happened to their father? If their grandfather knew that the cause of the accident was the son-in-law, why didn’t he do anything? I think that was so stupid. And then the two grandsons grew up knowing their grandfather hates them. I hate the scene where the oldest sister made Ji Han beg. He actually knelt down on the floor and at the end of the story we don’t see her or the other brother apologizing to the two brothers who they hated their whole life. No character development at all. The bonding moments they had were cute. Kisses are *chef’s kiss*. Music was good. I only watched this because it’s Moon Sang Min, unfortunately I can’t give this an outstanding rating because of the way the second half was written. I did not like that they saw each other again a year later. If I loved someone so badly, I won’t be able to wait a year. But I guess it’s called the test of time. And oh, the translation irks me. Most of the time the words “still” and “then” were always present in their sentences. Anyways, overall I enjoyed it despite the messy writing. I found out this was an adaptation from a Webcomic. Was this review helpful to you?
What is with broadcasting your relationship for the world to see?
Or atleast for your 5k followers to see? This was also cute but nothing more, like yes, they are cute and it's sweet to see two people go from strangers/friends to developing their relationship romantically but the formula for three of these has now been "awkward flirting and bam!"
They're dating. Even just being a total of ten minutes, I think you can do better, I've seen short films with the same runtime manage to do that. And these shorts may as well be a way for them to test the waters for chemistry but beyond cute? I don't know what else to think.

Weak story
Not fond of this season.Where do I start without spoilers...
Well to watch this season go watch season 1 at least so you understand the motives behind the vigilante group. What season 3 has become is just the opposite.
The problems this season faces is
- Lacking character development
- Case by case stories without a overarching or main plot that drives the entire season
- Principles are contradicted from season 1
- No prosecutor or police to challenge them which season 1 and 2 had
- Rushed cases and too far fetched at times
- The main lead actor starts making weird faces which I don't think he did in season 1 and 2
Watch if you have nothing better to do.
I really liked season 1 and unlike most people I felt Kang Ha-na made the entire season 1 pleasurable and would have loved to see her return in season 3 as a taxi driver member and be challenged by her mentor or another prosecutor.
It would have made a great season 3 seeing Kang Ha-na as a female lead and ultimately I would have ended that with her leaving the team and establishing a franchise and a spin-off into her own Taxi Driver: Prosecutor Kang like imagine prosecutor by day and she drives people around at night then gets cases...
Now that would hit.

good stroytelling, wish they were together more
The story pacing kept me intrigued, they did pretty good in revealing more elements int the story in a way that kept me engaged tho it was a bit slow or not done the greatest at times it was still okay.i feel like the characters didn't get much time together, if they had couple more scenes together it would've been much better.
there's quite a bit lacking in editing and special effects,i understand it's expensive so i can brush of the off feeling in special effects but the editing was lacking. some scenes were slightly too long in ceratin moments, moments of silence lasting too long etc. the editing it those times took me out of the show as it didn't feel like it had good flow.
story was good but could've been written a LOT better. given everything more depth etc. felt a bit shallow like there was more plot or scenes needed to make the viewer fully into the story.
it was enjoyable to watch tho it wasn't done the best. objectively i'd give this series a solid 6.5

In Every Quiet Glance, a Promise!
Love Between Lines, starring Zhang Yao and Lu Yangyang, is a slow-burn romance that feels deliberate in every beat.At its core is a love that is steady and unwavering—never propelled by dramatic misunderstandings, but by quiet certainty. Both carry emotional baggage, so their confession comes gently, in its own time. Yet even before the words are spoken, their resolve is clear: they choose each other, without hesitation.
Their bond is rooted in trust. In the shadiest situations, doubt never creeps in. Instead of chaos, we get reassurance. Instead of insecurity, we see support. Every glance, every restrained touch deepens the connection, making the slow burn feel intentional—never stagnant.
Set against the glossy mystery role-play game world woven seamlessly with real life, all 28 episodes remain visually captivating. And their chemistry—those shy, then coquettish kisses, with just the sweetest flicker of jealousy—makes it an utterly indulgent watch from beginning to end.

❤️
I have to say, I put 10 stars because I laughed so much with watching this, and in my time of grief I really needed to get my mind off of my life and this series was there helping me fine laughter in a time that I cried more than I laughed, so I myself am not going to say much in this review, but I will say one last thing. This was not in all ways great, there were a few things that could of not been the way it was, but Pound and Phuwin did a really good job in their rolls in here, As well as Est, I love watching him act, his faces says so much in his acting. I can't forget the other cutie William, he did a good job in this as well. I can't help but smile every time I see any of these guys, and to have them all in one series... it's just so Lovely!!

Zhu Xiao Xue and Xie Yu Wang made this drama great
So my standards for cdrama plot lines, acting, production are very very low lol, so my score is relative to the average modern or historical vertical cdrama (of which i have watched far far far too many). The plot was the average cdrama reborn, enacts plan for retribution against sml and sfl, ml is the brother of sml who has loved her since their pinky promise childhood days. The plot is well executed, so it gets a 5 because it's perfectly average, nothing remarkable or pioneering. And it was done well with no alterations that would make it worse, like constant torture for the fl to endure or prolonging frustrating misunderstandings.
The real highlight is the leads' acting. they were so so so good on screen together!! Incredible chemistry and plenty of kissing/teasing/flirting. Zhu Xiao Xue is a great actress and I really like a lot of her work and same with Xie Yu Wang. when Zhu Xiao Xue's character is pretending to contemplate whether or not to take the sml back after exposing his infidelity, she can't even be bothered to pretend like she likes that man, absolutely dogwalks him. And the ml is piping hot green tea that's always teasing her when the sml is around. The way they both are so expressive with their eyes is just >o
And I can't forget her grandpa who's on the ml's side. If the ml is fragrant green tea, her grandpa is the teacup.
It's a solid choice for anyone looking to scratch the green tea ml itch or for anyone looking for a well done vertical cdrama. The quality acting genuinely breathes life into this tired plot. You won't feel like you wasted 2 hours or regret using the little time you had today to watch a drama on something unsatisfying or horrible.
As long as you feel like the plot, regardless of how cliche or repetitive, is entertaining then you will enjoy this drama.

Intelligent Characters Overcome Trauma with a Sweet Romance
Two appealing, intelligent leads, a virtual reality world set in the Chinese Republican Era, and a slow-burn romance made for a pleasant watching experience. Add the beauty of Shanghai and some lovely architecture, and Love Between the Lines distinguished itself from other romance dramas. There were exquisite scenes, especially in the snowy virtual world. I could have happily spent more time there; I wish a larger storyline had been set in the virtual world. It was cold and mostly colorless, a reflection of the ML's mindset. Within that world, he was in absolute control, ruthlessly plotting and eliminating his enemies at will. He was free to live as himself, something that had been taken away from his true life. When FL joined the game, she also discovered she could free herself from the "safe" walls she'd erected around her life; she could be as spirited, daring, and reckless as she wished. The couple were so striking in the virtual world! The ML in a military outfit cut a commanding figure, and the FL was stunning as she nearly glowed in white costumes in that dark world.
The ML and FL were seemingly two opposites: he was cold and aloof, while she was warm and bubbly. Their homes represented them. His was a large apartment in a modern high-rise. It was empty, quiet, devoid of character, and bereft of color (except for some lit bottles of alcohol). When the FL first saw it, she said his home was merely an extension of his office. The FL lived in a longtang, a community of multi-storied older apartments facing an alley that was shared as a public space. Her home was old, noisy, cozy, cluttered, and filled with personality. As the ML and FL's relationship advanced, his life began to fill with color, sound, and comfort; her life began to add order and purpose.
Special mention should be made of the 2ML. I generally despise love triangles, but Dai Xu played the part of the quasi-villain so deftly that I couldn't help but empathize with him and hope for good things in his future.
The best dramas show personal growth and enlightenment. Although the ML had learned to grow up quickly, hide his innermost thoughts, and depend only upon himself, he learned to trust and share with the FL. As for the FL, she'd lived with trauma that had caused her to choose safety over dreams. With the ML's support (and it was often hands-off, because he trusted her to handle things on her own, something I relished greatly), she learned to make decisions for her own good, not for security or to appease others. A line of hers that resonated with me from the drama (and I am paraphrasing loosely according to my wonky memory) was, "When a pair of shoes don't fit, I change them; if the road becomes a dead end, I take another road; if a person doesn't like me, I change him for a more suitable one." Our sweet, kind FL had learned to set boundaries and draw lines.
The quality of viewing faltered somewhat for me when it became too dramatic towards the end, but that's a minor quibble for a drama that I mostly enjoyed.
I'm awarding an extra half star for some lovely visuals in the virtual reality world.

Love and clowns
I like the ml & fl.They were my favourite. That script wasn't for them. Why they choose it?I really don't know. 🤕Bcz, the writter totally runied it.I don't know about the novel or it's ending.Bt how much they endured & desperately trying to fixed everything!
Fl family was sucks so, also ml.,🫣Fl & ml has zero chemistry also doesn't trust eachother. How much they try to protect eachother without telling themself.
This misunderstanding part, they drug this too much.
So what,i was thought it will be fixed soon.It will be better.
Then what? black magic, mind controlling they done everything. Bt as a viewer they can't change my mind.😝
I lost my time to finished this.Bt what? End the last episode both were dead,to leave behind their precious son.
Who will protect their son?No one care.🫣
So,it not worth to recommended.
Don't watch it. Don't bother.🤧🤧
