Very well structured and acting is top notch.
I watched it just out of whim, I never liked a business drama - but to my surprise because of wonderful acting and great dramatization - the scenarios that swept up - I could feel myself rooting for the main characters and team, it was so beatifully done. The lead actor is amazing - he sold me on his leadership on the M&A team.i binged it - loved every second of it, was actually sad when 3am it ended. I don’t think I will find this kind of well scripted drama in next 2-3yrs. It’s a very classy and polished drama about the corporate world. My salute to the lead actor and writing team - something that I thought i would hate - your writing and acting held me to last episode, that’s the power of a good series. Please if the writing team someday reads this can you bring him with some kind of spinoff ?
Thank You kindly for reading my review. Please go binge it if you can - amazing series.

The best BL
"Kill to Love" is hands down the best BL series I’ve ever watched in my 21 years of life. The character designs are absolutely stunning and flawless. I honestly started watching it randomly and was shocked by how incredible it turned out to be.It’s not just about romantic love, the story also explores love for country, royal family conflicts, and political power struggles. The acting is emotional and deeply moving, and every scene is beautifully crafted and visually breathtaking.
I’ve already rewatched it five times, and I’m still in love with it. Truly a masterpiece. 100% worth your time!

Twelve – A Cast-Driven Masterpiece in My Eyes?
I’ll be honest — I started watching Twelve mainly because of the cast, since I already knew and loved most of them. At first, I didn’t even care much about the storyline, but as the episodes went by, I realized this drama has something truly special. Now, it’s no exaggeration to say that Twelve has become one of my Top 10 K-dramas of all time. For me, it’s not about ratings or following the crowd — it’s about how much a drama touches me personally, and this one has given me laughter, thrills, and emotions in every episode. ❤️The biggest highlight for me is absolutely Park Hyung-sik. His performance here is magnetic — filled with intensity, subtle emotions, and raw vulnerability that pull you right into his character. Every scene he’s in feels alive, and his ability to make you feel something with just a look is incredible. Then Lee Joo-bin, who absolutely shines with elegance, strength, and depth, the two create a synergy that is simply unforgettable. She is one of the most beautiful dynamics I’ve seen in recent K-dramas, and one of the huge reason why I’m completely obsessed. 🔥
But the brilliance doesn’t stop with them. Ma Dong-seok delivers his trademark powerhouse presence, grounding the story with intensity and heart. Seo In-guk lights up the screen with his unique charm and unpredictable energy, keeping things fresh and exciting. Kang Min-na adds warmth and balance, completing the ensemble perfectly and ensuring no role feels wasted. Each cast member contributes something vital, making the entire drama feel rich and well-rounded. 🌸
And this is where I stand firm: this review is my personal opinion. I know some people are giving it low ratings or nitpicking, but honestly, everyone experiences dramas differently. Just because others don’t see what I see doesn’t change how much I’ve loved Twelve. To me, it’s a cast-driven gem, with unforgettable performances and emotions that linger long after the episode ends. That’s the magic of K-dramas, and that’s why Twelve will stay with me forever. 💖And remember — this is coming from me, a guy who’s been completely obsessed with Guardian: The Lonely and Great God (Goblin) for 8 long years now. 🌌✨

Direct storyline, easy to follow.
As an enjoyable movie to relax with, this is spot on. The story is straight forward and familiar. The pace kept me fully engaged. I also found the heroes' development seamless. I had vested interest in the heroes and the support cast. A complex cast of heroes out to fight the ultimate evil. But, contrary to many such movies, no one theme dominates how the movie presents. Drama is developed, applied when it is value added; not a distraction. Humor is smart and perfectly placed to keep your spirits up. Martial arts is a very important aspect for the development of the heroes. It gives the origin and cause of the journey of our heroes. The fight scenes sell the importance of success and perils of failure. Chorography throughout the movie, fights and other stunts (part of the humor), is masterful. This is a friendly movie. No gore. Innocuous fight scenes with an occasional blood sighting from the corner of the mouth. (And the typical spit blood after getting creamed in the stomach with a kick or unseen forces.) A few cut scenes are all value added, giving balance to the heroes' main story line. I think the cast is marvelous. The writing, directing, and production all come together to hit a home run. I recommend this movie for that heartfelt storyline, yet auspicious settings. I would also add, the soundtrack is perfectly married to motivation of the scene. (Humor, drama, fights, and calm nurturing scenes). Was this review helpful to you?
The storyline and chemistry
I love it infact I watch it 4 times deleted it cause I was getting addicted to it mostly because of the chemistry between the male cast and the female cast in fact their chemistry reminds me of Lucifer the series because of how they first meet when and how it ended tho in the drama it didn't show that dey dated but the storyline and the way it ended showed that they will date at leastWas this review helpful to you?

I'll miss them by the way
For who want to watch it, this is my experience of their amazing world:Okay, I just finished it and I don't know what to do with my life now. I lived with them for 40 episodes, I laughed with their happiness and cried with their sorrows.
I once thought this drama became famous for nothing! No matter what they do, they can't keep a story interesting for 40 episodes, but now I really regret not watching this drama sooner.
This was a nice one, but you know, it's one of those that requires a lot of patience to watch. Because you might get hurt because of the ending, the misunderstandings, the sorrows, the problems that haven't ended yet, start again. My heart is still broken from watching it.
Story: 8.5/10
The actors/actresses showed their best. The way they looked, their facial expressions, their voices that changed depending on the situation, their smiles, everything was perfect. You won't regret it. The chemistry between the main couple is great. (And I became a fan of Bai Lu after this, she's so pretty.)
Acting: 10/10
Speaking of OST, to be honest, the night I finished the drama and I wanted to sleep, for a few days ater that, the songs kept playing in my head and I felt nostalgic. They are unforgettable and sad at the same time.
OST: 10/10
I don't think I want to watch it for the first time and feel this sadness again(I don't like this feeling, I can't stand it.) but I'll rewatch the good feeling parts.
Of course that hurt my heart but was still worth watching.
Rewatch value: 8/10
And now.. it's hard to forget them. Really hard. And for all good feeling that the main couple gave to me, it should be 10/10 :))

So worth it. Why only 7.5 stars? 10 for me!
This was such a sweet story of overcoming psychological struggles. If you like mental health dramas, this was nice to see how much work he needed to put in to overcome the illness/trauma. Adding to my list of rewatch for the future ;)Never watched a drama with this main lead before and I enjoyed it for sure! FL is also a good one, Ive watched my demon and moonlight with Park Bo Gum. She is good! Not sure why this drama is so underrated

Never been so disappointed, it turned from 100 to 0 real quick for me.
I usually don't write reviews, but I actually finished this just now, and this was the first BL I watched after a long time. Honestly, because of this one I might stop again and never return. I was actually searching for the top-ranked one on this site, and this one showed as top-ranked. Though I had been on board throughout the series, it’s the ending that ruined it for me completely.I'll start by saying the acting was AMAZING. The two MCs had so much chemistry — it was beautiful to see.
It is a slow burn, and at some point I felt like I was watching a straight drama, but the tension between the two mains was definitely there.
I was very annoyed with the plot twist in episode 12.
They created a villain (Boss) without giving any real or deep background — just that he was attached to a necklace of a woman we never saw until the last episode. By the way, the necklace was forgotten at some point anyway.
And out of nowhere, he was after a ring that somehow makes you the most powerful man in Bangkok???
Make it make sense.
I was turning a blind eye to all of the unexplainable plots so I could try to enjoy the amazing Yin and War, but then I was met with the tragedy that was Episode 13!
I don’t understand — were the scriptwriters trying to give us something different so it would feel refreshing?
I don’t feel refreshed at all. I’m not happy at all.
What was the point? Why? Just why?
I’ve never felt so disappointed and offended by a BL before. I was bawling my eyes out, not only because of the good acting at the end of the episode, but because they ruined the entire good feeling I had for 12 episodes.
I will rewatch only the cute moments of Yin and War, but I’ll NEVER consider watching this entire show again. Ever.

The straight wishers can kindly fuck off.
Guess what? Gay people are also just human beings living their lives, anyone who gripes about this show being a BL- go talk to a wall. Horror/supernatural elements work ok, nothing fancy. The story is somewhat fresh, especially for a BL. Decently made-frames do not look cheap. Cinematography is beautiful. Story is messy but Screenplay is decent (could be better). It's interesting to see all these thai rituals and customs. The music is amazing, all the songs are bangers. The second couple story was handled wonderfully. They are super sweet & have more chemistry than the lead couple.Questionable CGI aside, it is technically good.
The few things I didn't like- the product placement. It's not super aggressive, unlike some people we know (yes, I'm looking at you GMM) but for a serious show it's definitely an eyesore & takes away from the quality. The subplots are questionable, what was that thing with the DV (very poor handling). Acting is just meh, better acting could've elevated the impact. This would've been a 10/10 if not for these.
I really loved the ending, they get married & adopt kids. It way lovely to see. Worth watching, & in my personal opinion, belongs in the top 5 of 2025 BLs.

I Thought This Is Weird
I honestly expected the series to be weird based on the plot summary—but surprisingly, I’ve ended up liking it so far. And no, I wasn’t creeped out at all, lol!The story follows Zefang, Haiyuan, and Xia Cha (the grandfather). At first, when Zefang’s soul was still in his body, he was completely obsessed with Haiyuan—to the point where he would sometimes force himself on him. And it’s not that Haiyuan wasn’t into guys; it’s just… who would like someone that obsessive, aggressive, and borderline abusive?
Then one day, the grandfather and grandson fell down the stairs because they argue and had a commotion. When the grandfather woke up, he found himself in his grandson's body—Zefang had died. So yes, the plot involves body swapping after death.
Xia Cha (now in Zefang’s body) becomes very dependent on Haiyuan, probably because he's still adjusting to his new body and unfamiliar surroundings. He comes off as clingy, but honestly, I find his actions really adorable. Even though his body is Zefang’s, the soul inside is now the grandfather’s—affectionate, gentle, and warm. He has that “old soul” charm, which is the complete opposite of the original Zefang. That’s why Haiyuan eventually falls for him.
That said, I feel like the later episodes took a turn—and not necessarily for the better. Xia Cha’s character started to change in a way I didn’t enjoy. I’m not a fan of this kind of writing or direction. There weren’t enough sweet or heartwarming scenes between them, mainly because of the ongoing tension surrounding the body-swapping issue. Xia Cha wants Zefang to return to his body, even though Zefang’s boyfriend (the “other guy”) clearly isn’t a good person.
And another thing—I don’t understand why the writers made Xia Cha comfort Zefang’s boyfriend so much. He keeps hugging and consoling him when, in reality, their interactions should’ve stayed more casual or even distant. It just doesn’t make sense emotionally.
Still, the series isn’t bad at all—it just could’ve been better. What I really liked were the charming actors, solid performances, great visuals, and the side couple’s storyline (though they didn’t get enough screen time). I’d still say The Promise of the Soul is worth watching. And for what it’s worth, I think the filmmakers did a decent job handling the body-swapping theme.

Best value!
This showhas got to be a contender for the best of the best! From the story line to the costumes, cast, music, stunts, comedy...I just loved it!I loved seeing the 2 leads grow and mature, especially the ML. His ignorance was cute, & I liked how he was open to suggestions & learning from every experience.
I love how lovey-dovey ml & fl were, it truly made me jealous🤢🤗.
The ending did feel a bit rushed, but didn’t detract much from how enjoyable the entire show was. I wish every drama would score as well as this one,
Thanks, MDL fam, your reviews & comments lead me to watch this drama & I'm so glad I did!
I hope my review will help others as well.

The Winning Try is a story that doesn’t just focus on the sport itself or the main leads and their past, present and future.. Instead it highlights the entire team and even several characters outside the team, that we grow interested in.. You don’t need to be a rugby fan or a sports enthusiast to understand or enjoy this story.. I have never watched rugby in my life, but the fact that I didn’t need to know even the basics of the sport to fully enjoy this drama makes it worth watching.. The drama follows the usual setup of a struggling team with little hope, until the arrival of a new coach who influences a transformation so remarkable it feels like a miracle.. Add in the petty politics and rivalries within the school itself and this makes for an interesting storyline that's brilliant to watch..Easily the best aspect of the drama was the authentic performances from the entire cast.. Yoon Kye Sang, Kim Yo Han and the rest of the cast.. Yoon Kye Sang in particular, gave one of his best performances.. After finishing the drama, it’s hard to imagine anyone else in that role..
There were a few obvious plot holes.. Though this one isn’t really a plot hole, more of me nitpicking about something I didn’t like or understand why it was included.. Seong Jun and Seo U Jin were clearly bound to end up together, with their feelings for each other made obvious halfway through the drama.. So why make Moon Ung [the new addition to the team] create unnecessary tension?? The love triangle or whatever that was felt completely out of place.. Most people might have missed it, but even in the last episode when SJ was about to confess his feelings and all his teammates were cheering him on, there was this one guy sulking in the background.. Was that really necessary?? Like I said it’s a minor element, but why add it at all?? What’s the point??
Anyway, moving on.. I loved how the drama didn’t glorify a single individual by giving them the hero mantle to carry the entire team.. Instead it kept the team as a whole at the heart of the story throughout.. It was about the team, not just one person.. I especially liked how they stuck together through the highs and lows.. Yes, this is a sports drama but more than that, it’s about the triumph of one man’s confidence in his team and their ability to silence the doubters and the haters, giving us a feel good conclusion.. Some might find the drama a bit draggy at times but sticking with it definitely pays off.. With a solid storyline and strong performances, The Winning Try is an engaging drama from start to finish.. Overall, a very good watch..

It's good, but not great.
It's an almost great drama, but several things hold it back from being great. The setup was a little bland, but it was necessary to understand why exactly Sangyeon and Eunjung had developed both their relationship and other relationships the way they did. It's actually thanks to those first few episodes that I didn't hate Sangyeon or think she didn't deserve friendship for a large part of the series. However, things came to a point in 2nd half of the series where I found it harder and harder to understand Sangyeon's actions. I can understand why they had a friendship breakup the first time. No matter how I think about it, the story really could not have played out differently at that point, considering everyone's history between Eunjung, Sangyeon, and Kim Sanghak. But the 2nd time was very overblown on Sangyeon's end; the writer made her overreact to Eunjung in a way Eunjung hadn't done to Sangyeon. It made it harder to empathize with Sangyeon when, for more than half the series, I'd understood where Sangyeon was coming from, even if I didn't think her actions were smart. The writer should've handled their friendship breakups differently, or even given us a bigger look into how Sangyeon was feeling that 2nd time, so I could empathize more. Eunjung could've been a lot meaner, knowing everything that happened. I also did not care for how the writer handled the brother's subplot. There weren't many hints or much of a lead-up as to why he handled his situation in such a way. Once the viewer finds out, it's almost brushed over because there are so many things going on, and it's barely brought up again compared to other things that hold everyone's relationships back.
That being said, I think they have a unique relationship; you can't quite separate the two from each other, and they always end up back in each other's lives. They've come to depend on each other in ways most don't, yet they challenge each other to greater accomplishments. And most importantly, because they'd known each other for so long, they can't erase the happier moments they shared. So I understand why it ended the way it did, even if I don't agree with an illness being the reason why Eunjung had to rekindle her relationship with Sangyeon. I also really appreciate that Netflix gave us 15 episodes to really have time to sit with how their relationship formed and ended throughout 40 years. Even if the story moves a little slow, I've yet to see a series handle something like this with a shorter episode run and still answer most questions without rushing through things and skipping necessary parts.
Acting-wise, I think everyone was pretty good. But especially Kim Goeun, she has a certain level of intensity yet feels delicate when needed be. I don't think this drama would be the same without someone like Kim Goeun, who can play someone so emotionally open. I really came around to OST by the end, as well; it suits the drama. And I loved the cinematography choices the team made. Because of that, the drama is a beautiful watch.

Work of passionate people
I hate miniseries because they're usually low budget and cringe but this is AN EXCEPTION!!!Love on the Edge of Divorce is so amazing from the gorgeous casting, luxurious filming location, wardrobe, camera work, lighting, and plot. I can see the directors pours his heart for this project. There are some cringe moment for example how the ML always jumping over the table to show his long legs but other than that I love the directing of this drama. Although the acting is not that great but the FL and ML really has potential bcs they're so good looking.
