More Please!

I could have seriously watched another 10 episodes of Me and Who (jk) at least another 5. I love BigPark as a couple. Their chemistry chefs kiss. The overall feel, look and concept of the show was fantastic! Loved the lakorn feel. Cinematography was great! I think this is the first BL transmigration show we've had, correct me if I'm wrong. The director did a fantastic job! Supporting cast was amazingI loved it!

my perfect romance with a historical setting

I love it because they kept The misunderstandings in a logical level. some dramas are just too much non-sense misunderstandings. But this drama was just perfect.
I congratulate the director who shows us a beatiful body of the MAle lead so many times. I do really appreciate.
The intimate scenes were perfect. kissings are perfect. the chemistry between the leads were perfect. when you watch it, you would understand.
If you prefer, romance, historical and kung fu, this is the drama.

i didn't like this one personally.

I love ZZD but I felt like there was something missing from the story, I know the mother told him to stay away from the daughter. the story seem long and drawn out and they both seem to suffer until the last 5 min.
I felt like the should have told more of his story. Was he staying away because of who he was, and who was he? There were clues but they never went into. seem like they told more her side then his.
I watched it twice just to make sure.

Aouboom saved the heck out of this!

I won't say much. I'll only say that the plot was not anything much at all. The storyline was pretty basic and boring. The main couple bored me to death. GMM had the perfect opportunity to make a period WWI drama, make it heavy and emotional and forbidden romance typa style but they completely did not grab the chance and instead gave me diabetes of how overlt sweet and cheesy (in a bad way) Thee and Rati were and how every obstacle they faced was faced as if it was not of great importance (oh yeah, your grandma forces you to get married. Let me tell you to get married like 5 times, then let's talk about never breaking up like 5 time and then let's not talk for 5 years. WTF?!)

On the other hand, I ADORED AOUBOOM! They are the reason I did not drop this thing. They were amazing! Sweet as much as they needed to, funny and the chemistry was overflowing! Their storyline was also really much better and had more depth (I would want to see more heavy stuff tbh (Dech's father beat the shit out of Mek (great acting by Aou btw) but they passed it off pretty easily). I would say that I woudl only recommend this show only for them. Just skip Theerati,, you ain't missing anything.

Overall, I feel like the show lacked some seriousness. It was and overly sweet, suppy romance.

(BTW, the French were atrocious!! And mind you I'm not even French but I couldn't stand the way In was speaking. I get it that you cannot get fluent in a language that quick but he could have tried harder...)

Face swap and ridiculous heroic sacrifice tropes

18 episodes at about 10 minutes each and I was still annoyed. The FL was tricked and ended up having her face swapped with the main villain who was to be married to the general, but the main villain was in love with the Crown Prince who was an evil so an so. Then we began this ridiculous. Will she tell him the truth about her identity which seemed to go on and on and on and on and on and on and on and on and on. Then came the big twist by the end that her sister was actually the one who was planning all of the FL’s misfortune because she wanted to secure the Crown Prince position for her lover. It really was quite annoying and I’m glad I ended up getting through it quite quickly with the fast forward button even though as I’ve already said there was only 18 episodes at about 10 minutes each..

The other thing that bothered me with this kind of trope is that we’d already established that the FL was the villain before the face swap so it was really hard for me to root for her no matter how nice she was to all the servants, maids and guards at the general’s mansion.

For this review, I will focus on my opinion of the drama rather than the storyline and will not name the actors, but the characters of the series. Let me start by saying that the acting in this series is unsatisfying, bordering on bad. Taishin specifically seems way too awkward in his mannerisms and facial expressions. Taishin's acting could be a result of the manga, since they seem so manga-like. His constant hesitance and reluctance are also not fun character traits to watch for the majority of the episodes. "Is it okay if I speak to you at school?" "Is it okay for you to date me?" It just made for a tiring watch.

As for Takara, I believe he did a much better job in this drama. While he is very stern and mysterious, he always remains natural in his acting. Takara is also much better-looking than Taishin, to the point where it feels like the casting doesn't quite make sense. Taishin is not ugly, but I'm sure they could've found a better fit for the crazy visual that Takara has.

Other than these gripes, I feel like they could have done much more with 10 episodes and a special episode. There were a total of 3 kissing scenes, but they all felt out of place and lacked tension. The first seven episodes were very slow and made me forget that I started this series. The last 3 episodes were the best part of the series, but still felt lacking to me. I don't know whether to blame the source material or the actors for this. Honestly speaking, Takara's visual brings this review up by one point. I hope that we will see better from the actors in the future.

Huh ??

This is the second time I’ve tried to watch this movie series and again I have to stop. Oh first the story rating was for the prince and everybody else, not for the rookie historian. Her character is too full of what she thinks is right and who cares if anyone disagrees with her. Let me explain my point of view like this I once read a book that had me crying with tears of agony and grief for how it ended. I absolutely loath the book entirely. My point is in spite of that I’d still say the author was a good writer but didn’t know how to end that story. What am I trying to say is that she judged books on how she thought it should be written instead of reading the stories and seeing if they are great. If she doesn’t like it she should try writing herself and see how hard it is to write a story full of engaging people and witty phrases that EVERYONE will like. I’m not a person who’s tried to publish a written work myself but I know one and they speak of how hard it is write a story.

The story she read was ghastly and totally appalling 🤢🤮. I myself might have only paid her half the original amount and this would have been for her spending her time to come but would have to cut her pay in half for her gross choice of reading material. If she didn’t want to read the other stuff (which I agree with about her not reading it) find some engaging poems or something. But nothing that was so appalling. She thought an ending of suicide was more appropriate reading material 🤨? And so discriptively described??!!! She’s just as bad as them except for on the other end of the same line of, “things that should not be read at all.”

As for the acting so far it’s okay. I just don’t like the character of the female lead.

Waste of time

I was annoyed through all the series. Very childish story. The last 4 episodes i forwaded x 20. For 28 years he came back to her 21 days a year and wow such a love, unbelievable. He always left her and she waited for him. I didn't see any chemistry between them, no love, just big annoyment and i felt terrible in the end.
I am the one that didn't like the male character, i didn't see his seriousness even in sad moments, he looked to me like why i am doing this. The feeling of being there and doing absolutley nothing for her . I do side with FL because i did feel for her, she was left by everyone and he came back sure of himself that she loves him and then he went away again and again and again and again and so many times, because he had other projects to accomplish in his career and she can wait another 28 years.
The only nice moments were with the cute dog.
Ahhh and forgot to say 28/29 year old famous lawyer and a skilled professional architect went to an adventure/theme park to have a double/triangle date in school uniforms - just wonder is this the adult life of 30 years olds.

Fated Hearts: A Perfect 10/10 Masterpiece of Enemies to Lovers and Heartbreaking Betrayals

Wow, what can I say, this is truly one of the best Chinese dramas I have ever watched. Twenty five hours long and I finished it in just five days because it was so addictive I literally had to call in sick to keep watching. That is how intensely this story pulls you in.

This show ticks every single box. The production, story, acting, visuals and OST all come together to create something unforgettable. It is not just a romance, it is a beautifully layered enemies to lovers journey filled with betrayal, redemption and emotional depth that left me speechless.

Visuals
Visually stunning from start to finish. The palace, the Prince's residence, the village, the breathtaking forest scenery, the mountains, even the boat sequences look incredible. Every frame feels crafted with care and it completely immerses you in this world.

Fighting Scenes
The fighting scenes are some of the best I have ever seen. Intense, perfectly choreographed and addictive to watch. The palace confrontation, the boat fight, the mountain battles, the war scenes and the iconic moment at the gate were all executed on a level many dramas can only dream of.

Acting and Characters
What makes this drama so special is the plot twists, betrayals and the morally complex characters. The flashbacks give depth to every villain and every hero, showing why they became who they are. It is clever, emotional and incredibly satisfying.

Chen Zhe Yuan as The First Prince is perfection. Tall, handsome and magnetic. His expressions, his voice, his emotional scenes and especially his crying were so captivating it was impossible to look away. He delivered one of the best performances I have seen and instantly became one of my favourite actors.

Li Qin as Fu Yi Xiao is an amazing female lead. Smart, brave and strong. I love that she is hard to get at first. The lost memory twist was brilliant and the way her love shifts from the Prince of Zhennan to the First Prince of Susha after waking up adds so much emotional tension and complexity.

Xia Meng as the Princess of Susha is such a refreshing addition. She brings a unique charm and the bond between the three siblings is one of the most heartwarming aspects of the show.

Qin Tian Yu as the Emperor of Jinxiu is weird, cruel and unforgettable. His twisted love for the Princess of Susha is chaotic yet strangely compelling. Without this character, the show would not be the masterpiece it is.

Zuo Ye as Murong Yao is outstanding. He starts off funny but watching him transform into someone entirely different in his quest for revenge was fascinating.

Chen He Yi as Xia Jing Shi, the Prince of Zhennan, delivered heartbreaking and powerful acting. After seeing his suffering and the betrayal he experienced, it becomes impossible to blame him for what he does.

Overall
This is the best Chinese drama I have ever watched. The enemies to lovers story, the emotional betrayals, the breathtaking martial arts scenes and the exceptional acting all come together perfectly. The attention to detail is insane and with hundreds of cast members working together to build this world, it truly feels like a masterpiece.

If you have not watched Fated Hearts yet, you are missing out on something extraordinary.

Are You Human Too Review

I am not sure what happened but a year ago or maybe a bit longer I had started watching the show and then stopped. I didn't get past the 1st Episode at the time.

Fast forward to 3 days ago, I was bored and was searching for something to watch but wasn't feeling anything. I went back to my home page on Viki, and this show came up in a section titled "Throw Back For You." I kept looking past it and then decided to give a try and boy was I surprised.
At the end of the 1st Episode became curious, and then my curiosity turned into amazement. This show is superb. Once you start watching the 1st episode you can't get enough so you continue to next one, and then the next until you are hooked.

This show is a must watch! I won't give away any spoilers but it has all the elements, suspense, drama, a little romance, and action. The cast is superb, and the acting top notch.

Each episode is approximately 30 minutes; enough to keep you engaged.

Truly a remarkably great series from start to finish

I'm always hesitant on rating a series 10's across ... but this turned out to be such an outstanding drama, I couldn't give it anything lower. There are so many layers to this story, the three protagonists are so intertwined with their lives, you get to experience how they arrive at the present day by witnessing their early lives together from years past. A multitude of flashbacks explains the relationship they endured together, as well as the family around them. Each character faces past and present challenges only the other two can help with.
Bo Young does such an unbelievable job playing dual roles as identical twin sisters, just flawless. Each with such a different personality, and she brings out that distinctive mood in each. Her chemistry as Mi Ji with Ho Su is so amazing. The two make the absolute perfect couple you'll ever see. Jin Young equally matches her strong performance, and delivers such a powerful character, you can't help but be on his side, rooting for him every step of the way. When the two finally realize they are meant to be together later in the series, it's a conclusion to an episode you can't help but cheer!!
The supporting cast blends so well, too. It's the kind of cast of personalities you like at first, then you dislike, then you like again. Each of the mothers fall into that category, as do a couple of antagonist, but even they correct for themselves as the series continues on.
As you get closer to the final episode, you do feel like you get a bit of whiplash from things going good to bad to good in such a short period of time, but it's planned out perfectly, so you really do enjoy the ups and downs.
As things conclude, you feel a great satisfaction for each character. Everyone ends up in a much better place then they were when it all began. Regardless of their age, you witness a realization each one has toward themself and everyone important in their lives. Truly a great story, superb writing and fantastic acting.
One line delivered later in the series, really applies to the main tone of the story ... "The promise of a tomorrow is not born from hope, but from resolve"
