The story is not as good as the cast and their acting

1- these dramas need to cut short to 30 or less because there's always alot of unnecessary scenes and side characters, i like the less the better or they should be likable
2- the couple is so good that I decided to watch this even when I don't watch this genre
3- story is just ridiculous
4-when y'all writing so much suffering in ml life why don't give them a good or happy ending?
5-many cdrama are not satisfying as others ,the author really doesn't know what audience likes
6- too much blood spitting way too much even more than anime it reminded me of anime but even in that it is less it ends atleast this one happens so many times and it's hard to watch and even they say main dailogues with blood on face 😭how to watch that
this drama portrayed negative emotions well it has more sad vibe than happy
i decided to give this 10 after watching their BTS , it reminded me it has alot of good parts , not just bad ,it has both of them and I focused on the bad more since I'm always watching kdrama or other they have happy ending so I was disappointed by this ,i like that even if it has bad parts it actually has alot of good scenes, good romance, and less side characters story focus more on mc , and I really like the 2nd couple part they play where FML is sang jui their story was perfect there sad it was just a dream 😭 outside dream story is good too but just with 0 development of characters ,till the end the misunderstanding ...
10 for actors but 1 for the story writing,so much poorly written, i have never seen this kind of ending in fantasy story, the devil wasn't the devil but others were more devil including the female lead , the plot is so much repetitive, romance is like salt sprinkled, there more action, war, bullying, dying, than the actual romance, also they argued and hated eachother more than loving eachother this is shown more, the amount of time they die and still survive?and FML never trust ml until the very last chp only in mid last 10 she did,i only watched because I liked the actors if I was reading MANWHA which has plot like this i dropped long in the start, every character dies literally the mc dies 3-4 +times ,if he turned normal why he becomes devil again ? that doesn't make sense if he was fated to be devil then why the time travel and change him for what the past repeats ,only she survive rest die ? and he dies is what changes ,poor guy even changing he couldn't live , i though of dropping so many times because it was repetitive i thought atleast ending would be good the story is mainly of 20 eps the other 20 is same thing repeated, this could've been better if the misunderstanding was less , you can't drag misunderstanding literally till the end ?, i actually like the the story but alot part was badly written and was repetitive and could've given them a happy ending i don't even understand what happened at end , the story is really touching,it got me teary many many times because they fight so many times and always sacrificing for eachother so many times also they die many times ,it is normal only 10% for a while then they start fight, argue ,hate ,this is 90% story , I wish the romance was more and better it okay to start with love hate but it should end ? already not to drag till end
my favourite couple, i liked their other drama so watched this only to see this kind of ending? this is hard to re-watch i would definitely re-watch their other drama

When Soul-Swapping Turns into Viewer-Swapping

Starting with so much promise—an intriguing premise, a stellar cast, and the kind of soul-swapping shenanigans that Kdrama fans live for—it had me hooked. But somewhere around episode 9, I found myself staring at the screen, wondering if my soul had swapped with someone who just couldn’t finish this show. Don’t get me wrong, Kim Se Jeong is a powerhouse. Whether she’s Dal, the Crown Princess, or Crown Prince-in-Dal’s-body, she delivers every time. But let’s be real—she’s born to play Dal, not the Crown Princess. Kang Tae Oh? Halfway there. He nails the angsty, love-struck, spoiled Crown Prince, but his portrayal of Dal felt like a missed memo.

The supporting cast shines, except for you-know-who (yes, the SFL whose acting is as infamous as it is consistent). But honestly, the real villain here is the script. Soul-swapping? Cool. Add in amnesia and years of living as someone else? Now we’re in a maze of confusion. By the time Kim Se Jeong’s character lost her connection to herself, I lost my connection to the show. And when a viewer can’t connect with the lead, well... let’s just say my remote found its way to another drama. It had me at the start, but somewhere along the way, it lost me.

"Last Summer" is not merely a K-drama; it is a thorough study on memory, distance, and unfulfilled pledges forged under the summer sun.

It is the story of how three lives, branded by a childhood separation, become irreversibly entangled by the ephemeral magic of annual holidays.

The narrative focuses on the twin brothers, Baek Do Ha and Baek Do Yeong (Lee Jae-wook), who attempt to reconnect in their father's house, alongside the ever-present neighbour, Song Ha Gyeong (Choi Sung-eun).

The plot thrives on the relationship between Ha Gyeong and Do Ha: their shift from childhood rivals to close confidantes, and ultimately, to unvoiced love. The series brilliantly captures the youthful fervour of summer romances, where every hour is precious and the dread of separation is the unspoken narrator. How do you admit your feelings to someone you know will simply disappear when August ends?

The leap forward to adulthood, where Do Ha is a gifted architect and Ha Gyeong is a council official in the same field, is far from a clean slate. Instead, the drama employs their professions—which involve constructing and defining spaces—to illustrate how the past persistently shapes the architecture of their lives.

"Last Summer" is an essential K-drama if you appreciate tales featuring polished melodrama, where nostalgic slice of life runs headlong into the heavy burden of adult accountability.

First love at 40 is tough :)

PLOT: ML, a talented but eccentric and somewhat autistic interior designer, makes life difficult for those around him. He keeps crossing paths with Dr. Gu, also 40, calm and not particularly interested in marriage. As they meet, she gradually begins to open up.

+++ Wallace Huo (always excellent) and Zhu Zhu as CL
+++ The difficulties of a mature romance between two "older" bachelors: a subject rarely explored from this angle.
+++ Very cute and surprisingly expressive dog (kudos to the trainer)
+++ Lively direction, with beautiful work on the visuals, framing, and lighting, but the pacing is slow at times.

### Xiao Man's character is annoying (I don't know how old she's supposed to be, but she's childish, very dependent... I have trouble understanding the connection between her and Dr. Gu (o-_-o) ) and she takes up way too much screen time.

=> Wallace Huo literally carries the series on his shoulders!! Watched it once, but I won't watch it again.
********************************************************

good story, good cast

i don't watch this genre and started watching because of bailu, i drop if there's no romance,i didn't read tags of this, i did drop and came back to this one got hooked because of mystery i actually thought something big or exciting would happen in the end I mean ml revenge thing but nothing did I still like how the story went and ending,i also don't understand the part where ml is so rude to her doesn't matter how many times he saves her says rude things but will suddenly change when they're dating ?and i also didn't like the forced scenes first showing it like it was because of his sickness then he says he was sober ? i did feel bad for ml doesn't mean he can do anything,
I'm not into historical that much so I won't re-watch any unless it has more romance

absolutely amazing

spirit fingers is an amazing show!! though i think the art of drawing could've been shown more properly in this series,as an artist myself i love it! i loved the relationship between the leads and the second leads. i understand y many people find the FL frustrating...i do too but i relate to her. she suffers a lot in her home with her parents everyday and she has felt invisible everywhere even in her own house! i understand how people think the FL is annoying for keep questioning her relationship and making it annoying but as someone who has felt invisible her entire life i understand her! its hard to know that someone actually finds u nice and pretty and intresting when those exact points has been your flaw your entire life! i undersatnd her doubts and shes just a kid...her parents were really bad and she couldn't really trust anyone and i get that! we cant hate her for that! the actress that plays the FL is beautiful!!! maybe thats y many people cant accept the fact that she is insecure! insecurity doesnt just vanish cuz a popular boys starts liking u! u may feel amazing at one point but its only natural to feel insecure again once in a while and people need to understand that! i feel like they kept the FL's character real and i love that! im not even in the story but i feel not fair and petty when the ML gets the acting chance and stuff when he has never tried or worked for anything in his life but the FL gets nothing even tho all she does is work! i understand her anger and i love that she was mature enough to apologize! i think her parents need to grow tf up!

Emotional, Mature, Addictive — A Must-Watch!

In my opinion, Second Chance Romance is a mature romantic drama that stirs up emotions and keeps you curious from the very first episode. At first, I thought it would simply revolve around giving a failed relationship a second chance. But it turns out the past they thought they understood isn’t what it seems on the surface. They must confront old wounds and lingering resentment—shadows from their past that could easily crush the happy future they hope for before it even begins.

Plot twists are noticeable yet still surprising—and I love that! The narrative is strong, and even though the story shifts between past and present, it never feels dragging. Instead, it enriches the plot and deepens your curiosity about what truly happened between them. The chemistry between the two leads is also incredibly moving in many scenes. Definitely a must-watch!

Cute rom com - this is teenage drama but the plot is the same as for adult dramas

The drama is again a fantasy that some really weak insecure woman magically attracts some amazing man who is her sugar daddy and totally devoted to her... and takes care of her, for the rest of his life, regardless of how shi##y she is. THAT IS THE PLOT OF MOST KDRAMAS. In adult versions, ML is often cold and cruel too, and woman is poor and powerless, and he somehow controls her financially and otherwise.
it is fascinating how this same plot is reused just with slightly differnt characters....

***** It is very stale at this point. It is the plot for long gone past - not year 2025. *****

This drama is a milder version of it... This drama is more easy to watch and unique, fun and cute bc ML is super fun, kind, bubbly person. Yes he is vain and immature but he is very open, communicative, straightforward, rambunctious, fun loving and just FUN, and he is filmed so well - scenes with him in his pink sleeping bag, dancing on the stairs when they first met in the restroom, etc it is all great comedy... Bc of him, the drama is so fun and charming, and special and unique.

And I really enjoy that actor, he CAN act and in this drama he acts..... I saw him in a recent college drama where the script killed him, the script was so boring and made him a passive quiet poker face slimey SML. What a waste of his acting talents. He is very talented.

FL is nothing special, as usual. The role is boring and flat, the acting thus has to be limited, and the plot generated by FL stupid actions is STUPID. In this drama, ML saved the day with his cheerful bubbliness and upfront mischief and huuuuge efforts. From what I can see, ML did all the work in their relationship.

SO IT IS TIRING TO WATCH A WOMAN WHO KEEPS KILLING THE RELATIONSHIP AND THE MAN WHO KEEPS TRYING, esp since that kind of scenario does NOT happen in real life often.... so the drama is kollywood, feeding some airhead fantasy to the audience.

I am watching this after the drama finished, and while Dynamite Kiss is airing. DK is a rom com that SHOULD have been a teenage drama; or in other words, the plot o this teenage drama is the same as in DK - an insecure timid FL that does nothing for the relationship but lie, cheat and run away; and a very active strong smart conident "in conrol" action-oriented ML who takes care of everything.
Very often, dramas have cruel controlling ML, like in DK, and even sexual harassment portrayed as "being hot" like in DK.

SF is such a cute drama to watch bc ML is a bubbly fun personality.... ML starts as super entitled and vain... and luckily he is a kind loving DECENT person. That is the only reason why he and the drama was so watchable and fun. ML is a super nice young man really without too much flaws. yeah he is vein and immature but he is a soft, outspoken, caring, fun-loving person. ML is *fun*

DK is irritating bc the audience sees nothign wrong with it. SF is like the training ground.... Luckily SF ML is not mean. That aspect of ML controlling FL as he has more power is often an additional component in kdramas... like in DK/
DK plot in essence is THE SAME as SF plot... except that DK ML is cruel mean autocrat.... and just adds the additional layer of adult life - work - since ML is the boss of FL and in act sexually harasses her at work. DK is a super inappropriate drama. Real "ancient history" drama. The scenes are appropriate for a saeguk, not a modern drama, as the ML puts himself very physically close to FL, touches her, tries to kiss her, pushes forward although she says no. ML in DK is a rather mean controlling person who loves toying with people. Ideal character for a gangster. SF at least did not do any sexual harassment.ML just asked to kiss and she said no and he did not push, at least in first 7 episodes.

Spirit Fingers ML is active and always chasing her but he is luckily not a mean or controlling guy. He is cute, lively and bubbly and the drama was worth watching for his antics LOL He is that really lively obnoxious teenage boy, a good kid but very rambuctious. I really enjoyed him. If would love to have a son like that.

and I loved ML actor in this role... I saw him briefly in a college level drama recently that I dropped, he was 2ML and always soooo serious and passive and quiet... it was a waste of his talent. In this drama, he gets to ACT and he is totally hillarious.

I loved how ML was filmed, all his dancing on the street, climbing stuff, etc he wrapped in the pink sleeping bag, ... He was HILARIOUS and adorable. His long legs dancing on the stairs when they first met in the restroom was so cool...

FL is frustratingly passive and weak... I was thinking omg she is a teenager but is the same type of FL character like in adult dramas... Insecure, hiding, lying, not communicating... It was unsufferable. It is just ... too much...

So when FL kept messing up, I just stopped watching. Ater ep 7, I just could not take it anymore, it was enough. Then I just fast forwarded through ep 12 to see how it ends. I saw that FL had an episode of insecurity and dumping ML in ep 10... !!!!!

It was fun to see the villain actor from One High Shchool heroes,,,, he acted the same here and there :( Not talented... ?

Mint Finger is an alcoholic... I hope she stopped. That was not a good message to the youth audience...

I like that SF trid to address home and family situations. I saw the scenes when dad came home...

another BJT masterpiece

BJT never disappoints!! this drama is so addicting. first 10 mins of the first episode got me hooked already i couldnt stop watching it. the actors were so great especially BJT, and the plot was very interesting. what i find a bit meh was maybe how they inserted a romance out of the ML and the girl (i forgot her name) but anyway, they still rocked and it was so good. worth watching!! it probably one of the best dramas this 2025

Not as fluffy as I thought, and too short to execute well.

Subjective Gut Rating: 7.75

First of all, I did not read the webtoon, but I heard it is a lot raunchier than this PG-13 drama.

I’m a little too old to have a bias and be as star-struck as our male lead, Na Ae Jun. But I can understand the surprise when your bias shows up at your workplace and you get to spend every day with him shooting a reality show. The premise of “My Bias Is Showing?!” is interesting and I am happy to learn more about this super fan’s world.

Personally, I do not find any member of the boy group attractive. The bias here, Choi Se Yeol, is also not giving me a popular idol vibe. I think this might be due to the acting of Kim Kang Min. I thought he was a newbie but he actually has a lot more acting experience than Kevin. Unfortunately, his portrayal of Choi Si Yeol is neither cool and charismatic, nor approachable and friendly. I just don’t care for him at all. His pursuit of Na Ae Jun is laughable. He has this nonchalant look on his face and always appears so disinterested.

Kevin, on the other hand, is cuter and the acting is better. I’m surprised to see that this is his first acting gig. His awkwardness is not cringey and I do like him switching to his teacher mode when needed. As a 29-year old teacher, he just acts really young. But I am going to chalk that down as being starstruck.

I would have liked to see a more enthusiastic courtship. I also needed to see more of how Choi Si Yeol slowly falls in love with Na Ae Jun. The short episodes do not give the script enough time to develop. The secondary couple also wrapped things up at lightning speed. They seem like an afterthought as well, when their story has so much more potential. Again, not enough time to fully develop all these interesting plotlines.

Additionally, I was looking for a cute and fluffy drama. I don’t think there’s enough fluff (maybe others think that’s enough). If the courtship was written better, they could have inserted more cute fluffiness and not only save that for the last episode.

Overall, “My Bias Is Showing?!” is a simple, short and easy watch. It’s not going to blow you away nor will it frustrate you. If the acting from the superstar is better, I might have enjoyed it more.

Silent Tides

Silent tides is a historical drama, I happen to really like historical dramas. Ren Jialun plays He Xian, I really like every character he plays in every drama and this is one of them. What I like in this drama is that He Xian's character is very principled, honest, meticulous, compassionate even when he is down, he still sticks to his principles and Ren Jialun really fits this character, his acting, his expressions really fit this role. I really fell in love with the character of He Xian.

you know what? i get the hype. i get why this is so popular and all. i just saw this on my news feed on facebook and i usually dont watch cdramas but this one got me hooked. the characters, and girrrrrrl the FL was so pretty. everything was wholesome and cute. their age gap wasnt that big tbh, but what weirded me out was maybe because when they showed the young FL character at the beginning and how her crush (ML) was the same actor up until they grew up and became a couple like ??? it looked like the ML during the FL college days was wayyyyy too old. if maybe they changed the ML actor when he's still in hs or college it might make a difference but idk its just my opinion. its still a good drama though. i really loved it and been rewatching it.

i love everything about this drama. what pissed me a little was the slow burn. it took 24 eps before they got together and the remaining eps being them as a couple. i may be satisfied if they finished it off with a wedding but hey, its still good and worth watching! its really a comfort drama. i love xiaowen's character, it really clicked with the FL.
