Good but don't get too much hyped, cause we have another potential lost

Should you watch? Yes.
Now let's write what must be told.

I'm gonna give 6 to story, but i must clarify: I can't give a 10 because the final product was almost average / ok. What i feel is that the director probably screwed up with this one.

What we saw in those 12 episodes could EASILY fit into 8 or 10 (if talking about only what we saw in those 12, gonna elaborate more soon). I'm gonna use episodes 11 and 12 as example since i just watched both: they should be put in only one episode, A talks to B, then we have B talking to C not a "A just told me XYZ", but character B literally repeating word by word and then C goes tell D and is just like the chat before.... really man?
BUT i also feel that so many things were just rushed, and a others we just can't get it. And this is why if we had what was cut from us, we would've probably got a solid 12 episodes k-drama.

Does this mean you shouldn't watch? NO, it is a good drama in the end.
The acting is good, and i say this based on all characters. The music is also good. And the plot is actually good. All characters visually fit their positions, the overall design is also good.
- The first episodes are SO GOOD. A perfect foundation is made, the characters are very charismatic. FL and ML have good personalities (the Cold and the Warm, the Hard and the Sweet). The first 2 eps got me there cause they were almost perfect. (9/10)
- Episodes 3 to 6 are good. They are not as good as the first two, but they are good. There is one or other thing that was unnecessary, but it didn't drop much of quality comparing to the first two. (8/10)
- Then we got 7 to 10... i was thinking, ok now we are gonna start moving, right? Wrong, al we got here we already know or watched before. Nothing new besides one thing or other. (7/10)
- Now about episodes 11 and 12... everything that needed to be done happened in 30 mins, and the rest was almost waste of time. I forced myself to put a 1.5x to actually watch it. And when we get to finally see the couples together, we have a 15 min conclusion RUSHED showing almost nothing. (4/10).

When i saw IU and Byeon Woo Seok i thought "ok, those guys can def choose what they wanna do, so this is gonna be peak", but i guess i was wrong. And this is why i feel that the problem is the director. Those two can CHOOSE the projects they are going to act, i am 99% certain they wouldn't choose this "script" as showed in the final product.

Therapy? No thanks, I've got a guitar

With a nice cast made of competent actors and a good production value, Love You Teacher had what it takes to be an enjoyable and even refreshing show, but the whole thing is brought down by its excruciating idiot plot.

For those of you who don't know, an "idiot plot" is basically a storyline that it's kept together and progresses exclusively because everyone involved in it is an idiot, and this series is the epitome of it. The general premise of the show is the sudden age regression of Solar and the way Pobmek and his colleagues try to deal with it. The thing is, Solar's conditions stems from childhood trauma, and as such it should be dealt with caution, specifically with therapy, a psychiatrist, medicines even. Instead, after a single time Pobmek brings him to a doctor (for, like, three minutes of screen time in the whole show), science and medicine are completely discarded in favour of idiotic ordeals in order to both deal with Solar's job on one hand, and Little Sun' infuriating behaviour on the other.

The most baffling aspect of this whole narrative are the reactions of everyone who gets to deal with the situation. Pobmek, Jee and Sodchuen are the core idiots of the show and I can suspend my disbelief for them (kind of, I suppose). I could also try to understand the children's acceptance of their own teacher suddenly acting like a seven years old as some sort of educational role-play (not really, but they are children, let's try not to put that much reasoning into their behaviour). But the other teachers? The kids' parents? The school administration's representative? Everyone finds out that a man with serious psychiatric issues is teaching kids and then acting like a child every other day and after five minutes of moderate concerns every one just accepts it? Isn't there anyone in this show who's not a complete lunatic? The most outrageous reaction though is from Solar's mother, who finds out about her son's condition and decides to completely ignore the situation for more than half the series, mother of the year here. Finally, as a brief off topic, how is Pobmek allowed to teach without a license? Who put him there? Hello, police?

Each solution they find to Solar's problems is dumber than the previous ones, and the most outrageous one is using Solar's obviously traumatic response to a song to make him sleep: way to deal with mental health issues. Also, as a side note, Solar's behaviour regarding the whole situation is idiotic at least, infuriating at most. "We should not treat Little Sun as a nuisance, he's just a child" (non verbatim): well, sir, maybe you should seek professional help first and then you could start preaching about problems you don't even get to experience because you are not there to help. Unsurprisingly, finally, the problem is solved in a sudden and unsatisfactory fashion, no therapy involved, obviously.

Storytelling idiocy aside, the production value of the show is quite remarkable, with very nice colouring and clever aspect changes between present day and flashback scenes. The acting is quite strong, especially from Perth (he brought this whole show on his shoulders honestly), Kai and Sammy; Santa was good too, but the fallacies in his characters did not help making him stand out. The best part of the story was definitely the representation of the friend group, while it was kinda lacking on the romance side.

As a whole, Love You Teacher is a decent enough show, whose main issue is just how serious it tries to be: I can generally suspend my disbelief, but I draw the line at treating mental health issues with a guitar.

A Good K-drama That Flipped the Narratives(fell flat at times)

I was extremely excited for the show ever since it was announced. The moment the first episode dropped, I just knew that I had to continue watching this. The cast is perfect but I was let down by how slow the story moved at times. I knew that there would be court politics and all that but honestly, I wasn't engaged with it. So the middle part of it was boring. It could have been more entertaining if there was more comedy because it's where the show shines the most.

One thing that I really liked about the story is how the second leads flipped the narrative. The Queen Mother was supposed to be a villain but she ended up a morally grey character which adds complexity but Jeongwoo was grating on my nerves the moment he appeared to show interest in Huiju and I was worried that they'd make him the good guy. Jeongwoo 's sole reason to destroy I-an was because he got Huiju. But he had every chance to make a move on her all these years. That just gave me the ick. But it is something that I really appreciate because the show was going in a very stereotypical direction until they flipped the narratives. I was glad to see a second female lead be complex and a second male lead be the bad guy because I never liked the stereotype of second female leads being villains and second male leads getting love for doing the bare minimum. Anyway, so I was really glad that Huiju exposed that sneaky prime minister.

However, I was not feeling the chemistry between Byun Woo-seok and IU tbh. I dont know if it was the actors or the character writing. The romance just fell flat at times. I was looking forward to the interactions with the palace staff, the aides, and Huiju's family more at certain points. MAN THE COURT LADY IS SO FUNNY! I was cackling when she brought Wan and Huiju a bed and kept calling Wan "Your Majesty." Guess some habits never change.

Although I complained a lot about the story moving slow, episodes 10=12 were actually really good. Byun Woo seok and IU are both excellent at playing powerful people (watch Byun Woo-seok in strong girl Namsoon and IU in Hotel Del Luna) so them being strong at a time where stakes felt especially high was AMAZING!!! Gong Seong-yeon deserves her flowers for her performance and captivating me in episodes 11 and 12. I loved the way everything came together although there were loopholes. Moreover, I dont know I feel about the abolishment because it makes sense but they could have left it at Wan gaining the throne because it is an alternate reality anyway. But not abolishing would mean that the same hierarchies would continue so it makes sense why they chose it. It just felt political but again I was skipping through court politics scenes unless Wan, Huiju, or the Queen Mother appeared.

Overall, it's a good show that flipped the narratives boldly but kind of fell flat on some of the execution.

If nothing else, its enjoyable

Here I go again: being enjoyable is not the same as being good. "I had fun watching this drama. And I love the actors. Beautiful people. Its a ten!" means nothing. Did you liked it? Maybe you also like hitting puppies, I don't know, so I rather hear about script, directing, visuals, acting, vfx, pacing etc etc. Here, I'll go first.

Visuals. Lots of decent shots, so good cinematography. I could even say that there were a couple of extremely nice shots. The "fireworks" (dunno the proper name but we see them in kdramas a lot) over the water? Or from the Royal Grand Ball (? sorry, forgot how it was called). Yeah, really fantastic shots. And a few couple more. The colour palette was a little drab dare I say, seeing as this has "royalty" subject... You can't go for "natural, modern" vibe when you're introducing a fictional monarchy... So, they should've made it stand out. The class, the wealth, whatever. We do have some, sure. But cmon. I mean, more wouldn't have hurt. Good vfx.
Sound design. Good. I should start with the OP. Very good, very catchy. Both visually and audio. It does its job, getting you pumped-up and ready. So, good job. The rest is ok I guess. Definitely not bad. A special note here, fantastic work for episode 11. This episode is special from multiple standpoints, I'll keep mention it. So, really good work now. From volume levels (some scenes demand to keep it very quiet, and they did it), to different variations of one theme. What I'm trying to say, it is good.
The usual editing. Nothing fancy. Sometimes it feels like it drags, but thats mostly because of the script.
You could say it has a high production value.

And now the good stuff. The script is meh, at best. The concept was weird from the start but you could make it work somehow. Just look at Hallmark and their number of "royal" stories :)) What we got instead, old court drama trying to apply "behind the scenes" battles in modern times. Political games, done poorly. Done poorly as a politician in-universe (lousy politician, if you will), but ALSO as an element in a kdrama (lousy writer). And so, we've got this story full of plot devices and plot contrivances. SO "lucky" that the characters do or say the exact things that will progress the story, otherwise it would've ended too early.
Characters. Well, some decent ones. And the acting was good enough to make them stand out. Actually I am a little bummed regarding some of them. For example, Queen Mama. You wouldn't know it from here, but the actress is good. And here she was made to be just some hysterical, always screaming, crazy mom(?) or something. I really don't know how to describe her. Fortunately, in episode 11 she is let to act at her full potential. That really made me happy. Unfortunately, her acting at full power in scenes with the ML, oof. Its like watching Anthony Hopkings and, dunno, Zendaya. Or maybe Gal Gadot, I should keep the "hot" factor. Even FL starts acting a whole lot better. Obviously, it all drop a bit in the next episode, but still, it was good. Oh, I should also mention here, I'm praising the acting and the sound design, the cinematography etc. The script/plot is sht. Maybe not as broken as before but still bad.
Oh, the pacing. I don't remember if I talked about it. No idea. You get a scene with "we need time" and 10 minutes later (I'm joking, I haven't checked), we are shown that the "later" is here. one week? One month? Who knows.... Same for the world building. We know its about Monarchy and thats it. Its just... there. Thats all. No visits from foreign officials, presidents or royals. Something.... *sigh*

Anyway, lets sum it up. Episode 11 = good. The rest is meh. Good sound design. Good cinematography. Oh, good chemistry between multiple characters. Oh, some decent comedy. I just remembered and I really need to mention it: sht Secret Service/Royal Guards. They are just glorified umbrella holders. And this is not me trying to be funny. Thats all they did properly. No body protection, no security protection in general, not with the car thing, not even not stopping reporters from entering a door. And before someone says something stupid like "well, reporters, you can't be violent against them". Well, at the moment its just a guy with a camera, you don't know if he's in disguise or not... And then 10 more a passing by... Omg, I've forgotten all about this aspect. Oh, and good ending scene. I was hoping for something like that.
It gets a rating of (barely) 6. No rewatch value. Just one good episode doesn't warrant any. You could still watch and enjoy it, obviously. I'm not saying that the kdrama being bad means you should stay clear... just know that some stuff won't make sense, thats all. It looks and sound fine, I guess. So if you like superficial things, it works just fine.

Have a lovely evening.

The story is boring, the leads have no chemistry, and the events keep repeating over and over. I honestly don’t know if the drama is supposed to be a romantic comedy, a drama, or a mix of modern and historical themes. There are so many missing and incomplete things. And this drama get popular just bc of the main lead hope they will stop play roles like that
In my opinion, it’s the worst drama of 2026.

A Masterclass in Modern Hustle, Healing, and Hard Truths

The Ultimate Antidote to Adulting Burnout: Why This Slow-Burn Gem is a Must-Watch

If you are feeling completely exhausted by the daily corporate grind, please do yourself a favor and go watch Fake It Till You Make It. This drama is an absolute breath of fresh air. It perfectly captures how so many of us run ourselves ragged chasing our goals, only to hit wall after wall. But its core message is so beautiful: with a little patience and perseverance, you will find your path. It reminds us that obstacles aren’t always failures, sometimes, they are just tough life lessons we need to grow.

What I appreciate most is the show's profound emotional maturity. It gently calls us out on our own self-absorption. When we are drowning in our own problems, it is so easy to judge the people around us. This drama holds up a mirror and reminds us that everyone is fighting a hidden battle. Instead of rushing to pass judgment, it champions the power of open communication and empathy.

The main romance is a total elite-tier slow burn, but the side plots are just as stellar. The female lead’s sister has a fascinating love life that actually drives the narrative forward rather than serving as boring filler. Her journey delivers a fantastic reality check on modern romance: love isn't a rigid checklist of wealth or status. It is a mutual, living connection where two people genuinely complement each other's flaws. It is a grounded, slice-of-life masterpiece that takes its time, but every single second is worth it!

Acting: 🌟 4.5/5 – Every single cast member understood the assignment. They delivered incredibly grounded, natural performances that made the characters feel like real people you'd pass on the street.

Romantic Chemistry: 🌟 5/5 – The flirty, mature tension between the leads is completely off the charts! The male lead (Chen Xingxu) is an absolute chemistry magnet who elevates every scene he is in.

Storyline: 🌟 4.5/5 – Deeply relatable, tightly written, and refreshingly realistic. It successfully avoids overly dramatic soap opera tropes in favor of genuine human growth.

OST (Original Soundtrack): 🌟 4/5 – Perfectly curated, atmospheric tracks that seamlessly blend into the background to enhance the chic, moody, city-dwelling vibe of the show.

Overall Vibe: 🌟 4.8/5 – A sleek, comforting, and fiercely intelligent slice-of-life drama. It feels like a warm cup of coffee after a brutal day at the office.

Very watchable... and has funny moments

I love the actress. She's very funny.
Of course, it's not a 10 story but very watchable compared to the Disney Perfect Crown, which is so contrived that it's not even funny.

Until something better comes along, this drama has its moments. The ML can't act. But FL is good. He has no expression. The hair also looks funny.

Losing throne, fading charm

Usual disclaimer, i'm not rewatcher type so my rewatch score tend to be low.
Imma say it out at front, Kdrama should stop being greedy with tropes and tags if they're going to do 12 episodes max. It's bound to have disaster plot.

Initially, i didn't know what was i expecting when i came for this drama, until they put abolish the monarchy on my plate. Dang, i could handle any shortcoming until they brought it up. It was the breaking point for me. Modern monarchy was the appeal for me in this drama, i didn't really care whether it's romcom, melo, political or whatsoever. I mean, who are they trying to fool claimed a romcom while delivering that dark tone poster? It was obvious the romcom won't romcom-ing, at least by my standard. Another thing, personally, for fake marriage and/or marriage of convenience trope, the marriage needs to happen as early as possible because the longer it drags, it sorta lost the meaning of "fake" since the couple already catching feeling. It safe to say when they hadn't get married by the first half i was like nah, not credible, no more.

At some point, i realize everything about this drama isn't enough. Not romcom enough, not political enough. The villains are half-baked, even our leads aren't OP enough. Totally script issue. I'm not against political aspect since it's bound to happen with constitutional monarchy and 2nd ML is literally PM. Surely he's not there only for romance rivalry, right? Oh, he did. I know anyone can go to the dark side for love but damn our PM was too hot for that. Forgive me but he was annoyingly handsome in all black after fully embraced his dark side. Idk, i found it shallow to write his character like that. Lord Inpyeong ending as villain also just soso. The downfall isn't enough. However, i love Yirang ending coz her greatest punishment was her son fully aware of her deeds. That's a hard slap to a mother.
Our leads, hmm, i actually understand from Ian's POV why he should abolish the monarchy, but from viewer POV. Me, myself, and I POV, I'm against it. Although it would cost us Huiju's career as businesswoman but damn we don't even get the glimpse of her working as queen??? CRIME!! What do i expect from half an episode reign? Huh.

Another disappointment is cinematography or just the whole directing thing. There were some scenes that made me like, huh? Fr?
I think at the end, acting are the only thing i like. It's not the best but certainly not as bad as what people say at the beginning. I don't find the comedy aspect as awkward acting. They have done their best with what was given, with that script and that directing, yup, exactly. It was obvious they rely a lot on our leads popularity. I'll say, our actors and actresses hard carry the drama.

Underrated gem

This was such an underrated gem, simply a masterpiece. This series showed the journey of a couple in love , it’s not about falling in love but about staying in love , how two people in love overcome and still stay with each other .

This series trully felt like a warm hug . It’s so unique and beautifully portrayed . The aesthetics, cinematography, Color palate, directing is just outstanding.

I love how series started with Pobmek being dependent on solar , to a scene in 1st ep where Principal Sodchuen says that Pobmek won’t be able to survive without solar , to him taking care of both solar & sun .
I love how this series involved psychological issues which are often overlooked , and the harsh truth of adulting
1) Pobmek - constant parental pressure , leading to self doubt , having to give up what u truly like , feeling guilty for being tired of taking care of loved one
2) Solar -past trauma , feeling neglected, guilt of being born ,
3) JEE - ocd often overlooked
4) solar mom - post pregnancy depression
I loved how the progression of charcters throughout the story . It was an emotion roller coaster , the acting was top notch . Perth , Santa did an amazing job throughout the series , and not to forget the child actor so cute and talented.

This series made me feel all kind of emotions one second i was laughing and the other sec I was crying my eyes out . Thank you so much to everyone to make me feel like this . This series healed something inside me .

A CONTRACT MARRIAGE BUILT ON MUTUAL DESPERATION

The narrative is set in an alternate reality where Joseon-era class divisions intersect with contemporary luxury. In this setting, Korea's technological progress coexists with a rigid caste system from the Joseon dynasty, maintained by royal decree. Even the most affluent business leaders are classified according to ancestral lineage, with genuine authority and social legitimacy reserved for royalty and the traditional yangban elite. Seong Hui-ju is portrayed as a determined, assertive, and highly successful second-generation chaebol heiress. Despite her considerable wealth, her commoner origins impose a significant barrier within elite society. Motivated by a desire for power and recognition, she seeks to overcome this limitation by marrying into royalty. Grand Prince I-An, constrained by duty and palace politics under the influence of Queen Dowager Yun Irang, seeks to avoid a politically motivated marriage that would diminish his influence. Consequently, he enters into a contractual marriage with Seong Hui-ju. This arrangement employs the familiar 'fake marriage' trope, reimagined within a modern royal context.

IU adopts a markedly unsentimental approach in this role. Departing from the subdued melancholy characteristic of her previous performances, Hui-ju is depicted as abrasive, direct, and resolutely stubborn, reminiscent of IU's portrayal of Jang Man-wol in Hotel Del Luna. The character is intentionally crafted to be polarizing; she is self-interested, often dismissive toward her aides, and intensely ambitious. Although some viewers may perceive her lack of vulnerability as alienating, IU delivers the role with compelling confidence. As the narrative progresses, Hui-ju is compelled to confront her insecurities and personal values, with the contrived marriage exposing her to genuine emotional challenges and complex palace intrigue. This development gradually reveals underlying vulnerability and empathy.

Byeon Woo-seok, following recent widespread acclaim, embodies Prince I-An with a refined and regal presence. The direction emphasizes his visual appeal, frequently utilizing slow-motion sequences to highlight his modernized hanbok attire. Despite this focus, Byeon delivers a nuanced performance characterized by restraint and subtlety. His portrayal reveals underlying ambition and a developing sense of protectiveness toward Hui-ju. As the series progresses, I-An transitions from passivity to assertiveness, increasingly challenging palace conventions and asserting agency over his circumstances. The dynamic between the two leads is particularly notable, with their interactions marked by sharp dialogue and occasional flashbacks that suggest a complex shared history.

Perfect Crown receives its most significant criticism regarding its social commentary and the coherence of its world-building. The narrative often fails to elicit genuine sympathy for Hui-ju's status as a commoner, as it is challenging for audiences to perceive an extremely wealthy CEO as an underdog solely due to her lack of royal lineage. Furthermore, the series at times approaches its modern-monarchy premise with excessive seriousness, which may undermine its plausibility.

Where other contract-marriage dramas like 2006's 'Princess Hours' lean into lighthearted escapism, playful misunderstandings, and a tone drenched in warm nostalgia and humor, Perfect Crown opts for a more mature and dramatic approach. The palace politics are front and center, often eclipsing the swoony romance with shadowy maneuvering and tense power plays. Themes of class, legacy, and ambition carry a sharper edge here than in fluffier stories like 'Lovely Runner', which revel in emotional catharsis and youthful fantasy. Viewers tuning in for pure escapist fun may find the atmosphere heavier and more intricate, as Perfect Crown is less interested in wish fulfillment and more in the costs of ambition and the realities of social barriers. Still, the chemistry and character dynamics have just enough sparkle to keep the tone engaging, even when the plot takes itself seriously.

Lastly, Perfect Crown is an absolute feast for the eyes. Directed by Park Joon-hwa (Alchemy of Soul), the series boasts incredible production design. The blending of traditional Korean architecture with sleek, high-tech Seoul skyscrapers is seamless. The costume design alone, mixing traditional silhouettes with high-end contemporary fashion, is worth the watch. One especially striking scene unfolds during a moonlit palace banquet, where IU steps out in a jet-black hanbok fused with shimmering velvet panels and minimalist golden embroidery—instantly becoming an icon of the show's luxe aesthetic. Another memorable visual highlight is the glass-walled throne room, where ancient calligraphy scrolls frame the panoramic city lights, creating a breathtaking clash of old and new. These standout moments make every episode a visual spectacle.

In conclusion, Perfect Crown is comfort television with high-end cinematic production values. It may not offer a sociologically precise critique of class, and its writing can occasionally feel like a vehicle for showing off its stunning leads. However, if you're looking for a fluttering romance, gorgeous aesthetics, and a fun twist on the contract-marriage trope, IU and Byeon Woo-seok make this a ride well worth taking. This drama is especially ideal for fans of slow-burn romance, those who enjoy palace intrigue and elaborate visual storytelling, as well as viewers drawn to strong, complex female leads. Visual enthusiasts and K-drama fans who appreciate lush production design and a modern spin on classic tropes are likely to find Perfect Crown particularly enjoyable.

Best Comedy, Thriller, SCI-FI, Romance & Supernatural Kdrama of 2026

This is how a kdrama should be. Insane plot with great acting. The chemistry between all leads is insane. None of these episodes includes any boring scenes; each episode is damn interesting.

Park Eun Bin is such an excellent actress, as is Cha Eun Woo, and the other main leads, and all the other characters also did a great job in this drama. The chemistry between Fl and his 2 frds is so interesting and hilarious. The romance between the FL & ML is so cute and sweet. I love how these 3 frds (FL and her 2 frds) are clinging to the ML. ML is quiet and calm, unlike our 3 crazy frds.

Spoiler: Especially their interesting superpowers, Ml's power is so cool, and the Fl gained the immorality, her wounds can heal in a few seconds if she got hurt, and can come back to life no matter how many times she died, like an immortal, also she can teleport to anywhere, not only in her country but also can teleport to any other country with her power, so cool. also her frds's powers are interesting, one is strong and the other can sticked to anything and can walk on walls, roofs ( upside down or ....) etc..,

Spoiler: My most hurtful scene is the ML betraying the FL and handing her over to the villains. But yhh, he had a personal reason for the betrayal; still, it hurts. Fl trusted him a lot; even her frds believed him, and all called him "Master." But yhh ML later went again with FL's 2 frds to save the FL. The process of saving the FL is so hilarious.

There are so many scenes that I can't even control my laughter. I enjoyed this drama so much, so funny. Betrayal, love, and friendship gained my attention so much, I really love the friendship between the FL and her 2 frds. Also, I love the FL and her grandma's relationship; her grandma loves FL so much, more than her life.

Spoiler: One of the most hilarious scenes: There's a scene of FL's 2 frds disposing of FL's body after she died accidentally (her first time dying before gaining the superpower). FL and her 2 frds planned an act of kidnapping and blackmail to get money from FL's grandma. The act: FL's 2 frds pretended to kidnap FL ( FL is the mastermind behind this plan) and made a video by recording her begging her grandma to send money to the kidnappers, and she can come back home safely. It's a plan made by these 3. FL has heart disease. (She can die at any moment, but she didn't tell anyone, including her 2 frds and her grandma. FL planned this kidnapping scene to get money to go on a trip before she died, her grandma is so rich ) In the process, when her 2 frds were watching the recording, FL's heart beat so fast & died on the spot. When 2 frds called her, FL didn't respond. After knowing she had died, they cried, and a lot happened there, but 1 frd got afraid that the police would arrest them for murdering her even though they didn't do anything. Her 2 frds planned to dispose of her body, and when they were going to dispose of her body, they were caught by the ML. And FL's body rolled down into a chemicals-filled pit, and in a few minutes, her body had disappeared. ML called the police, and they all were exposed to the chemicals in the pit and gained superpowers, but not everyone could get them; mostly, they died if they were exposed to the chemicals. Only a few could survive, and even fewer could get powers. When the ML explained how FL's 2 frds disposed of her body, police asked "did you see the face of the body? " and he told them the FL's name. Every villager knows her, and even the police know her. When the ML told them her name, the police asked him, "Is that her standing behind you?" he looked back & told, "Yeah, that's her," and again looked back and noticed that she came to life. Even her frds got confused and couldn't believe what happened. Upon seeing FL come back to life, one of her friends fainted. This scene is so hilarious, even though my explanation looks scary, you need to watch this. This drama is so enjoyable.

The ending is so good, and FL could save all of her villagers before they got exposed to the chemicals. And ML and FL got together, and our FL & her other 2 crazy frd got closer, in the end, all villains who got superpowers died, but the crazy scientist who made these chemicals didn't die, even though all thought he died.

I think there will be 2nd season because the crazy scientist ( the mastermind behind these) didn't die. One of his daughters ( not biologically, one of the experimented children) gave a chemical to see whether he would survive after he severally burned and was near death. It shows he died, but in the last minutes showed that the crazy scientist didn't really die & instead all his burned wounds got healed, like he's also gained immortality. I'm not sure about that, but sure, he didn't die, and he also got superpowers.

Worth watching and waiting for the 2nd season.

For casual stress buster and butterflies and light mood

I am a give fan of this drama I mean sometimes I don’t want much drama or 6 episodes for anyone of them starting to notice other Yes they do take time building reln but what I mean is constantly a bit affection from both sides and them getting close is shown. SPOILER ALERT ! !!!, see now when title is taken from her she doesn’t chase and many episodes in how to get title back etc it’s focused a bit on there dynamic than that of more common CEO chasing position from enemy dynamic that’s why I loveee it

Horrible watch!

Complete waste of time.
The entire seasons are solely focused on the main actor. The rest of the supposed 'gang' have little or no back story.
Their presence in the show was pointless. And the writers... honestly? Don't get me started with the horrible narrative they try to push unto us, the audience. The women were pitiful. Every episode reeks misogyny. Never again should all those writers ever pick up a pen or whatever to write down another story. Washed-up story lines, rinsed, and recycled plot. The acting was below par. Everyone was in their comfort zone. Doing the barest minimum. There was nothing refreshing about the entire show. The worst thing to ever happen in Pinoy series history. I've never watched anything as bad as this, and I survived Ang Probisayano. But honestly, they're not so far apart. I wouldn't recommend this at all. Stay away from this for your sanity!

one of the best shows gmmtv has produced. definitely worth watching

i literally have nothing bad to say about this show. it is easily one of the best shows ive ever watched. if anyone is considering watching this, definitely do! it's so worth it and SO UNDERRATED.
i will be honest and say that i cried in every episode!
and of course, we'll miss nong sun so much.

the representation of different mental health topics is what really pulled me into this show. there's representation of ocd, depression, age regression (a way of the brain to cope with traumatic events) and it is done SO WELL.
this show has love, sadness, found family, everything you could possibly think of, all combined into a masterpiece.

perthsanta nailed their roles.
i really really REALLY hope santa gets many awards for this role, i can't imagine how hard it was to play as both solar and sun, but he absolutely killed it. he's so freaking talented and I'm so hyped for any of his upcoming works, i know he can never disappoint. the panic attack scene, the distinct acting from when he switched between solar and sun, everything was absolute talent!

perth also, nailed it. im sure so many people can relate with pobmeks situation, getting compared with other people of your age, your parents trying to control your whole lives, not being able to ask for help even when you're stuck and just feeling like you're not good enough for anything. perth really nailed those feelings!

pobmek and solar are really the greenest flag couple ive seen, they helped each other get better, through thick and thin. even when pobmek was exhausted, mentally and physically, he still took care of sun/solar. solar taught pobmek that it's okay to ask for help when things aren't easy. they just complete each other <3 their domestic, lovey dovey moments will be engraved in my brain.

also kay and sammy, oh my god.
teacher jee and p' sodcheun are integral parts of the story, without them, it would've been very hard for pobmek to deal with everything. pobmek, solar, jee and sodcheuns friendship means everything to me.

jee and the ocd representation is really heartwarming to see, as someone with ocd, i rarely see a character with ocd, so this was a treat for me! while jees reactions do seem too exaggerated sometimes, it's honestly how i would feel on the inside in a similar situation. i also love pobmek and jees friendship. it really makes you think of how pobmek hated jee only because of his mother and not actually because jee was perfect. it shows another side of the story of how he was pitted against jee just because his mother had really high expectations from him. (also, some of the funniest scenes were the kids shipping pobmek and jee HAHAHAHA)

principal sodcheun and her outfits had me in awe EVERYTIME. honestly i loved everyone's outfits, but hers would always catch my eye, so over the top BUT IN AN ABSOLUTE GORGEOUS WAY. p' sammy once again, giving me a really memorable character even while not being the main. I'll keep coming back to see p' sodcheun for her iconic style and funky hairstyles 😭😭😭🫶

the kids all did so well! the series would feel incomplete. every kid had a distinct personality and i loved them all. the four and king duo is probably my favourite though, really remind me of me and my bestfriend when we were in 2nd grade together hahahahah.
also special mention to the child actor (im sorry I forgot his name!) playing nong sun, he did so well! such a talented kid :)) ive seen him in duang with you too. he always plays such traumatised characters but does it soososo well.
seeing him smiling with pobmek and solar at the beach in the last episode really warmed my heart. they're a complete family because sun will always be there with solar, in his heart and of course, with pobmek <3

im really emotional, but I'm so proud of perthsanta for this, this will really be one of their most memorable projects for me.

also I WAS NOT EXPECTING SEAKEEN?? but oh my god, they really fit those characters!!!! they're sooosososo cute as tharawayu. id love to see a spinoff of love you teacher, with seakeen <3

overall, like i said, there's nothing bad about this series. it's such a shame that gmmtv has this geoblocked in almost every country, so it didn't get as popular as it should've. but that doesn't stop me from loving it! i waited for MONTHS for this to be released and I'm really glad to say it didn't disappoint me at all. it will be a really memorable show for me. it's ingrained in my mind that i cried 10 times (every episode) THEY SAID IT WAS A ROMCOM (ahahahaha but I'm not complaining, i love me some angst).

Completely Obsessed. It's Truly a Jade

This drama is amazingly crafted! From the actors to the environment and story buildup, everything was an absolute satisfaction to watch. With the first episode to the last, it will keep you engaged and entertained. The story follows Fan Changyu (Tian Xiwei), a kind and strong willed pig butcher who rescue Xie Zheng (Zhang Linghe), a fallen noble on a revenge quest, as they entered into a fake marriage to save each other, they find true love, friendship and trust in each other.
This drama is amazing not because of the beautiful and handsome actors and actresses. I mean, they are the extra sweetness of this drama, but the main core is how the story was given to us. The words and phrases plus each scene delivery that is chosen for each character builds the story piece by piece, slowly giving you that savory taste of wanting to just click next for each episode.
Each and every character is nicely fleshed out. Xie Zheng is a typical male lead I can find in every drama; cold on the outside, sweet and warm inside, great at fighting, smart and rich. Fan Changyu, on the other hand is a rare gem character. She’s innocent yet deadly. Her wisdom is not determined by her education. Her love is mature. I usually don't care about villians but this drama made them very watchable.
This drama is so complete that there's really nothing to "complain" about. Would I rewatch it? In a heart beat without a doubt.
