worth to watch *clap to Actor and Director.

This story is caught your heart, and surprisingly let your eyes tear by the bright and pure.
ML and FML can perfectly lead the audiences emotion in positive and brighten way, the director delivers it exactly different from the other highschool story. And also group of friends' relationship is so strong.
**clap**

This ML role is not that like .. ordinary cool guy or acting cold boy with the full life problem. no no no! no more numb guy.
XiaoLe ( XieBinBin) He can shine bright, cute, giggle, chuckle, big laughing, responsible, fooling around, crying, suppress feeling to family, solving problem , boyfriend material, handsome guy, playful and quiet like normal person, son, etc. in this one role.!
**clap**

FML is very clear bright and super cute. She has the natural acting way, when she is in love or confusing in love, or steady in love, easy going friends. wow. I love her face.
*remark *The chemistry is not ordinary.
**clap**

Kissing scenes are so good. Acting, music, mood, light, setting place, angle, wowww beautiful and impressive.
The FML ML acting between before and being in relationship are delivered so well, smooth and clear.
**clap**

The point that why they easily break up is revealed just only few minutes.
You might have question why ML didn't do more to get her back after FML want to break up with him, the reason is he supports her decision. He knows that he could break her attention. He knows they love each other, but honest to her choosing.
That's why in the end he keeps asking her what status she will give him. Not just that expressing his feeling... it's real love.
**clap**

point deducted**. I skipped the story of 2nd FML's part time jobs with her rich man. I thinks details are spending too much time. drinking, talking etc. 2nd ML just came and was chased away. no good talk,, just because of he became from rich family.
It seem to lack of air time for his story that prove himself. ( Just 1 mention about his song released on internet)
** music is so good ** but will be better if you use ML singing lived instead of using lip syncing scene not syncing the mouth movements.

Overall is So good

Love hidden in a photograph!

I would be lying if I said this drama will offer you a storyline that is out of this world; however, it has its own charm! It may not be a top-tier drama in some aspects but it’s a good watch especially if you don’t set your expectations too high based on similar ones you might have seen. While watching this drama you will be taken through a coming-of-age ride. There’s a touch of high school moments, youth romance, friendships, family affairs, goal-getting moments, and, like anyone’s life, some ups and downs as the various characters navigate their journeys.

Overall, despite having some moments of being meh the narrative is enjoyable. You will like this drama if you like high school dramas transitioning to university and life afterwards, neighbours/best friends becoming lovers. I must say one can enjoy this drama better if not compared with those with the same tags. It may not be everyone’s cup of tea but I am sure some will find it a good episode filler because of the lightness it offers! It really has a predictable plot and storyline so be geared for that!

On the bright side, I liked that most issues which seemed problematic weren’t dragged out or exaggerated, be it the 1ML’s family affairs, FL’s career choice, second couples’ relationship problems, or the transition of the first couple from friends to lovers. I also liked that despite the plot being a common one, the directors and screenwriters didn’t sugarcoat things by trying to make it complicated or worst case scenario, trying to make an issue out of a tissue😏. They just let the story flow with the common storyline while allowing its own charm to be unleashed.

The actors and actresses really did their best to bring the characters to life. The main leads seemed really comfortable around each other which made the friends to lovers troupe believable. The second FL carried the coldness like her life depended on it to the point that one would feel like punching her! The second ML character development was well executed. Both main leads’ family members understood their assignments.

The family aspect of the drama was mainly focused on the main leads. Though they were background stories, you can clearly see and tell how they shaped their overall story. The FL having grown up in a loving family shaped how she grew up to be an ever cheerful girl despite the overprotection from the father. The ML, having grown up in a partially dysfunctional family, drew closer to the FL, who was always his shoulder to lean on.

I really liked the friendship circle in the drama. The friendship arc isn’t a major highlight of this drama but it has enough screen time for you to appreciate it. Though they had individual paths to follow they still clicked. Despite distance coming among the friendship group, different life goals, and tastes, they always found their way back to each other! Shan was a brother to the whole group in a very admirable manner! He was always a call away🥹🥰

The romance aspect is also well played. The drama has more than one couple to look forward to! The main leads’ love story is a cute one as they have quite a lot of noteworthy moments during their relationship. You can clearly note that it was a transition from being friends to lovers because once they got into a relationship even the FL questioned how it was different from them being friends besides that they were now kissing 😫🫠but you will eventually get the answer. Anyway, their relationship had its cute and heartwarming moments. A noteworthy thing is how the ML took photography as a way of him communicating his love and feelings for the FL hence the title of my review🤗. I like how the main ML & FL were such bundles of joy around each other! I liked the third and mature couple because it somehow foreshadowed the route the main leads’ relationship was bound to take.

The downside is that there are moments especially during the first episodes where there aren’t smooth transitions between scenes making it seem as if some of them were cut short leaving you feeling like, “ umm okay is that it!? Ohh we're already onto the next scene? Was that scene meant to end just like that!?”
The only side story I didn’t like was that of the second FL part-time job drama. I felt like it got more screen time than it deserved! The second couple really did stress me out here and there mainly because of the lady’s attitude which could have been portrayed in better ways. I also felt like there could have been better ways to deal with the main leads’ long-distance relationship without a breakup! The breakup resulted in the last four episodes being dragged as the main leads took some time to properly sort out their issues and be honest about each other’s feelings. Their push-pull relationship wasn’t really necessary 😫🥺

I would recommend you watch this drama if you are up for a light drama with heartwarming moments despite having a common storyline. Yes! We did get a very cute happy ending!🥰

it's an average drama for me ..

i liked the school time , but from the college time till last ep. it lost my interest that i had during their school time .. i am disappointed with the last 4 eps. . i don't find any sense in Yi Lan & Tong Xiao Le's breakup & it felt for me like the writer wanted to make it 24 eps. drama , so the writer just dragged the last 4 eps. with just no logic breakup .. some viewers may say that Xiao Le went abroad suddenly & he didn't said anything to Yi Lan & when she found out she tried to contact , so he send her message that he will come back after sometime & she should focus on her exams & her music career & he didn't mentioned anything about breakup .. but on what though & on what basis she broke up him , i didn't understand .. when they meet again after their breakup , every time Xiao Le wanted to know why she suddenly broke up with him , she couldn't give any answer , instead she used to question him like he broke up not her ..

my recommendation will be to skip it .. but if you don't have any other drama to watch , then you may watch it ..

Soft, messy, and right up my alley

Coming-of-age romances are my thing, so Too Young to Love was an easy watch for me. I liked how it captures that confusing stage where feelings start to grow but nothing is fully clear yet—everything feels a bit messy, a bit intense, and very real. Some moments felt genuinely soft and relatable, especially in the way emotions were shown rather than explained. At the same time, I wished it went a little deeper in certain parts, because it had the potential to hit even harder. Still, it’s a sweet and slightly imperfect story that I enjoyed, especially because this kind of romance will always have a place for me.

unfortunately..NOT INTERESTING ENOUGH.

Plot: Xiao le and yi lan are childhood best friends. They share every aspect of their lives:issues, achievement, familiar problems.
Xiao le is trying to find his way in life without giving in with his father's expectations; yi lan instead knows what she wants to do. Her first love is playing cello just like her mother did. Unfortunately his father is not on her side.
We follow them as they navigate their problems through highschool and adult life.

Observations:
I liked the initial episodes of the drama. There is nothing groundbreaking here to watch but the atmosphere was nice and the characters were cute. I particularly liked the town/ school setting. It was a bit darker than usual school settings. It looked like they went to highschool in forks (twilight's)🤣.

I think the main issue in this drama is that everything is surface level.

We never get into anything too deeply.
Music is a main focus of the drama or at least this should be the case.

I'm still not sure about what kind of school they attended because they were involved all in music on some level, but it looked like a regular highschool instead of a conservatory.

Music is never discussed or shown except for the reoccurring "sorry, I gotta go play cello".
The fact that everytime someone is singing or playing an instrument another track is playing in the background takes you out of the moment.
I get that the actor may not be able to play, but you can cut the camera away from their faces and let a real musician play.

Maybe it was a budget issue, but it didn't help with setting the right tone in certain scenes.

Building momentum was also a big issue. The drama cuts short important or emotional scenes. They cut right in the middle of a scene, they never linger too much to actually make you feel the tension and that has an impact on the romance as well.

I found their love cute but how they got together was frankly a mess.

They jump from being distant, to being cold, to being together, to feel at ease with each other in the blink of an eye.

The whole "senpai" moment was "meh". Yi Lang starts liking him over nothing, confesses her love, than changes her mind. Right after she rejects Xiao le but wants to keep him a friend. She then sees him for a millisecond with a girl and gets jealous and right after starts to look at Xiao le under a different light.
They kiss accidentally and basically get together.

It was a mess and I didn't enjoy it at all.
If she was so adamant in rejecting him first just show me how she comes to terms with seeing him as more than a friend. Let the jealousy build up a bit.

The moment they get caught kissing by their respective parents was weird.

The whole drama we are shown that Xiao le parents are absent from his life , but suddenly they are everywhere and play the role of "comic relief" with yi Lang parents? Totally out of character.

Aside the main couple, the drama focuses also on the love story between the sad ning Ning and Xiao le's best friend.
this love story makes no sense from the very beginning.
Ning Ning was mean for no reason.
Her life revolved around cell even before she dated that guy. She never had time even in highschool but she uses this as an excuse to be a bitch towards her boyfriend.
He did absolutely nothing wrong. Always by her side, secretly helping her , never being a burden and always showing a positive attitude.
She on the other hand kept everything inside, never talked to him about nothing, never found time for him. He was the one always making plans for their couple and she saw it as a nuisance.
To add insult to injury she is the one breaking up with him asking "what is your plan? You need a plan". Girl, he was the only one being pro active in this relationship. He deserved way better.

The third female friend is on and off on our radars. Poor girl she is a third wheel in this drama.

This drama is not bad but it is not super interesting either.

My favourite part was the male lead character and the overall friendship of the main couple.
Everything else is just there for the sake of it.

A Light-Hearted and Fluffy Show to Help You Reminisce Your Youthful Memories

Truth to be told, I wasn’t expecting much when I suddenly dropped “Generation to Generation” due to its awfully choppy editing with lack of chemistry and emotional impact added to the top of the list. I was getting bored at that time and decided to have a sneak peek at “Too Young to Love”, although I was 100% fully aware that it might only offer an ordinary cliché story about high school romance and other predictable tropes whatsoever. Still, due to my itchy fingers, I finally skimmed through the first 22 episodes as I didn’t watch the ending (needless to ask, it must be a happy one).

So, the story is centered around two individuals who are pursuing their dreams in their youth, Yi Lan and Tong Xiaole. Well, they have this kind of neighborhood relationship and it’s pretty understandable for them to develop a platonic friendship. Yi Lan has always wanted to become a professional cellist like her mother but is constantly deterred by her father’s refusal due to her mother’s death in the past, which makes him traumatized and becomes hostile against Yi Lan’s dream. Meanwhile, Tong Xiaole always lives alone as his parents frequently goes to business trips, and because of lack of communication, they always clash whenever it comes to his university’s major. His father urges him to take financial major for it is widely known as a highly prospective major for employment these days. On the other hand, Xiaole has no interests in financial thingy and prefers the art of photography to create meaningful stories behind the lenses and frames of a camera. Joining them are Chen Fan – a wealthy chaebol heir who has a knack in composing songs, Qiao Mengmeng – the socialite of their group, and Luo Ningzi – a fellow cellist, at first she doesn’t see eye-to-eye with Yi Lan but they reconcile soon after, and also Chen Fan’s girlfriend whom he has a rocky relationship with.

As I emphasize on the upper paragraph, I’m deadly serious when I say I have zero expectation on this show, but it turns out be surprisingly… decent, yet not decent enough to take a nosedive on the second half (college life, adulthood, and etc.). Some issues are tackled realistically as my current high school life’s (for instance, fighting with parents over majors, pursuing your dreams instead of taking a lucrative major, homeroom teachers constantly got scolded by principals over scores, straight-A students’ choices in majors, and many more). However, some parts are also portrayed as illusions for us young watchers (organizing a little concert amidst the imminent Gaokao, running to the rooftop of school to set off fireworks (wow, we would be given a good beating for it if it really happened in my school), and other forgettable things).

For the acting, I guess it’s still laudable despite the cheesy dialogues. This is my second time watching Zhang Xinyi (I once sneaked in to “Be Passionately in Love”) and from my perspective, she still has rooms for improvements in the future (please don’t let her cry much, she’s beginning to remind me of my dearest friend who always cries whenever someone has an upper hand against her). For Xie Binbin, I don’t know what to say, but his role as Tong Xiaole seems to have a hybrid personality (half warm and half cold), which makes it harder to decipher his true feelings. Others are meh, but Luo Ningzi definitely deserves a praise for humbling the high-and-mighty chaebol boy.

OSTs are limited and I wish there would never be any singing concerts in the coming times. It’s totally frustrating to see the leads lip syncing while the original song plays in the background. Somehow, the sound and the lip just don’t match seamlessly. I’d better watch K-Pop MV instead of this.

Overall, a pretty mundane show to pass your time or maybe to ignite your past memories of adolescent years or even become a background noise while you’re multitasking. I’m sorry if my words are somewhat offensive (I’m not proficient in using euphemisms) to you guys and I hope you have a good watching experience. Good bye in “Pursuit of Jade”, good luck, and happy watching!!!
