My fav BL ever
Just a magnificent BL, I really recommend it. The cast is magnificent, the music is well chosen in good moments, the acting is not cringe compared to other BL. 💚✨️Lots of sad moments and misunderstandings but it's worth it. I cried so much during this series, whether it was from sadness or because it was so cute. I had an amazing time, I'm going to miss them so much... ❤️🩹
Mondays and Tuesdays are just like any other days now. 💔
(Sorry for my bad english TT)

Best BL of the Year!!! Seriously!
better than what we could have asked for The characters have fun dynamics with each other and the tension is palpable. I never thought I could look forward to new episodes of a BL but Revenged Love had me hooked Everyone should watch this! I promise you won't be disappointed This is my new obsession. Can't get enoughWhen I started this, I thought I was just going to watch a new show but I didn't know I was signing a contract to have my soul stolen and my emotions permanently hijacked. I'm sitting
here, replaying the same scenes over and over like an addict because my brain refuses to move on.
Overall, Revenged Love is a masterpiece. It wasn't just a story-it was an experience that touched hearts, sparked conversations, and left a lasting impact on its audience.

The best
it started with revenge ended with love. it's been a wild ride and I'm glad i got to feel all of it in between. I’m gonna miss all of this and for the first time in a BL series, Revenged Love made me fall in love with both the main and second couples equally. I’m truly grateful to the entire cast for giving their all to bring these characters to life and for making each scene so unforgettable. Was this review helpful to you?
Oh, C-BLs fan, we made it!
A sigh of relief… Finally, a C-BL without censorship and any touch of bromance has been completed. Glad to see a successful full BL this year after being so drought for the past few years due to banning and changes. The production team really took a risk and gave their all by having to air the drama outside of China, and I am so happy that it was well-loved by international fans. The enemy-to-lovers trope is such a cliché, but ultimately one of my favorites at the beginning of a romance. Then, the comedy added more entertainment to the show. A rom-com drama that isn’t the typical one. It has its uniqueness and a perfect combination of casts. Having to feature snakes as a pet and a business was something I hadn’t imagined before.
Everyone is so handsome! Hotness overload. Chi Cheng and Cheng Yu seem like a deity of sex appeal and soothing charisma. Wei Wei and Dr. Jiang, on the other hand, are the exact opposite of their boyfriends; their tandem is so funny and cute.
It is full of spicy scenes and schemes. However, it also managed to present a very cutesy interaction and romantic progress between the two couples. Throughout the 24 episodes, I screamed with excitement, laughed with them, cried alongside their story, and I just love and adore them.
One of the best aspects of the story is the plot twists. Each character can be playful as they desire and knows how to play the game of dirty tricks. A series of planning, execution, and falling in love.
Bringing home the crown as my most beloved character goes to Cheng Yu. This man is total boyfriend material who values and prioritizes taking care of his loved ones more than anything else. His love and efforts for Dr. Jiang are making me wish for a Cheng Yu version of my own.
The main villain of the show is not just Wang Shuo or Yue Yue, but it is the lack of communication and comprehension from Chi Cheng and Wei Wei during their earlier days. They encountered several intense mishaps and challenges, but they can easily be resolved by being honest with one another. It is also shocking how Chi Cheng almost paired with everyone from the cast. His lover, his ex-boyfriend, and his friend -Chi Cheng kissed them all.
With a lot of new ideas that the show has offered and the high amount of chemistry from the couples, there is no doubt that it reflects the success of the show. It has so many memorable scenes that made it even more interesting and satisfying. I hope this will be a new chance for C-BLs to be well-produced and stream all over the world without filtering the characters’ supposedly roles.

Just Go Watch It
This was a wonderful portrayal of the book. The amount of stuff they had to tone down from the original story is amazing! They did a great job. If you loved this anf haven't yet, go read the novel. The only thing lacking was a kiss in the last episode, how could they do that to us? Just go watch and reas and then repeat.

One of the most delightful BLs I’ve watched in a long time.
It’s over… and I’m feeling so bittersweet, honestly! It’s been a long time since I’ve looked forward to Mondays with this much excitement—and now it’s gone, I already miss it so much.
Forget the haters and their discouraging comments. The drama might not be perfect, but it’s without a doubt one of the most delightful BLs I’ve watched in a long time.
And to those who called the romance inappropriate, forced, or meaningless—ironically, that was the very reason it was all worth it.
The soundtrack is gorgeous, the couples are adorable and so talented.
The production struck the perfect balance between drama, friendship, family struggles, gentle touches of comedy, meaningful life lessons, growth, passion, and love.
It’s hard to let it go, but I know that someday I’ll watch it all over again—just for the pure joy of feeling this happy.
I couldn’t recommend it enough.

ChiWei are my life now!
When I started watching this show, I did not expect it to become this big. I had no idea what the show was about, and I honestly just began watching it out of boredom. LUCKILY, I DID!Who would have thought that this show would capture my heart in such a way that I’m still not over it, even though it already ended a week ago?
The actors are absolutely perfect for these roles, and the dynamics between them are pure gold. And the chemistry between Chi Cheng and Wu So Wei??? They could open a whole chemistry lab, guys!
The storyline itself was also just perfect. From Wu wanting to get revenge on Chi for stealing his girlfriend, to Wu selling his parents’ house to help Chi Cheng—nothing felt rushed between the two of them. Every emotion the characters felt was justified and well delivered. The show had funny, sad, cute, and dramatic scenes, and I enjoyed all of them.
It was a well-rounded story that left me wanting more after every episode.
The only minus point I would give, when it comes to the story, is that, for me personally, the whole matter with Chi Cheng finding out about Wu’s initial intentions was resolved a bit too quickly. It was the key point of their relationship. Throughout the show, I kept wondering what would happen if Chi found out. I braced myself for a huge fight that would get resolved maybe three episodes later. But in the end, it was forgotten and never talked about again because Wu’s mother died. I get why, but I would have appreciated one clearing conversation.
The music in this show was a 10/10. The recurring songs throughout the whole show were so beautiful. I will never be able to listen to “Somewhere in Your Eyes” again without starting to cry, hahahaha.
Overall: This show is a must-watch for BL fans and has everything a good romance should have!!!

This was definitely 'My Home'
Even before the adaptation came out, I had already read the original novel, Counter Attack. Honestly, I’m still deeply invested in it because the storyline is just so good. It’s unique and emotionally gripping, definitely worth reading. So when I found out it was getting an adaptation, I was super curious whether they could pull it off accurately. It’s not the kind of story that’s easy to turn into a live-action series, especially since, as I mentioned earlier, the novel has a lot of “unique” plot points. I was also curious how they’d handle the spicy scenes from the book. Now, speaking of the adaptation (Revenged Love), I have to say, it was amazing, beautiful, flawless... every synonym for “beautiful” applies to this series. Why?
FIRST: The accuracy of the storyline. Everything I imagined while reading the novel was exactly how it played out in the series. You can’t call this a half-baked production. Sure, some plot points had to be changed because they were a bit too much for a live-action format, but overall, they met all my expectations.
SECOND: The settings. Oh my gosh, the filming locations were ethereal. I didn’t expect them to choose such stunning places, from Shuai Shuai’s clinic to Wei Wei’s house. I’m speechless. Everything was just beautiful.
THIRD: The actors. I still can’t believe how hooked I got on them. They fit their characters perfectly. You can tell they were handpicked with care before filming even began.
FOURTH: The acting and portrayals. I have no complaints. They totally nailed it. From the couples’ sweet moments to the intense emotional scenes (especially when Wei Wei lost his mom and Shuai Shuai’s trauma from his ex), and even the annoyance I felt toward Yue Yue and Wang Shou... Gurl, I bow down to them.
FIFTH: The chemistry between the two couples. Let’s start with Zi Yu (Wu Sou Wei) & Tian Zu Ning (Chi Cheng), their chemistry on and off cam was so strong, you’d think they were a real couple or destined for each other. There was no awkwardness at all. Now for Liu Xuan Cheng (Jiang Xiao Shuai) & Zhan Xuan (Gou Cheng You), I was completely hooked and giddy over these two. You could really feel their connection, especially during Cheng Yu’s courtship for Shuai scenes and their sweet moments in the series. ACCCKKKKK I don’t even know how to explain it, they were just so lovebirds. Everyone did such an amazing job that I genuinely didn’t want the series to end. I’m still crying knowing I won’t be seeing them again anytime from now on.
LASTLY: The effort, the budget, the staff. Everything was top-tier. From the behind-the-scenes clips I watched, I saw how much hard work went into making this series. I’m also grateful that the director did such a great job, because the adaptation turned out flawless and perfect.
Even now, I’m still emotionally stuck in it. Although there were some behind-the-scenes moments that didn’t make it into the final cut (like CCWei’s goodbye message at WeiWei’s mother’s grave) and the final episodes felt a bit short (no ending kiss for the main couple, huhu), it’s totally fine because the series was genuinely beautiful. No doubt about that.
But again, I’m still here, inside the “home” this series built for me, because it stirred so many emotions in me with how well it was done. I’ll never forget all the actors or the characters, especially CCWei and GouShuai, they’ve officially earned the title of “Best BL Series of All Time.” Even now, I keep rewatching it over and over again.
Thank you for all the memories we shared this year, and for being my weekly dose of free therapy, Revenged Love.
P.S. I demand special episodes…..or maybe Season 2? Who knows, right?
