Also, FL seems to be the hard working, not too bright, but very lucky archetype. The guy has spent so much effort on her already, yet she's still clueless. But as soon as some bitch appeared on the horizon she immediately invented everything in her head, got jealous and mad at the guy even though they haven't even started dating yet. Typical female logic😂.
I'm starting to think ML will use ideas from places he visited with FL to set those things up in King The Land. Those chaebols need to drink some draft beer once in their life. And that would make a big profit margin.
It's not even a manor, just a house even a simple single company CEO can afford as a vacation house according to Crazy Love. But that house is basically in every kdrama out there since last year. I've seen it 5+ times already in kdramas. The most egregious use was in Little Women where the house became magical - its interior was much larger than exterior. I think the glimpse of its real interior was shown briefly in Crazy Love. It was a breath of fresh air to see a proper chaebol manor in See You In My 19th Life. Something new at least and more realistic.
What dramatic twists do you think KTL will have? I think it's gonna be either of these: 1. ML's step-sister killed his mother. (too obvious?) 2. FL's mother was involved in ML mother's death. (angst) 3. ML will get confused that FL's mother is his mother and that they're siblings. (even more angst) 4. ML's mother actually is alive and lives a high live on the Bahamas as a successful ex-gold digger. (not very likely)
the jump at the end was out of no where....lol...this is so good.
Would be funny if he misses and falls into the abyss. Seriously, wtf, it's very high, FL was lucky to not break her neck. Also, that grandma who sent a total noob into the biggest mountain in Korea needs to be sued. FL could have gotten lost and died, which she almost did.
Why are they making their employees do all this unreasonable bs that is not part of their job? Who let the dog into the mall? Sales department seemingly doesn’t exist in the King empire. Ugh, it’s very frustrating to watch, such bs. Somebody should sick labor unions on such employers.
Does anyone agree that A Business Proposal has set a new standard in kdrama romcoms? I found A Business Proposal…
I dunno, ABP had some very good memes, but the plot became stale after the masquerade was over. So the later half of the drama was kinda so-so and that rushed ending was a big minus for me. Still, it was pretty good as a classical rom-com. And both female friends actresses were superb, totally carried the show.
KTL may fall into the same hole since ML fell for FL in episode 3 already and we have full 16 episodes to go. I hope it won't become a syrupy snoozefest like What's Wrong With Secretary Kim? after 6 episodes or so.
Whenever a drama is airing, commenters always go to a weird morally high ground. it’s like because it’s airing…
Yea, I don't get all those people that come trashing this drama. It's a classic rom-com, what did they expect? That it's gonna reinvent the wheel or something? And it's not like there's dozens of them being released every year. We actually get only a few good ones at best. And personally, I think this is a good, funny and well executed one.
Also, the hypocricy of comparing it to See You In My 19th Life is hilarious. Saying that KTL is tropey and there's nothing new, while forgetting that the other drama is based on two of the most popular tropes - childhood connection and reincarnation. Also, why the ef would you compare them? The other drama is more of a melodrama, KTL is more of a comedy. And frankly, I don't see what's so great about See You In My 19th Life. Personally, campy tropes aside I think it's overrated and ML was miscast there.
Oh, no. The ex-boyfriend that pretends to be clueless and can't take a break-up seriously still seems to be at it judging by the stills. I don't get him, does he even like FL? He seems to love parties and everything else first. Is he just gonna be one of those clingy exes here?
I can understand other dramas but how do you compare this with kokdu😂that drama was literally trash🤣🤣
It was, but it had the same tropes. Some supernatural being for ML. Reincarnation of his only love as FL. Big house where main and side characters hang out and weird things happen.

Reincarnation of his only love as FL.

So far the show is kinda meh, reminds me of others with similar plots:
-Goblin
-Season of Kkodu
-From Now On, Showtime!
etc.
