Title True to Love
What's the point of showing us ML's workplace? Looks like his friend is the only guy working there - the staff looks unmotivated and lazy, ML doesn't do anything there but be absent, or sit around drinking hot beverages and complaining. For a publishing house it must be one of those very tiny and barely profitable ones. And I gotta say, ML's friend is the only guy I like in this whole drama. The rest of the guys (ML, FL friend's husband, FL's bf) are apathetic, lazy, cowardly, two-timing jerks.
And 4 episodes in there are barely any scenes with the leads - they're wallowing in their own problems.

The "U-ri" hand gesture was so on point. I love her character and how she adds more color to the office scenes.
Is her name supposed to be a joke? Uri means we/our/my in Korean.

Am I the only one who believes there is more to what was happening in the car than just cheating? He wanted to…
What else was going on there? The girl forced him to kiss her? Give me a break. It was clear it wasn't the first time either, FL even admitted it that she knowingly closed her eyes on red flags.
He didn't deny cheating, but he didn't own up to it either. He simply put all the blame on FL instead of confessing to her when he could and amicably break up. He's just a sleazy coward, there's nothing else. I bet he would have strung her along indefinitely, because it cozied his ego to have two girls.

RIP to the these people who expected Bora to handle her breakup well, just because she is a famous dating coach…
Dating coach is just another job to sell people on stuff. Many people can't, but you gotta separate the real person hiding behind the public persona. So I wouldn't laugh at FL's bad luck, but I'm sure many will in the drama. Since it involves her job, I guess when it goes public her professional reputation will be ruined.

FL's cheating bf deserves a high kick into the stratosphere. F*cking hate that guy. What a cowardly, lying piece of shit!
But overall I liked this break-up episode, FL acted it well. Looked painfully real. It looks like a serious drama so far, not much comedy here.

I don't think Hwang Chan Sung has ever had a character in a drama that I liked. Can't stand his stupid face I'm…
Same.

I'm using %100 of my brain to understand the subs but it looks fun
I gave up after a few minutes, they were horrendously bad 🤣. Gonna wait for the proper subs.

Still no subs, I was always frustrated with the Oasis drama by waiting for the subs, but they at least released…
Does TVING has to have English subs though? It's not an international streaming service.
And if it's not airing on official international services then wait for volunteer unofficial subs and calm down.

why the drop in ratings ?? let me guess , they focused more on romance & fluffy moments instead of actual cases…
Actually, no. It's still mostly about cases and revenge. My guess there's nothing fresh here and that it's a saeguk isn't helping either. Or maybe what the majority wants is romance & fluffy moments, but there's barely any, hence the low ratings.

Can someone tell me if this drama is procedural (each episode having a different case) or serialized (one continues…
More of the latter. Different cases are all connected to the main plot that ML is driving.

He called her princess. Im sure he did. Does that mean he already know who she is?
He's not dumb, he could have figured it out.

Title Hunger
It is similar to The Menu with its message, but I found FL here unrealistic. People train to become chefs for many years, she only knew how to cook street food/wok and suddenly she's an ace with all these crazy recipies and techniques that require not just raw genius, but tons of practice and thorough knowledge of theory. It wasn't shown that she had spent a lot of time in Hunger to become so knowledgable, a year max maybe. So it was just looking ridiculous. Other than that, it's a good enough drama and I liked the ending, it had the same message as in The Menu, but without being too pretentious.
7 out of 10.

what's the relationship between bora's friend and sungjin ? I didn't quite get it....is he her ex-brother-in-law?
I think his ex-wife was FL friend's sister/cousin/relative.

Chansung pls choose a nice guy the next time. He always has annoying characetrs
Yea, I'm getting biased just by looking at him here. Too many annoying characters in previous dramas. Still remember him being a cheating jerk in Suspicious Partner most vividly.

Honestly I am trying this because of the cast. I missed Yoo In Na after Snowdrop. I also like Yoon Hyun Min and…
I like the actress as well, but there's something off with the script here, I think. Dunno how to put it into words...Banter doesn't match the acting? Banter is too verbose? Not enough comedy? It's just simply not funny? And it's not just YIN, seems like almost everyone is trying too hard, but it comes off as weird. And whoever is behind the camera they're not doing a very skilled work, looks half-assed at times.

Anyway, I'm kinda disappointed, I know this actress can do better, absolutely loved her in Touch Your Heart, one of my favorite dramas. Now it kinda looks like it was done on a whole other level compared to this one.
YIN was great in Snowdrop too, all older generation actors were. Politicians and spies stole the show. Romance there was total cringe though, FL was a very annoying dumbass and shouldn't have hired a noob idol actress for a lead role.
And not to mention Goblin, secondary couple was the only thing that kept me from dropping it hard.

So far I'm only liking here FL's spoiled brat of a sister and that good soldier boy story. More interesting than watching FL live in her fantasies or petulant ML. Soldier boy somehow reminds me of Midnight Runners movie. But anyway, it's been just two episodes, maybe it'll get better later, I'll hold on some more.
I think to make it interesting they should drop the leads' broken previous relationship baggage asap and focus on them working together. But if they gonna drag it then I'm out, I think.

I don't have any pop-ups there, I'm using Opera browser, it comes with preinstalled blockers that also block those annoying YouTube ads. But there are widgets and settings in other browsers that prevent pop-ups and ads.
