I don’t understand why people have a problem with family members not approving at first. It does not extend…
It's not that it's not fitting for EAW drama, it's just that it's a cliche that is used in every second rom-com kdrama. "Family disapproval" followed up by "let's break-up" tropes before the finale are so overused people are just tired of it.
I think I've only seen one kdrama this year where leads had no problems with introduction to the family and had no break-ups.
I just came across the preview for next ep plz tell me they are not planning to pair SY with MW🙄
The fact that there's no buildup between them through the episodes and that she hates his character is a real turn off. 🤢 Will she stoop that low to get a boyfriend? 🤦♂️🤔
Did it mention that Buyeon was also born in the same day (April 1st) together with Jang Uk? Some theories include…
It wasn't mentioned she was born the same day. Just that it was under a blessed star. And if she too was born the same day as him there would have been two birth constellation plates to worry about. Otherwise everyone'd know it.
But at the time - the 1640s - they really did believe all that quackery (as did the Europeans with their four…
Many people still believe in traditional Chinese medicine even today, it's embarassing. That this show popularizes it is not something I find appealing, personally. Especially that it uses illegally killed rare and endangered species organs as ingridients, because it's profitable business. And what year is in this show is unknown, Joseon era spanned until the end of 19th century, with clothes being the same.
This is getting much better than I thought initially. If they keep this up with these sort of medical/detective case stories I'm gonna like it even more.
But acupuncture and traditional Chinese medicine in general is still such quackery, it's hilarious how serious they're about it here. Especially acupuncture - cure-it-all-in-a-needle, guys! 🤦♂️🤣🤪
Jang Gang is responsible for the death of his friend Cho Chung’s and his entire family. It can be assumed that…
Why would he do that when he was his official boss and could have just walked in and taken that plate? I'm not saying he's not responsible for papa Cho's death somehow, but more likely he got soul shifted by the villains. Let's try not to pin every single crime and mistake on Jang Kang, he's got too many already.
This is another theory I read in twitter might sound crazy but at this point everything could make sense.....ugh!https://twitter.com/mysteryfandc/status/1556545535494213632
🤦♂️ Don't know where to even begin with this one...maybe starting from the fact that Naksu is several years older than Bu-Yeon and Bu-Yeon is mama Jin's first born?
The one who published the news of GYJ as the female lead for AoS part 2 is Hankook Ilbo. They are the ones who…
I dunno, the way the news spread around like wildfire from one source with everyone parroting one another may look like fake news. Maybe it was just because ofJSM's contract hurdles, maybe there was something else. But since showrunners found it necessary to address this and more reputable outlets (if there are such on the internet) who should be cross checking information sources are saying the same, I still find it sus and worth taking into acccount.
GYJ said in an interview that she was offered a cameo by the director for Alchemy of Souls but maybe she was pertaining…
I've seen a post here earlier with a youtube link to an interview with og Naksu actress and in it she was surprised by her guest role popularity in AoS. Maybe nothing, maybe this was indeed just a guest role with nothing further along the way. Maybe somebody can find again and fully translate the part about AoS?
I think I've only seen one kdrama this year where leads had no problems with introduction to the family and had no break-ups.
-cause the partner is an orphan (that's a big no in SK as well for some bullshit reason)
Will she stoop that low to get a boyfriend? 🤦♂️🤔
Also, the usual 'let's breakup' trope coming up 🤦♂️🤦♂️

Also, who was that boy with her? The sus prosecutor or his brother?
